Hotel ist schon etwas älter. Lüftungsanlage in den Zimmern sehr laut, konnte man auch nicht abstellen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Mittelklasse Hotel in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten von Niagara Falls. Saubere Zimmer mit relativ lauter Airconditioning.

Wer preisgünstig übernachten möchte, dazu noch kostenlose Parkplätze schätzt und nur 10 min zu den Falls laufen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Für 1-2 Nächte ist diese Unterkunft vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren zufrieden.

Wir übernachteten vom 28.-29.04.07 eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage zu den Falls war super und das Hotel war für den Preis echt ok. Gut waren auch die vielen Hotelparkplätze, den wir auch noch nach dem Auschecken für den Rest des Tages nutzen konnten. Also wie (38 J. M und 26 J. W) würden jederzeit wieder dort nächtigen.

This hotel is a good find in Niagra. It is no Sheraton but it is quiet and clean and the location is superb. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and yet only a 10 minute spectacular walk to the falls. The rooms are a bit dated but they were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very near the falls. Free parking which was very good. Rooms large, clean and beds comfortable. Food in the Falls was very expensive but it was a trip of a lifetime although we will return and more than happy to stay at same hotel

This hotel was a nice departure from all the chain hotels we usually stay at. It was family-run and family-friendly, and a good value for the Falls area, especially considering that it offered free parking. While you could tell that not all the decor and furnishings were brand-new, everything was clean and comfortable. The one thing you should keep in mind if you stay here is to try to get a room away from the street. Our room was on the first floor (second story) on the "Falls View" side of the hotel. The hotel sits right on River Rd., on the corner with a stoplight. The traffic was very loud! We were awakened several times during the night by traffic sounds. Maybe if our room had been higher up on the Falls View side or on the City View side it wouldn't have been so bad.

location is good, rooms look like they are out of 1970, could use some upgrades, good for the price, walking distance to the falls.

It took over a day to get them to fix two bedroom lamps. Did not offera preview of what are the best things to fo at Niagra Falls. It seems that there was no enthusiasm from the help on where we are from and who we are. It would of been great if the pool was opened at 700am and not 900am. Did not use the Pool at all. This hotel has twp things to offer, free parking and fair pricing. Thanks Illinois residents USA

This hotel is just a short walk away from the falls. It is very clean and neat. the hotel staff is very personable and helpful. beautiful view of the rainbow bridge and the american falls.

Good food at hotel restaurant. Needs new softer towels. Hotel was very clean. Would stay there again. Great location, close to attractions and falls. Would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. We had a falls view balcony and it was wonderful. I plan to visit the falls next year and I will certainly stay at Michael's Inn.

Hotel was clean and updated and comfortable. Staff very accomodating and friendly. (this included desk clerks, housekeeping staff and dining room staff). Parking was free for guests but lot adjacent to hotel was small and extra parking was in another lot above it with only 2 narrow stairways to come down and go through lower lot and then down into hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay if you're driving since parking is free and its easy to get in and out. There's not much to "view" from here but the room is large,comfy and clean and the indoor pool and jacuzzi are nice.

This was our third stay at Michael's Inn by the Falls. Though a bit dated, it is a very comfortable and friendly hotel. Rooms are clean, and the food at their restaurant was delicious. The location is quite close to the falls and the value can't be beat. We absolutely would recommend this hotel, and would return for a fourth visit in the future.

friendly and efficient service, the room was clean and had all your standard conveniences. Most of all I liked the mattress, sooo comfy, the best ever - but they would not let me take it home!!!!!

The Hotel is Great if you are able to walk to places as we are. We also like the pool there as it is not too crowded and well maintained. The room was quite comfortable and appealing.

I have stayed at this Hotel three times now in the past year. I find it very well located, the hotel is older but the cost is great compared to the other hotels around the area, there is a pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room, the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a quiet hotel no kids running the hallways or loud intoxicated adults in the hallways. The Hotel also has a Dining Room with an excellent breakfast.

Very very friendly staff/reception that know the area well and are more than willing to help you. Overall, I would definitely go again- great price and comfort for the area. I stayed on the top floor. Few bits of random info: Light on patio doesn't seem to have a mechanism for turning off- bring clips for your curtains at night. Jacuzzi/pool indoors- definitely take advantage. Most guests appear to be families. "Falls view" means you need to lean over the balcony to see it. Road noise disturbing if you leave the glass door opened, but when closed it is not at all bad. A/C worked well. Shower is very hot/cold variable during busy shower hours.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help out! The room was nice and very clean.

