Das Hotel ist alles in allem recht ordentlich. Derzeit finden einige, dezente Renovierungsarbeiten statt, da die Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Von der Lage her kann man alles in Downtown und Grandville innerhalb von ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreichen, Bushaltestellen sind in der nähe vorhanden. Service und Komfort sind für die Preisklasse OK. Wichtig ist nur ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes zu verlangen, da das Hotel an einer der großen Brücken Richtung Flughafen liegt auf der sehr viel Verkehr ist, weshalb die Zimmer zur Straße - auch nachts - sehr laut sind” 12.06.2009
