Sehr gute Lage an Downtown Disney in gewohnt sehr guter Hilton Qualität

Ich kenne Hilton bisher nur als Business Hotel. Dieses Hilton ist ein Urlaubshotel. Von daher habe ich das Hotel nicht so super gut bewertet, ich bin mehr Luxus und Sauberkeit gewohnt. Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel mit schönem Pool (Handtücher gibt es kostenlos dazu). Tolle Lage! Eine Bank (Sun Trust) ist gleich um die Ecke, tauscht aber kein Euro-Geld (nur Traveler Checks)

The Hilton is located across from Downtown Disney, it's not a couple steps away but just a 5-8 minute walk. My husband and I went for our anniversary and really liked the convenience of being close to the downtown area. We walked there almost every night for dinner and the nightlife. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. If you want a king-sized bed, definitely call to confirm that as apparently they are doing renovations on the king rooms right now and they are in short supply. The Disney shuttle buses to all the parks also pick up/drop off here(for free) which is a huge plus.

hotel was lovely, we booked a king towers room with hotels.com. we chose this room because it offered breakfast and snacks all day. when we arrived the hotel said this floor was closed. We paid for a convenience and were not told in advance. It may have swayed our minds to book elsewhere. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room and give us free buffet breakfast each day we were there. The pool and hot tub were great. Staff was so friendly. Resturants in the hotel were fabulous. downtown disney within walking distance. buses were right on time I would stay here again if I return to disney. We booked a Mears shuttle to the hotel, so it was so much better than renting a car. The hotel has Mears transportation to all other attractions for a fee, so we did not have pay for parking of $10.00 each day.

I loved the Hilton. They provided outstanding service including clean and well maintained facilities. The location was also a definite plus. I vacation in the Orlando area a least twice a year and I plan on staying at the Hilton the next time I'm down there. Couldn't have been happier.

Hotel is in great location, hotel is dated but offers great value of the rates. Only annoyance was the hilton vacation club which doubles as the information desk. Very painful after a long days travel to cope with the full on sales drive.

Easy walk to Downtown Disney, Beautiful Bar with Pool Table, Valet Guy (John) was very helpful and friendly.

stayed in hotel for 6 nights and is perfect location for visiting disney without paying the hugh prices for a disney resort hotel,downtown disney is straight across the road from the hotel which has disney quest and circque du soleil which i would highly recommend and the bus collects every 30 mins from the hotel and its the 1st stop for the bus so you will always get a seat on the very busy bus when it stops at the other 2 hotels after,the extra magic hours are great aswell as the queing is way shorter as you have to show your room key to get on the rides during this time, which only resort hotels have

Charged for parking - food service much tooooooo expensive. No tissues in room - asked twice for this and no response.

The hotel beds were really nice and cunmfy. Our stay was really nice. I would stay here again when we vist this area. I did't like paying for the parking it should have been included. The Hilton should consider changing this policy, it would make customers happier. To let the disney vistors know the last bus for the night can really be a downer. Disney hires out contracters to get you back to the hotel, they are not very freindly and take the long way back to the hotel. Just be for warned. Another postive for the hotel, with trying to get out on the road early I forgot to double check the safe and left my wedding ring. The hotel security retrieved it and they shipped it to me. I have great confidence in the hotel and their employees. Thanks you

I really enjoyed my stay. The employees were pleasant, the rooms were clean and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The only thing that I disliked was having to pay $8.00 daily for parking in their lot.

This hotel had the best beds we have ever slept in. The location is easy walking distance to Downtown Disney and had great exercise and swimming areas. We really liked the movies while swimming in the pool at night. Great fun for the kids. A very good value for the money.

This hotel was great for our visit to Downtown Disney because we only had to cross the street. Service was top-notch and the hotel room as as clean as any I have ever stayed in. The staff clearly understands hospitality. On-site restaurants were pricey, but that wasn't a surprise. My only complaint is with the $8 (plus tax) daily parking fee. Got a great rate here on hotels.com, but that fee was more than 10 percent of the room rate.

Even though it was a very nice hotel, I could not imagine paying the price they would charge you. This hotel, in my opinion, is only worth it if you get a deal through hotels.com. The fact that the hotel charges you $8 a day to park after paying such a high room rate is pretty ridiculous. The restaurants in the hotel are very expensive, even the little market cafe was expensive. The beds are very comfortable, I usually wake up a few times during the night and I never woke up in these beds. I did notice my husband and I when we returned had what looked like bed bug bites on us. I can't be for certain that this is where they came from but it's a little suspicious. We wanted to go down to the pool however, the pool area was small and crowded so we did not use the pool area. We were very pleased with the service we received, everyone was so nice and helpful! Overall, you have to remember you're paying for the location. You cannot beat the location, it is literally steps away from Downtown Disney and maybe a mile away from Typhoon Lagoon. I'm not sure if I would stay here again, especially when the Hoilday Inn Express we stayed at off 95 on the way down was better.

carpet & bathroom was very dirty

My only complaint is that the Hilton should have free parking for their hotel guests. If you are verifiably registered as a hotel guest, you should not have to pay for parking.

