Ein hotel, dass seine beste zeit hinter sich hat.... Wer ein Hotel für einen Stop over sucht kann es nehmen... da die lage sehr gut ist...

die zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, es gibr einen kleinen pool und spa, einen fitnessraum, internetzugang, ein kleines café sowie ein restaurant. auf jeden fall zu empfehlen!

Could do with a refurb and location not great (but I knew that). Sort of hotel you'd stay the night at if you're catching a flight or between flight arrival and rental car pick-up, or vice versa, but not a hotel to stay longer than you can. My trip was marred by front desk being unable or incapable of getting a connection to my credit card and telling me it had been "declined" (it hadn't and they had no record of the hotel even trying!)

We chose to stay at this hotel on our last night in Los Angeles to be closer to the airport for an early flight. The location and the hotel shuttle were great. The shuttle ran every 15 minutes so we didn't have to wait very long to catch one. When we walked into the hotel lobby, we were quite surprised in how nice it was for the price we paid; however, when went up to our floor and saw the condition of the hallway we questioned our choice. It is in need of some good cleaning and painting. Our room had a musty odor and we just didn't feel that it was very clean. We did not walk around in our room with bare feet. We would probably stay again for the price and the convenience but only for one night again. Not sure how the pool was since we had such a short stay.

Good location to LAX. Price was better than lesser hotels on the same street

The Crowne Plaza is a very beautiful property. It has all the amenities I was looking for...including laundry. The restaurant and deli had very good food.

My only complaint about the Crowne Plaza is that, like so many hotels today, they use a heavy comforter for bedding, which is too hot unless you set the A/C at about 60 degrees.

I loved it. The location of the hotel to the airport is very convenient. The staff, especially Mark T and the rest of the guys in Guest Services, were very helpful.The room was clean and my stay was just overall wonderful. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks

Good value and close to airport. I was very pleased that the shuttle came very quickly. It was late when we arrived, and not having to wait half an hour for the shuttle (like with other hotels) was a real plus

The Crown Plaza LAX hotel was a great value. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were adequate, and the extra bonus was the affordability of the overnight parking compared to other hotel parking rates in the area.

Room was dirty, no remote for the tv- had to call 3 times to finally get one. Lobby was nice- hot tub looked scary!! Good shuttle service and close to airport.

below average except for location, which is great. Rooms needed a good cleaning.

The hotel overall was a nice place for the price... however... i reserved a 2 bed room and ended up with a king size bed... it was just me and my buddy so um... yea. Not only was it a room with just one bed, but there were things such as used toothbrushes, toothpaste, cups and even a half full bottle of wine left in the room when we checked in. They replaced the room the following day with a 2 bed room but only after i called down over a 5 hour period to try to get the key... each time they said they would be right up with it... aside from this... the hotel has nice rooms and comfortable beds.

Great location. Close to the airport. We had to leave for the airport at 4am and the shuttle was up and running.

Very good deal for the money. Free 24 hour shuttle to/from LAX that runs every 15-20 minutes. Bed was super soft and comfortable. Nice little bag on the bed that had linen spray, a mask, and ear plugs. I would definately stay here again.

i was very pleased... clean and very pretty... beds were very comfy... i was expecitng less because of the price.. but was pleasntly surprised with this hotel.. we will stay there everytime we go to LA

The service at the front dest was very good. They were very professional.

Location is great for LAX, food choices at the hotel are good and a reasonable good bar. My room had paint peeling off of the closet door and an iron burn in the carpet, not big negatives just not the quality of maintenance and cleanliness I'm used to at a Crown Plaza. I will stay there again though.

Great hotel and service. I had an early morning flight and it was in the perfect spot. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Right down the street from LAX with a 24 hour complimentary shuttle to and from LAX. Well appointed rooms, good restaurant and coffee house.

Good hotel with Priority Club upgraded rooms.

When we arrived after 10:00 p.m. there was no hot water in the room. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. The breakfast facility was excellent and the service from the employees was very friendly and prompt. The hotel needs the rooms upgraded for the price they charge.

I was meeting my daughter there and I could not arrive until 7PM.My daughter arrived @LAX 11AM, the hotel allowed my daughter to check in early. I was very grateful for this service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is great. However, the wireless access needs improvement. I have stayed here several times for business reasons and always have a problem getting the service activated, then find that many of the e-mails that I tried to send were not delivered because of "technical" problems.

I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO AND IT HAS WENT DOWN IN FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF AND THE FOOD WAS AWFUL. I HAD ANTS ON THE COUNTER IN MY ROOM WHEN I CHECKED IN. IT WILL BE ANOTHER 4 YEARS BEEFORE I GO BACK THERE!!

The desk staff were not very helpful. Although it looked like the lobby had been renovated and some of the room furniture was newer, the beds were not comfortable and there were many very outdated features. We were put on a smoking floor even though we requested a non-smoking room. Overall, it was just less clean and less comfortable than what I had expected for the money. Still, nice to be close to the airport when travelling.

Would be OK is you are staying there just to catch an early flight out of LAX the next day but for nothing else. The food is terrible, the Internet Service is abysmal, and the staff in disinterested. Further, once you are there you are stuck. There is literally nothing to eat nearby so eat before you check in.

Parking was a little ridiculous. As a guest of the hotel and not just an airport parker, I thought we should've received a discount or something on the parking. I paid $70 to park my car there! They did say there was a parking package, but because I booked through hotels.com I was not eligible for it. I thought for a normal room the price was high. The price was even discounted compared to the original price I saw when I first logged on, but still high. The hotel was average. Nicer than some, but still not one of the best I have stayed in. In comparison to the prices and the other hotels in the area, I would stay here again.

Hotel is worn and in need of refurbishing. Carpets are worn and not clean.

I was very happy with my stay and the staff was great. Overall the hotel was very nice but after visiting a couple of others on the same street, it became clear that this hotel needs some updates like new decor in the rooms. Still very nice for the price.

I went through Hotels.com to make reservations for a weekend here at Crown Plaza, and I was billed 3 times for one stay and I am getting the runaround from both companies to resolve my credit card charges. A complete nightmare. Stay away!!!

Perfekt hotell när man ska flyga tidigt. Hotellet har shuttle bus till flygplatsen. Perfekt när man ska flyga tidigt. Mycket bra restaurang.

hotel e' di buon livello,anche se l'arredamento della nostra camera era un po' datato.Il parcheggio a pagamento è vicino,ma la particolarità dell'hotel che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è che è comodissimo quando arrivi e quando riparti dal LAX (collegamento navetta) e,se non conosci bene Los Angeles,riesci con facilità ad individuarne la locazione
