Le Centre Sheraton Montreal - Montreal

Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht dem, was man sich unter einem Vier Sterne Hotel vorstellt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Fenster lassen sich nicht kippen, die Klimaanlage kühlt, wärmt und tumbelt aber erneuert die Luft nicht. In meinem Badezimmer fiel der Handtuchhaken fast von der Tür, im Badezimmer gab es keine Klimaanlage, nach dem Duschen war das ganze Zimmer humid. Zwei schöne Dinge hat das Hotel- die Lage ist superzentral und der Schwimmbad und Saunabereich ist nett. Der Hotelfriseur ist unsagbar teuer zweihundersechzig kanadische Dollar nur für Strähnchen ohne Schneiden ist Wahnsinn. Internet kostet Fünfzehn Dollar extra pro Tag, selbst für die Benutzung einer Prepaid Telefonkarte wird Geld verlangt. Ich würde in dieses Hotel nicht mehr fahren und es auch keinem meiner Freunde empfehlen.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from St Catherine's. Staff were very helpful and polite. Bathroom had a ceiling tile missing, which looked messy, but since it didn't affect anything I didn't report it. However, I did get an apologetic phone message from the front desk saying the housekeeping staff has reported it and they would switch me to another room and to get in touch. Since I was only staying one extra night I didn't bother, but good to know they are proactive in looking after their guests rather than waiting for people to complain. I marked them down slightly on the condition for that, but the rest of the hotel was well looked after. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was my second time staying at Le Centre Sheraton and I was very satisfied. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from St. Catherine Street and is close to Old Montreal as well. I would definitely come back!

Needs an outdoor pool...

A nice touch was the exotic bird at the pool. Also the parking is a little expensive since you're paying for a 4 star hotel.

Overall a nice downtown hotel. No real negatives, decent room, decent price, great location, clean. Everything worked. Parking is a little iffy navigating the deep caverns. Free wifi in the bar.

Very convienent location. Most things with in walking distance. Jazz festival was excellent. Food was good. Nice room. I would recommend this hotel to other guests. When I go back to Canada I will stay there again.

The overall service was excellent. The maids were prompt in cleaning the room, which they did very efficiently.

We stayed at the hotel mainly because of location. Our stay was great, the conceirge was very helpful in getting us area attraction tickets and maps/directions. The room was very comfortable and attractive - great view of downtown.

The hotel was fantastic! The room had been redone and the linen and the bathroom were awesome. The housekeeping was excellent and the housekeeper was pleasant. We had a problem with the TV in the room and for our trouble which was not much, we were given a complimentary bowl of fruit. We also got 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers as this was our first stay. Parking was a bit pricy -$20 per day but you could enter and re enter the parking garage as many times as you wanted and although check out was at noon we had access to the parking garage until 6pm This hotel was recommended by a friend at my office and it lived up to all my expectations We had a really good time here, I would definetly return

Clean, great service, quiet room, great view. Nothing we didn't like except that Internet access was $15 so we skipped it. They did have free wifi in the lobby for an hour at a time.

Went with my daughter for her college graduation. Great location, only a few blocks from the Amtrak train station and in a commercial area of Montreal, near restaurants, bars, bookstores, shopping. Always felt safe. Literally, I could not have asked for anything else. Walkable distance to Parc Mont Royal AND Vieux Montreal.

An excellent place to stay while visiting Montreal. We went to a concert at the Bell Center and were back in our room before most people got to their cars in the lot. We were also only 1 block from the shops and malls of St. Catherine Street.

I stayed at this hotel while in Montreal for a hockey game. The location was great, I only had to walk across a parking lot to get to the Bell Centre. The hotel was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. When I checked in I told the person at the check-in desk that I had parked in the parking ramp under the hotel, and parking was automatically billed to my room. I had taken a bottle of beer out of the minibar, looked at it and put it back, it was charged to my room but the charge was removed when I told the staff what had happened.

The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and helpful. The room was fairly standard.

All rooms are non-smoking and the windows don't open.

I was very impressed by the service received at the hotel, and we actually got lucky and were upgraded to a Club Room, which had amazing views.

we ordered 2 cheeseburgers but the meat was not edible, also customer service told us that there was no brunch place around the hotel and suggested that the best option is to have brunch at the hotel, while the just around the corner there was a huge place with excellent food.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Our experience was excellent. The hotel staff was very courteous and helped us with all our questions and requests. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Montreal.

in need of a freshening. Mould in bathroom around the tub area. Great place to stay for a hockey game.

We got a geat last minute price. The only problem was, we reserved a 2 bed room but when we got there all they had was a 1 king room. We did get a cot and the room had a pull out couch. Great location.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton during the holidays, I went with my wife to show her Montreal and it was very convinient located, besided the room was nice and big... nice neighborhood!!!

Except for those on executive floors, the room furnishings are a bit old at Le Centre Sheraton...a shame because this would be a really nice property if Starwood would fix up the rooms. As it currently stands, however, the overall experience it satisfactory. The locatino is great, of course, but Montreal hotel rooms in general seem to have a bit of a dated feel.

The hotel has some great features -- central location; spa/pool/massages/hottub; and excellent staff. The room had some minor annoyances -- the curtains didn't fully cover the windows so there was a bright light shining in first thing in the morning; the TV pay-per-view was slow and at some points totally non-functional. Some days we got a newspaper, others not, which was odd. As I said, the staff was very accommodating and polite. We peppered the concierge with questions, and she was very helpful! As a side note, if you drive there, don't park in the hotel parking; rather, park at the Autoparc Stanley, which is just behind the hotel and accessible from Stanley street. It is cheaper and very close to the hotel.

Room was very good though bath too small for a 6 footer. Staff excellent and lobby beautiful

They charged me for EVERYTHING in the mini-bar but I did not touch anything in there. I told them to come up and check it and they did - nothing moved and they apologized. And then they charged me AGAIN, and that's when I got angry. I stayed for 2 nights and my keys stopped working 2 times. Charged me for valet service when I told them I used self parking. Still waiting to get the money they owe me. Staff was very sketchy and uninformative about anything and everything.
