Radisson Hotel Orlando-Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

Wir (2 Erw. 1 Kind) waren im August 2009 zum Shoppen in Orlando. Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Highway. Diverse Malls sind schnell zu erreichen aber auch Disney und andere Parks. Hotel und Zimmer waren sauber und ok. Parken kostenlos vor der Tür.

Dieses Hotels ist direkt neben der Zufahrt zum Disney Resort gelegen und somit nicht auf dem Disney Resort Areal. Somit spart man sich die hohen Resort Fee Gebühren die in der Regel dort zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis erhoben werden. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen und mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten von Disney Downtown entfernt. Excellentes Preisleistungsverhältnis und das beste House Keeping das wir auf der ganzen Florida Reise erlebt haben.

Top moderne große Zimmer (mit riesem Flatscreen),sehr sauber (Hotel, Zimmer u. Bad), toller Pool (sehr wenig los, Handtücher kostenlos vorhanden), sehr freundliches u. kompetentes Personal, Touristenagentur direkt neben der Rezeption verfügbar (für Park-Tickets, Restaurants, Transports...), täglich 3 x kostenloser Transfer zum Disney Ticket u. Transportation Center , Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Trotz der Lage direkt neben dem Highway (No.4), ist es im Hotel sehr sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Klimaanlage.

This hotel is ideally situated for shops restaurants and within 12 minutes driving to universal studios.The staff are very helpful.The hotel lobby and rooms are welcoming and clean.My husband and I visited recently and found the hotel perfect for our short stay in Orlando.I would have no hesitation in recommending it to both couples, and families with small children

can get better\, disney market, restaurants, interstate by the corner.just park and walk

We were impressed with the hotel, onsite facilities, and overall services and responsiveness of the staff. The hotel is located just outside of the Disney Resort area, and therefore resort fees are avoided, unlike hotels within the resort. Additionally, this hotel does not charge for parking, which was a big plus. Downtown Disney is about a mile away (a nice walk or short cab ride). Universal and Seaworld attractions, including International Drive, is only a couple of exits away from the freeway (which is adjacent to the hotel location). While transportation to Disney parks is much more convenient if you stay in a Disney resort, this hotel is closer to a lot of cheaper restaurants and shops, so it works out better if you are on a budget. We didnt travel with kids, so convenience of transportation was not a big factor for us.

This hotel was decorated very nicely and very clean. Our room was nice and my kids were very happy to have free internet. The sleep comfort beds for my daughters was good but my husband and myself had a bed that kept getting hard no matter what we set it at. Otherwise this room was perfect for our needs and was centrally located to many restaurants, stores and attractions.

My family and I stayed 9 nights at Radisson Lake Buena Vista and it was great! The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The location was very close to Disney parks, which was convenient. It is also right next to the highway to go to the Universal Parks and Sea World, so it worked out great for us. The staff was very friendly. I got locked out of our room one night (my key was stuck in the door) and maintenance was there to help within just a couple of minutes. They were all very nice. Plus, there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Nice.

I made last minute reservations at this hotel and I was not sure what to expect. There was two adults and three children in our party and I was not sure we would have enough room. When we first arrived I was surprised by the appereance of the hotel, considering the price we paid for it. The lobby was very nice and inviting and the front desk people were very welcoming. The room we booked was very spacious and to our surprise very clean and modern. We ended up using the sofa bed and it was very comfortable as were the sleep number beds. Overall this was a very nice hotel and I have no complains what so ever. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

the only thing i didnt like the about the hotel was the way of getting into it. but everything else is very nice, clean and it looks new. great job!

my family and i stayed at this hotel from 8/19-8/24/09 we decided to book a room after reading all the great reviews and i must say they were right.The location was great in the center of all attractions and all kinds of restaurants a definate plus the staff was very pleasant the rooms were spacious and very well maintained the house keeping staff oh what can i say you guys all deserve a pat on the back you kept the linen fresh daily upon request any thing we needed..what can i say nothing bad every thing was excellent in fact were planning another trip in October and we'll definatly be back at the Radisson

Nice beds. Spacious room. Nice bathroom. Internet access very slow, almost useless. Good location even with the U turn issue. Just minutes from Downtown Disney and main highways.

