Holiday Inn City Centre

Das Holiday Inn in Brüssel war sicher mal ein schönes Haus. Leider hat es seine 4 Sterne auf keinen Fall verdient. Die Zimmer lieblos und veraltet. Die Batterien in der Fernbedienung leer. Die Mitarbeiter lustlos und kaum serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe: kaltes Rührei, der Speck nicht nachgefüllt, das Buffet schon um halb 9 komplett leergegessen, verdreckte Kaffemaschinen, überall Krümel und Flecken, schmutzige Tischdecken, Mitarbeiter, die mit sichtbar dreckigen Putzlappen Tische abwischen - pfui! Gut, dass wir die Küche nicht sehen mussten. In diesem Haus MUSS etwas passieren. Am besten die ganze Mannschaft auswechseln, ein Profi-Reinigungsteam durchschicken und ganz von vorn anfangen!” 20.08.2009
