The hotel is great but the front desk people, had no idea about where you can go or what you can do or how you can go to important places. Also they charge for parking. $14 per day.

Comfortable room and bed. We had a nice stay.

The room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay very much and this hotel should deserve 5 stars. The "Grill" restaurant had a good choice of food.

Pros: The best part was definitely the service, they were the best I've seen. Attentive, would look up directions for you, even helped me find a cell phone charger at 2 AM. Cons: Services that are usually free were expensive. Be ready to pay around 14/day for parking (next to Burbank Airport) and 13/day for internet service.

This is a great hotel if you are flying in for just a night.Very clean, comfortable and accomodating with shuttles to shopping and airport.I definitely recommend it for that purpose only.

Comfortable, clean room. Flat panel TV. Restaurants and shopping nearby (Del Taco, McDonalds, Denny's right across the street. Shower suitable for smashing. Overall, very good hotel.

This hotel is so beautiful! I felt like I should have paid more for the stay and I wished I had more time just to be at the hotel!! The staff was wonderful and helpful!! I recomend this hotel highly!!!

Very clean and nice room. Shuttle was at the airport within 5 minutes of calling. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. Downside is parking is $14.00 per day. Beer was expensive in hotel bar.

Loved the feather beds and very comfortable down pillows.

The room was great, very clean, great interior furniture and linens. My girlfriend and I used this hotel for a weekend getaway to Universal Studios and it was the perfect hotel for our budget. The location is close by to many exciting sites, close to the airport for easy access. My only problem was that the room didn't come with a mini refrigerator, which was a problem for me because i wanted to keep cool our snacks that we prepared for the theme park. Other than that it was great and they have a big flat screen tv for people who just want to relax and stay in the hotel.

I stayed here for a conference and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was in comparison to the great price. The food at the Daily Grill was exceptional.

Hey, it's a Marriot. Spacious rooms, great staff. Just what you hope for and expect from a Marriott.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 days visiting Universsal Studios. The location is great for Universal Studios (only like 10 minutes away). My kids enjoyed the pool very much and stayed in as much as possible, as for me I enjoyed the newly remodeled Gym! Although we reserved 2 rooms and were hoping to have adjoining rooms (which was kinda a bummer cause they didn't have any) but they gave us rooms that where pretty much across from each other which was not too bad. We stayed here 2 years ago and the renovation of the hotel is beatiful. We will definetly stay here again if we visit Universal Studios again. They also have new restaurants across the street which is a good plus other than just having the Hotel restaurant to eat at.

This hotel was great, I loved everything about it. It was clean and the hotel people were very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good staff. Nice room. This is a multi-story busy airport/convention hotel. Fee to park. Outdoor sitting area (non smoking).

I stayed here because it was cheap and close to the Universal Studios.. The hotel looked pretty nice both in and out. There were two swimming pools. I didn't eat anything in the hotel but there are some restaurants right across the street. (McD, Denny's, Panda Express, Sushi, Starbucks, Del Taco etc.....) I believe the car parking was $14 a night . There is an airport near by but I didn't really hear the noise so don't worry about it. The only criticism is there was no fridge in the room. Other than that, nothing to complain.

Great rates for a very nice hotel. Renovations just completed make it more of a luxury hotel. Good location near airport, with litlle or no noise. Have spent consideraable amout of time on short trips and extended trips at this hotel. Great food and staff. Washers available make it so convenient for families.

free shuttle service needs to be reserved..we ended up paying alot for taxi service

My Girlfriend and I planned a weekend getaway to Universal Studios and the hotel was worth the money. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was really nice. This hotel is perfect only if you have a car, of course in LA you need a car where ever you go. Universal Studios is right around the corner. We spent our nights having dinner in Santa Monica which was only 25 mins away. One morning I ran out of gas in my car and the front desk gentlemen told one of the bell boys to get me gas. Now that was service! I couldnt really hear the airplanes. Ive stayed in many hotels and I have to say the service was most excellent will stay again for sure. Not to mention my girlfriend was impressed of my hotel selection. Also the hotel has two pools and a great waiting area inside and outside. One important note Starbucks is right across the street!!!

Hotel is very nice, located across from Burbank airport entrance. Very comfortable rooms, beds, and lobby staff is friendly. But . . . considering every night is an extra $14 for your car to park is stinky.

Too many people in the halls talking and going up and down the halls at all hours of the night. Had several people knock on my door late at night looking for a person I did not know. Have stayed at the Burbank Mariott near Olive Ave before and did not have any of these issues. I will stay there next time.

great room price was a little high than i usually pay. but loved the room very comfy. close to dennys and a few other fast food places. 10 min from universal studos..

Clean, helpful staff. Room did have an odor to it for some reason, other than that - great hotel and restaurant

Rooms were very clean and always maintained. Employees very nice and helpful. Always there to serve you.

I really enjoyed the spacious lobby and the fact that there's enough sitting there that allowed me to do some work in a relaxing atmosphere.

I loved the hotel. It was great, including the seating in the lobby. The only room for improvement was the bathroom amenities - there was only one packet of coffee (decaf) and no tea bags. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, no conditioner available.

Room smelled of smoke upon entering. Front desk had room cleaned to remove smell upon my complaint. Hotel restaurant was good. Fitness center is nice. Could not make coffee and iron using the same plug without having to reset it which seemed odd. Cold water at 4:00 am last day of stay. Not sure how many are showering for an early flight at 4:00 am like I was, but there wasn't enought hot water and this was disappointing. Typical room. Expected more from the hotel given the cost of the room.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The shuttle service is very good. I only waited a few minutes. The reservation desk is friendly. Good food and bar area.

The guests in the room next to mine were up making noise all night. I did not get a wink of sleep. The only good thing was I had to be up early to catch a flight and I was aready awake. The fitness room was outstanding. The room was excelent also.