This was our 3rd time staying here and for the price and proximity to Downtown Disney we love it!!! The staff is amazing and the bartenders kept us laughing!!! We didn't mind doing the U turn each time because for the money and the excellent service it was worth it!!

We came to the Radisson after staying in another hotel. We paid only $10 more to stay in the Radisson and it was so far superior in every way. It was genuinely luxurious, the staff were exceptional, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We really enjoyed the fact that there was a pull out bed. 3 kids and 2 adults it worked out great. Staff was friendly and sincere.

Really nice hotel.. Especially for the price! I stayed here for 12 days and had a great stay. The staff was really nice, not that i needed much but whatever questions i asked they answered. The restuarant had delicious food and the chef was super nice, he came out both of the nights we ate downstairs to ask if everything was ok and made any changes to what we ordered without a problem. The beds were comfortable! But unfortunatly when i made the reservation they only had 2 beds available so my boyfriend and i slept in seperate beds (Although we were both really comfortable so maybe it was a plus lol).. There is a Waffle House and a gift shop in the same parking lot so that was really convenient when we were going for breakfast before Disney and also for souveniers! Everything else was fairly close and you could possibly walk but i chose not to since it was the end of july beginning of august and it was SUPER hot out! So i would recommend renting a car if you stayed here because it just wasnt close enough and the shuttles do not run very often! The parking was good.. There were always spots around the back which we found was closer to the back entrance anyway. The internet was very slow so i barely used my laptop.. I think it may have been faster in the lobby because i would see people hanging out with their computers in the morning and at night.. but there are 2 computers in the lobby which im pretty sure are free of charge. The pool was really clean and theres a bar outside which was nice. The mini fridge in the room wasnt super cold so it was hard to freeze water and stuff.. It took about a week for them to freeze lol. And the dresser drawers were SUPER small! Im not complaining because of the low price especially but just giving the good and bad points.. Obviously nothing that makes me say i wouldnt stay here again because i definitely would.. Just a couple of things they could improve on =] ALSO.. If your a vegetarian.. Fuddruckers has AWESOME veggie burgers! An

Nice room (a little smaller than expected), enjoyed the sleep number bed. Location was ideal, it was close to a number of restaurants and fast food. i didn't particularly like the u-turn to get back to hotel, but that's a small price to pay. Only disappointment was that they didn't have a shuttle to Seaworld. I would definately recommend my friends to stay at this hotel

My wife and I had a romantic getaway to Orlando and stayed here. It was (almost) perfect! The hotel was new and clean. The rooms were great! I wasn't a big fan of the sleep number bed, but that's just me. We stayed on the top floor (after I requested it) and it was a beautiful view. We could see the Disney fireworks on one side and Sea World fireworks on the other. My only complaints (and honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal) was I could hear the elevator from my room. We were two rooms away but we could still hear a "woosh" sound. I turned on the bathroom fan and it was fine for the night. The only other complaint was the internet. Until they get it fixed, don't count on it. Even the lobby computers didn't work. Other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was nice enough. The rooms were clean and updated. However, the wireless internet connection was terrible. It froze a lot and would boot you off. after the first couple of days I gave up on it all together. The TV reception was spotty too. Not as frustrating as the internet. I was not impressed with the shuttle service at all. There were only 3 time to get to the parks. They only dropped off at 2 of the parks.After to you got to Epcot or Magic Kingdom, you had to take a Disney shuttle to Animal Kingdom or Hollywood studios. There were only 3 return pick up time. If you missed them you'd have to call a taxi. It wasn't the worst hotel but there could be improvements.

excellent hotel,very friendly staff.location is good.quite close to disney,little further to universal studios and sea world.will be quite expensive on taxi fares each day.best bet ,hire a car.overall brilliant hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for a business trip and I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely consider going back to the same hotel the next time I am in the Orlando area.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room considering the price we paid for it. The location is very close to restaurants, parks, etc. The traffic surrounding it is a bit hectic, but all in all, it was worth it.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. Is clean and organized. The customer service is excellent. The housekeeper were very nice and demonstrate that the customer really matter. Sleepnumber bed are awsome. The pool provides a bar. Parking is free. Its centrally located. Closed to strategic places. Me and my family will stay there again and again and again. We love it.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was great. The place was clean and recently upgraded. Nice place to stay while visiting the parks. If there was a negative it is if you miss the turn into the hotel it's a long block with many traffic lights to get back to the hotel. The turn in was not readly apparent. We would stay again.