The staff are very helpful, informed, and very friendly. Service is consistently impecable.

Ours stay was heaven on earth. Everyone enjoyed the room. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. My granddaughter loved the beds so much that she was always the last one to get out of bed and for a five year old at Disney that speaks volume. We all totally enjoyed ours stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. GREAT JOB! to all the staff.

but beware of hidden costs like parking. while there is parking available it's expensive and can really add up over a multi-day stay. If you have a car I'd suggest staying elsewhere.

...which was not mentioned when I booked the room. It's a Hilton, so everything is cookie-cutter and pretty nice. However, I can not get over the audacity of charging "guests" to self-park and walk half a mile to the hotel. If you choose to valet park - very well, you should pay extra for the convenience. But to charge for DIY parking and holding the car hostage (you can't exit the parking lot without the parking receipt) is absurd, particularly when it is not disclosed when you are booking the room. There were comparable hotels nearby with no parking charge which I would have booked and saved some money. I am disappointed with the price paid once the parking cost is factored in.

Very nice just like every Hilton you go to. Good location close to attractions, close to Downtown Disney.

Room was quiet and clean, 24 hour market with quick snacks and essentials, located within 100 yards or Downtown Disney and Transportation to Disney and Magic Hours. Everything was Excellent!

The room was large, clean, well maintained.

The Hilton at Walt Disney World is a fine hotel that has been well maintained. You should know that the hotel charges $8.00 per day for parking and the hotel restaurants are very expensive.

The transportation was very reliable right on time, but the price per room was a bit pricey

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, the rooms was clean w/ nice bed linens. The room was a little tight for my husband, myself & 4 yr old, but how much time do you spend in your room while on vacation. Same for the bathroom. The price was great, so how can you complain? Service was excellent!!! I cannot say enough about service. We also loved having the cafe/deli downstairs to grab a quick breakfast or snack when returning from Disney. We loved the location, just a 5 minute ride from the hotel. They had a shuttle, but we chose to drive. Pool was very nice and spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

As others have noted, the rooms are a little small for a family (we had 2 adults and three children in a double; queen size beds would be nice). No LCD/plasma TVs, which I think should be standard in Hilton hotels by now. No free internet which I think also should be included. Dining was a little pricey but not really more than what you pay in Disney restaurants and with better food quality. Very convenient to Downtown Disney and the buses made travel to the parks easy. Pools were nice but they close at 11:00 which might be a little early for some, especially adults who want to wind down after a day at the parks. Thsi is a nice hotel for the money but not plush if that is what you are looking for.

overall the stay was good, and the room was good. however, we did have a problem on check in. room wasn't ready, so we had to wait about 15 minutes. that in itself is not a big deal. but, when we went back to get the room key, we had to wait in line AGAIN for another 25 minutes. I had tried to get the key from concierge or bell stand, but neither was willing to assist, or go out of their way in helping our avoiding standing in line again, the second time.

Service could have been better. When I made my reservation I requested a King size bed. I knew when I booked it that there was a possibility that I wouldn't get one. When I arrived I was informed that there were no king size beds, only two doubles. Okay, I thought, I was aware that may happen. Then I was told she did have a room with a king size bed, but was told it was $60 more a night, are you kidding me! I was trying to take my fiance to a nice graduation/birthday trip to Disney. The hotel experience could have been better, but the buses from the hotels to the park did work out well.

Walk across the street to Downtown Disney! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed linens were superb. I guess my only complaint would be the parking charges, and the food and drinks charges....pretty high, but it is a high profile hotel, so I guess it can be expected. Honestly, I'd rather they upped the hotel price by $8.00 a day and told me parking was free....psychological warfare :)

The Hilton was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for downtown Disney about a 3 minute cab ride..too far to walk. The food mart was open late. It was very a great price for a nice room. Would stay there again, if I were staying near downtown Disney.

We stayed overnight and enjoyed our visit. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Close to off Disney restaurants and to Disney Downtown... so take your pick. The only irritation was the daily parking fee of $10.00. So figure it into your room price! We will stay there again!

Great Hotel for the price. I really was impressed with the quality of the hotel. I was expecting less when I saw the price. The staff was more than helpful with all my questions and concerns. I know some commented on the wait for the Disney Bus. However it ran every half hour which is about average for most hotels in the area. Who wants to drive and pay for parking @ Disney when you have to pay to park at the hotel? Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The only negative is I had a view of a rooftop and wall but what do you expect for the price of a 4 star hotel?
