Das Hotel ist relativ ruhig aber trotzdem noch nahe am Flughafen. Der Preis war etwas höher als bei den Hotels die näher am Flughafen leigen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken kostet extra.

The beds were very comfortable and the pool was nice. My only complaint is that the hotel charges for parking.

Very clean room, lovely beds! Valet parking provides water bottles. The only improvement I could suggest is that I like to see real glasses and cups in the guest rooms.

The Manhattan Beach Marriott is desperately lacking in customer service. The people at the front desk, including the front desk manager, were extremely rude and put out by my simple request for quarters (one must pay to park just about everywhere in the Manhattan Beach area). In addition, prior to providing the quarters the front desk manager asked for my room number and his attitude got worse when he saw that I booked with a 3rd party and complained that he couldn't see how much I paid for my room. My last complaint is that I called in advance to find out if they had a business center and was told they did so I didn't bring a laptop. When I went to their business center I found out it is $0.49 per minute to use their computers for internet access. I've stayed at everything from a Hampton Inn to an Intercontinental in Europe and have NEVER paid for the business center computer usage. I ended up going to the Manhattan Beach library and using their computers a few times. The folks at the library are extremely helpful and accommodating, unlike those who work at the Manhattan Beach Marriott.

I only stayed a night but the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in a hotel in a while - the pillows were perfect and the bedding was cozy. And for the price - the room was perfect!!!

Hotel was pretty clean, clearly pretty old and not that far off from needing to be updated - was a bit grossed out by the slowness of the staff to pick up our neighbors' breakfast room service trays, left outside the various doors until at least 530 p.m. (which is when we left for our event). The restaurant staff was a bit slow, forgot about our party of 8 for a while and it was really hard to get their attention or get them to remember to bring requests (water, additional flatware)- but the breakfast buffett was decent (a bit overpriced at $17.50/pp). The hotel worked for us because it was really close to our destination and it was close to stores (food, retail, service). The valet staff were very nice!!

Great location and the staff was very patient and nice! Only bad thing is that the pool area is very small, but the beach is only 5 minutes away!

$15 parking fee, not listed. Can't park on the street b/c they tow your car between 2am-4am. Each dollar mean more to the hotel then making you happy about your stay. Quality customer service mean nothing here only your money. Bad exprienced.

When I made the reservation, I was not excited about this hotel as I usually stay at pretty chic boutique hotels. They were all booked. This was a great value. They let us check in early, the bed was very comfy, all staff really friendly and the food at the breakfast buffet was really good. I have had Four Seasons brunch many times and still was very satisfied with theirs. The highlight of my entire visit was the waffle maker where you make your own waffles. They were the best waffles I've ever had and would stay here again just for that. The decor was also much nicer than expected and eventhough the description didn't say they had an ihome, they did!

This is a nice hotel with a very personable staff. My only complaint is there is no wireless available in the rooms. Marriott really needs to review this in their future considerations for improvements.

The hotel is only about a mile from Manhattan Beach and has restraunts nearby. The room was great for the price, however the staff did not know what to do with our kids eat free offer. Management was great about honoring the offer but went through a process to make it happen. We also noticed that the pool area did not get cleaned up often and room service trays stayed in the hall over night. BUT our room was clean and the location for the price was great.

Was a very pleasant hotel, only negative was the $19 for parking. Quite a tax in the grand scheme of things. Hotel has beautiful view and nice amenities.

Hotel provides a yummy breakfast in the room rate... made to order omlettes and nice buffet. 10 mins from LAX, without the 'airport hotel' vibe and noise... nice for this East Coaster to wake up to golf course and palm tree views instead of runways. Definitely would stay again if I got stuck at LAX overnight.

Great atmosphere, great layout, friendly staff and a economical price for the area. 1.5 miles from the beach and plenty of great restaurants around. Great Breakfast Buffet. The only thing I did not care for was how they handle their parking (voucher based plus in/out tickets) and the hotel carpet is super outdated, but overall, I will definitely stay again.

The only thing that took away from the stay was the room service misundestanding. We ordered 6 Budlights to the room and I gave the gentlemen $38 dollars. THe cost for the Bud Lights were $35 which was charged to the credit card. We called the hotel to try and get credited but they were unalbe to accomidate us. I've never paid $70 for a six pack of beer. THe room service guy got his biggest tip of the year for sure.

We went there with the expectations that the hotel would be fantastic due to the location and golf course. We experienced a toilet that didn't flush properly, the original room we were assigned to was not ready and the carpet and cleanliness is an issue. I must also express that the elevators were having a maintenance issue. The employees were very nice and tried to assist us as much as possible but the owners need to step up the number of employees and remodel, seriously.

The guest service was not helpful at all. The room was not as clean as expected. The valet manager damaged my remote key control to my car and would not admit to it. Was never told that we had to pay for parking! The pool area was a mess. Cleaning personnel did not pick up a towel laying on the floor of the elevator lobby of one of the floors for more than half a day! I would definitely not go back. It looks pretty in the pictures, but it is really not all that, especially for a Marriott!

I stay at the MB Marriott whenever I go to the Beach Cities in L.A. It's very conveniently located near LAX, the beach, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the service is very good.

be careful, this hotel has a penalty of one nights room cost if you don't stay for the entire nights reserved. So business travelers, if you finish your appointments early, find a nice golf course and relax.

Heating, a/c unit a little noisy when operated. Also, large shower head but pressure not as strong as we would have liked

Great swimming pool, excellent fitness center, comfortable room, centrally located near the 405 freeway as well as Highway 1. They have a highly desirable check out time of noon which allowed us to work-out in the gym and have a swim before leaving.

The hotel overlooked a beautiful golf course minutes away from the beach and near a shopping center and plenty of restaurants. Room was very spacious!

A few housekeeping issues but staff was very helpful and kind.

In a place where hotels are very expensive, this was a great find for the money. very clean and comfortable pool. They were undergoing construction when I was there so the choice of rooms with views was limited. We had a a view of the front lot. But the grounds are nice. There was a lot of action going on on Saturday night- a couple of weddings and parties. Pool was nice as were golf course grounds. Beds very comfortable and minutes away from trendy Manhattan Beach area with great restaurants and pier with jumping dolphins!

Hotel is old and needs to be upgraded or remodeled. The carpets along the hallways need to be replaced. Old and dungy, stale and moldy.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It had a view overlooking the golf course. The hotel was close to several shopping centers and only about ten minutes away from the beach. The only down side I found to the hotel was having to pay for parking.

This hotel was extremely nice, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond their responsibilities. Anything I needed they were more than happy to help with. Great hotel and great atmosphere with a great staff.