We saw the pics and the reviews and we were thrilled with what we found. The room was very clean and bright, and dark when needed... Customer service was outstanding and for the rate we got it was a lot more than what we bargained for...! Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a great location, close to Disney and pletny of restaurants. The beds inflated/deflated based on preference. Comfortably slept five people (although tiny bathroom). Very clean and great amenities.

Our two-night stay at the Radisson Orlando-Lake Buena Vista was better than expected. I brought my mother with me, who is very hard to please, and my sister told me that my mom kept bragging about how nice the hotel was. It totally exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is right next to a very busy freeway. My room was facing the freeway and you could hear the extremely busy traffic all night long! I never got a peaceful night of sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was spacious and the flat screen plasma tv was nice. If it wasn't for the noisy freeway this hotel would've been top notch

The Radisson is a great hotel for the family and it's good if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room; a good place to rest your head. The location is good because it's on a strip with many food sources but bad because you have to make a u-turn to get back to it. That's the only major problem with this hotel the staff was pretty helpful, the pool was nice, and the gym could have been better. The restaurant was a little pricey, considering there were many cheaper food sources less than a mile from the hotel. Overall it was a good stay and I wouldn't mind coming to this hotel again.

We stayed there for 7 days during July-Aug'09 and had a great time. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and they were equipped with sleep number bed. The housekeeping service was outstanding. They rearranged the mess we created and provided clean sheets and towels everyday. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning for $11.99. We did not try that. We ordered food and ate. The portions are small compared to the prices you pay. We loved our stay and would like to come back again.

Pros: This is a good hotel to stay in with the price you pay. 1. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. 2. The room is very clean and bed's are adjustable according to your comfort. 3. The bathroom is very clean and nice looking. 4. Comfortable pillows and blankets. 5. Disney and other attractions are within 10-12 miles of the hotel. 6. Hotel is right at the exit from I-4, so its easy to get to the hotel. Cons: 1. Internet is very slow. 2. I have found green color object in the ice so careful when you get ice from the hotel. 3. I am not very pleased with one of the guy at the front desk, he helped but GOT ATTITUDE. Others were nice. Overall: My experience with staying with Radisson Hotel Orlando-Lake Buena Vista is good. Checkin and Checkout process is very fast.

The Radisson met my every expectation and more. I stayed in this Hotel twice within 3 weeks of each other. the first time I stayed the things I remember the most was the cleanliness, quality, and professionalism of the hotel. The rates are also very reasonable. The second time I went to Orlando, Fl I could have gotten a cheaper rate somewhere else but I didn't want to jeapardise quality.

Everything was very good except the surrounding area..

Our stay at the hotel was awesome. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and a great location from the Disney Parks. The service was great and the people were extremely friendly. We are going back in a couple of months and are defenitely staying there again. Strongly recommended to anyone staying in that area.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was outside of Disney but we got a cheaper rate for it. Only negative thing was driving into the hotel. We had to make a lot of u-turns which was a bit annoying. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room service was excelant.They came to clean our room every day.The kindness of the staff really helped when you needed something.The location of the hotel is very conveniat,located to most of the larges parks and attrations in Orlando.It was a great hotel with the quality was excalent for the money we payed.

Ok, the rooms is ok. What you'd expect, nothing more. The sleep number beds were good. The internet did not work. They don't have wireless and when I tried two different computers plugged into their ethernet jack it didn't work. Also, because there is no entrance from South on vineland you have to drive south in what seems to be 24 hour heavy traffic and make a U turn to get to the hotel. Very annoying. However, on your way out of the place you're close to the east gate and a bunch of restaurants. I wouldn't stay there again. Takes 3 minutes to get to Fridays and 30 minutes to get back to the hotel.

Very convenient. Rooms are clean, brand new and it was perfect for what we were paying.
