Los Angeles Airport Marriott - Los Angeles

Das Airport Marriott ist ein modernes Hotel mit konfortablen Zimmern. Es liegt in sehr günstiger Entfernung zum Flughafen und bietet, wie die meißten Hotels, einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice. Das Bad ist recht groß und sehr sauber. Leider recht die Isoverglasung nicht aus, sodass man, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Airportseite hat, aufgrund des Lärms der startenden Flugzeuge sehr im Schlaf gestört wird. Daher sollte man immer ein Zimmer zur rückwärtigen Seite wählen. Bei Fragen zur Stadt oder Anbindung erhält man an der Rezeption viele Informationen vom Concierge. Auch wenn keine Bademäntel im Zimmer sind, sollte man am schönen Pool vorbeischauen.

Gute Zimmer, gutes Bett, sauber. Essen sehr gut aber Restaurant leider Sonntags bis 5pm geschlossen. Business center ebenfalls am Sonntag geschlossen.

Nice hotel in a good location to catch our flight. Smaller room, but up to date and comfortable. Would recommend it for the price!

We got a great rate. This is a nice hotel. The only problem are the elevators...extremely slow and often stop at every floor (with no one waiting to get on or off). For a 17 floor hotel this is inexcusable.

I enjoy my stayed and service that we had at the marriot I will return my next visit

Great location, if you want to be close to LAX. Also really nice pool if you want to hang out at the hotel. My only real complaint was the service at the desk. I'm sure the ladies were trying their best to please the individuals in front of them. However, they appeared oblivious to the fact that the line for people wanting to check in was growing by the minute. I was waiting 15 minutes to check in and there was one person at each check in person in front of me. Then as soon as the lady at check in finished, she decided to go on break!!! I found myself wondering if airlines have done such a good job of replacing people with machines, maybe hotels should think about doing the same thing!

My Sis and I needed a place close to the airport for an early flight in the morning. We checked in the evening and the lady who assisted us in checking in was a tad rude. Don't know if she was just tired or what but there wasn't much of a greeting. However, in the morning we were greeted with the warm smile and "Good Morning" of a lady name Trish. She left such a great impression that I made it a point to come and leave a comment. The hotel was clean and pleasant but Trish's attitude, kindness and willingness to assist us was like the icing on the cake.

Had to wait too long for pickup at airport. Other hotel shuttles came around more than once while I was still waiting for the Marriot shuttle. Also, took a long time to get the desk clerk on the phone from my room.

Room was a good size, but could have used two queen sized beds as we had our grandchild with us. A double bed is really obsolete for adults. Everything else was much better than could be expected for the price. Huge heated pool, excellent service, food prices were high but expected in LA. Neighborhood was not one you'd walk around in. Takes about 45 minutes to get to Hollywood/LA central sightseeing.

This was my first time staying anywhere near the LAX area, and was worried about the neighborhood. But I felt safe and the hotel was clean. It's an awesome hotel.

This is a busy hotel, and because there are at least a couple restaurants on site, the lobby was quite busy when we arrived. I was worried that it would be loud, but our room was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Our water in the room was luke warm. We called for a matience man and after he left the water was so hot you could not shower in it. Parking is a joke. They make you pay $25.00 even if you are a guest at the hotel. The restuant's in the hotel are over priced and the food was not very good. Overall staying here was more problam's then I could deal with and I am actually a very easy going person. I would not recomend anyone to stay here.

Arriving on a midnight flight, the beds made us say ahhhh!

The staff was prompt, attentive and very courteous and customer-friendly. We didn't know if we booked our reservations at the right Marriott, and the Concierge allowed me to view my email, so that I could find and double-check my reservation. I found out that we were at the right Marriott, but wrong hotel. However, he said the hotel was only a 5 minute walk away. The room was very clean, elegant, and had exceptionally comfortable beds. I loved swimming in the clean heated pool and jacuzzi in the evening. We were also very happy with the breakfast buffet included with our hotel reservation. The Marriott has always exceeded our expectations, and I have returned 3 times in the past year, when I have an LAX conference because of the wonderful experience of 'having a home away from home' at the Marriott's.

Hotel was in a great location, had a great convention center, and the staff were great. The only gripe I really had was the elevator situation. There were 6 elevators, each capable of holding only 8 people at a time. One elevator was out of commission. I guess the saving grace was the escalator service to the lobby and restaurants... because waiting for elevators took generally 5 to 10 minutes.

nice hotel, close to the airport. The shuttle didn't pick us up after waiting for 40 minutes, we had to take a taxi with our luggage, the hotel paid us back. the elevator was being upgraded so getting downstairs from the 9th floor usually took at least 10 minutes.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Very close to the airport. Great rate.

The location allowed for easy access to our late night flights. The elevators were under re-construction, so it was a long wait to get an elevator. It was the only downside of the hotel.

The staff at the Marriott was the best that I have ever experenced at a large hotel. Service was fantastic. They went above and beyond the "call of duty" to make my stay GREAT.

Nice hotel, great location, good service.

Great room for the money

The hotel is nice enough, but there are lines everywhere. Checking in, Checking out, Starbucks, to get into parking, to get out of parking (very long) The parking situation is ridiculous. Our room was on one side of the hotel and the parking lot was on the other. We walked about a half mile to our car from our room. Not to mention the price of parking. It would have been much more convenient and cheaper to pay for parking at an airport lot or on the street behind the hotel.

The hotel provided excellent service. I will recommend the Los Angles Marriott to friends and I will stay at this hotel whenever I am in the Los Angles area.

Accommodations were delightful, nice sports bar in-house with good food, great location nearby LAX and car rental agencies (for earlu drop-off) and shuttle service was timely and second to none. Clean and classy environment.

The beds were really, really comfortable. I loved that you had a Starbuck's in the Lobby. Staff was very curteous and helpful.

Our room was fine. Our problem was the lack of maid service. We returned to the hotel about midnight to find the room in the same condition we left it about 9:30 that morning. Towels on the floor, beds unmade, etc. The front desk offered to move us another room, which I appreciated, but by then all we wanted was some clean towels. The towels were delivered about 20 minutes later. I'd give the hotel another chance.

Great location, great room, and great service.

We had a problem with parking and they waived the parking fee with no question!! The room was comfy, the bed even better and it was super close the airport but not noisy! We would definitely stay here again!

This is the place to stay if your flying out of LA. All staff are very friendly and supportive of your travel plans. Food was great in the restaurant too. The rate for this property was unbelievable the best dollar spent for accomodations. The room was above our expectations and the bed slept great. We had been on the road for over 2 weeks. A wonderful way to end a vacation.