Very good location.Clean room.You can see the Falls from the balcony if you room is on the front of the hotel even on the first floor.The breakfast was ok but don't like the diner at there restaurant.Overall the best for the money.

Very nice older hotel that advertised a "falls view". It had one but you had to walk out on the balcony and look over the rail. I didn't find that offensive though. We enjoyed the staff and the place.

This is the 5th time we stayed at Michaels and as always we were satisfied all around. Only problem this time was the pool water was a little too cold. The hotel offers free parking, unlike alot of hotels near the falls. They dont offer free breakfast, but you can get a good buffet for a reasonable price.

Check in time was 3 PM ~ we couldn't get into our room until after 4PM. Room was stuffy but didn't take too long to cool down. No coffee for the coffee pot. Room overall was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Pool was small but very nice and warm.

The outside appearance immediately caught my eye, but not in a good way. In desperate need of some TLC on the outside. The room itself was a little impressive at first glance, untill I took a closer look, and was quite disappointed ... closed the curtains and saw sunlight creeping right through the holes in the shades/blinds. Overall not recommended for the price I paid. For me this is a future no-no, unless they get their act together, and fast.

Decent hotel that was very cost effective. Enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. For two of us was even cheaper than a hostel, and definitely a lot better. Would stay there again.

This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and we will definitely stay here the next time. The location was great as was the "free" parking. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room very clean.

I booked this hotel after reading the pros and cons of other posts. Now let me give everyone the bare facts. The jacuzzi suite is small but if ur on a weekend getaway, does that really matter? The restaurant is only open for specific hours which I found annoying. You have to go outside in order to get to the pool, sauna, and fitness center. Maybe I'm too much of a diva but another poster said the bed was the most comfortable he'd slept in. I beg to differ, it was so hard, I woke up with a cramp in my had from however I was sleeping trying to get comfortable. The jacuzzi tub would have been perfect except there are no stairs to climb in/out which means u have about a 2.5ft rise and another 9in across to clear to get in (yes i banged my inner thigh trying to clear it). The blackout curtains had holes in them, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and to agree others it was outdated but one of the cleanest cheap hotels I've ever been in. It was also right by the main drag, which means u can walk to just about anything but that also means u get road noise in the room. Would I stay there again? If I was going to party and didnt plan to be in the room much, yes. I i were going for rest and relaxation, no.

I chose this room based upon other reviews. It was far more rundown and outdated than I anticipated. Apparently there is a newer section that is nicer which the front desk told us it would cost $100 more to stay there. Wallpaper is peeling off walls, dark basement room, very old everything. It was clean though, just very rundown. Pool was nice enough, parking is free and it is a decent location. I would probably pay few dollars more for a nicer room next time.

Great place to visit. The jetted tub in the room was great. My girlfriend and I went for a weekend away, and it exceeded all of our expactations

the staff is friendly and very helpful. i stay a few times a year and everytime i had a great experience.

This was my first time in Niagara Falls. The hotel was amazing. It was super close to everything. We walked every where. The parking lot entrance is a little hard to get into. But we managed. We stayed in the Deluxe room with the jetted tub. The hot tub was amazing. It was huge. Big enough for two larger people. The king size bed was also huge. We were on the ground floor, Which was very nice. But they also had elevators. We did not get in the hotel pool or hot tub. This time in the season the restraunt and bar were closed early. They have a buisness room but it is really only like a computer and a printer. The Staff was very friendly. gave us lots of tourist booklets and was able to give us lots of information. I used a cash deposit on the room instead of checking in with a credit card. This hotel was excellent. The rates were great and the room was great. I would def. reccommend the deluxe room. After walking all day its nice to enjoy your own hot tub. I will use this hotel again next time I go to Niagara Falls.

Just stayed for a night before we splurged on the Marriott. Place just a couple of minutes from anywhere, great deal, view wasn't anything spectactular... but overall the service was pleasant, parking was free, location was ideal, beds were comfortable, not noisy at all, and importantly for me, it was clean. Place is a bit older in decor but no biggie at all... for me, I think when you're just trying to not pay too much for a decent place - you need clean, comfort and location - I think this place nailed all three.
