Ordentliches Hotel zum sehr guten Preis

Sehr günstiges Hotel unweit vom Strip , wie in den meisten Las Vegas Hotels läßt der Service im Haus zu wünschen übrig, das Badezimmer ist klein ( aber ausreichend ), der Pool in recht klein ( aber sauber ). Also, wenn mann eine saubere , einfache und günstige Unterkunft ohne viel Schnick Schnack sucht , ist mann hier richtig !

akzeptable Entfernung zum Strip mit ständigem und kostenlosem Shuttle (10 Minuten); sensationelles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, wobei wir das Glück hatten, dass uns beim Einchecken ein Upgrade vom gebuchten Zimmer zur Suite in der 10. Etage angeboten wurde (ohne Aufpreis). Leider hatten wir nur 1 Nacht gebucht und mussten am Tag darauf die Heimreise antreten. Somit konnten wir weitere Annehmlichkeiten wie Konzert und Swimmingpool nicht geniessen.

Ein großer, wenig charmanter Komplex vermutlich aus den Siebzigern. Gut ist die geringe Entfernung zum Flughafen, der Shuttle-Service zum Stripe, das unkomplizierte Parken im Parkhaus und das Buffet (Frühstück 6,50$) im Haus. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht vollkommen ok. Ich würde beim nächsten Besuch aber vielleicht für 30 € mehr ein Zimmer in einem neueren Hotel wählen.

Etwas abseits vom Strip gelegenes Hotel aber trotzdem mit guter Anbindung an den Flughafen und alle Attraktionen der Stadt (kostenloser Bus-Shuttle). Äußerst preisgünstige Verpflegungsangebote in reichhaltigen Buffets inklusive alkoholfreier Getränke (Frühstück ca.6,-$, Lunch ca.8,-$, Dinner ca.12,-$). Freundliche und kompetente Beratung an der Rezeption und Bell-Desk. Trotz riesigen Casinos, 70 Bowlingbahnen und zahlreichen anderen Veranstaltungsräumen z.T. mit abendlichen Live-Konzerten absolute Ruhe im Hotelzimmer, auch kein Straßenlärm.

Zimmer geraeumig mit King-Size-Bett, Kommode und Garderobe, Beistelltisch mit Sessel, Buegelbrett, Kaffeemaschine, Flat-Screen TV, "Plastik-Bad", Waschtisch im Zimmer. Laute Fliessgeraeusche (auch aus angrenzenden Zimmern), ansonsten ruhig.. Nichtraucheretage im 3. Stock, Fenster zur Casino-Rückwand, nicht zu oeffnen. Zu den Zimmern gehts durchs Casino. Parkhaus ohne Gebuehr. Resortgebuehr USD 3,00/Tag vor Ort zahlbar. Viele Chinesen / Asiaten sowohl als Angestellte als auch Gaeste.

Angenehmes sauberes Casino-Hotel, etwas abseits vom Strip, aber kein Problem, da kostenloser Hotelshuttle zum Strip. Kann man guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Kleines Hotel, mit schönen (Premium) Zimmern. Den Strip erreicht man schnell mit dem Auto, oder mit dem Shuttlebus vom Hotel.

For the first time we stayed at the Gold Coast. Rooms are not as big as in the Orleans. But they were newly remodelled with plasma screen and a super shower. If you want a big pool area, you should better book at the Orleans. The Friday Seafood Buffet was very good. The Casino area is very big and the atmosphere is relaxed. Shuttle service to strip and the Orleans is available

Ein im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu empfehlendes Hotel. Wer allerdings Wert auf Luxus und Ruhe legt ist sehr wahrscheinlich im Bellagio besser aufgehoben. Der einzige Kretikpunkt ist das der Pool erst um 9.00 Uhr öffnet und etwas das er etwas zu klein ist.

Hotel etwas abseits vom Strip, jedoch ist dies kein Problem, da das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service direkt zum Strip bietet. Das Personal im Buffet könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Das Zimmer war sauber; die Getränkepreise an der Bar waren sehr günstig. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Schönes, für Las Vegas kleineres Hotel etwas ausserhalb des Strips. Jedoch durch den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service alle 10 - 15 min keinProblem. Sehr gutes Buffet-Restaurant für kleines Geld. Freundliches Personal, Hotel sehr sauber. Also wer nicht mitten im Trubel des Strips sein "muss" wird sich mit Sicherheit wohl fühlen. Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal dort - und würde jederzeit wieder gehen!

Excellent hotel for only a 3 star, the main reason we returned to this hotel is that it is only a short shuttle bus ride away from the hussle and bussle of the Las Vegas strip and when you return after a long day out sightseeing etc, you can enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere and more friendly service. The hotel seems to attract the locals and visitors and the staff are more friendly. The only bad point we have is now the shuttle bus goes to the Tropicanna Hotel and not to Bills Casino any more. P.S. - We will defiantly be staying there again

Very difficult to really criticise anything at the Gold Coast when we were there (Sept 15th to 19th). Receptionist reminded me of an automaton, but the other receptionists seemed okay. Great clean rooms with a power shower which was diffierent. Air conditioning very quiet compared to the Riviera. Excellent selection of eating places with reasonable portion sizes ie. not mega ridiculous. Bowling alley very good, as was swimming pool and hot tub. Useful shuttle to Strip.

This is our second stay at this hotel.The hotel is is just off the strip, but within easy access. There is a shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the strip, then do your exploring by foot. Dont forget to take your walking shoes and sun cream.The rooms in the hotel are kept clean every day without any fuss. If budget is a problem then stay with the standard room. We booked a standard room then upgraded to a superior room at check in, for an extra $10 per night inc tax. Only difference in rooms is the bathroom. You get a bath, with overhead shower in the standard room and a walk in shower in a superior room. If you want to gamble without the hussle and bussle of the strip, then stay here.

Excellent, away from the crowds but just a short distance away from the strip. They have changed the shuttle to drop off at the Tropicana at the top end of the strip. A bad move, previously it dropped you centre strip,

when we came to check out we were hit with a bill of $30 apparently they charge $3 per day resort fee.Overall the hotel was good value though

I think that for the money or a couple of dollars more I could have gotten a much cleaner room.

Was very pleased with the room for the money.. Nice hotel and GREAT BED !!! Wish they would have had a shuttle though, taxi's get spendy.

very nice hotel, convenient loacted close to the Strip. TGI Fridays restaurant open 24 hrs. Bowling alley at the hotel 24 hrs. Very good hotel for a good price. I will stay again at this hotel for sure.

Everything was very clean and nice. Its right next to the strip if you didnt want to walk there's a shuttle that takes you. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. I was very satisfied with everything.

Excellent rates. It appears that the rooms have been recently renovated. Very clean and spacious. My window looked out at the side of a parking garage, but I didn't expect a stunning view for the bargain price. Hotel personnel were gracious and efficient. The shuttle to the strip was nice. I never waited more than 10 min. for it to show up. Also the restaurants were quite good. The Ports of Call buffet is huge, and for late night/early morning eats, there is a TGI Friday's open 24 hrs. in the casino. Overall, I'd recommend the Gold Coast if you're looking for a reasonably priced Vegas hotel with easy access to the strip.

room has a very bad odor. hotel is very old with old designs. shower head keep coming off while taking shower. would not be staying here again. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gold Coast. The room was a great value, well kept, and the hotel had a fantastic location that allowed easy access to the Strip while sitting just across the street from some of the hottest nightclubs in town. The parking structure was easy to use, which was a bonus compared to many of the other casino/hotels we visited during our trip. Ping Pang Pong, one of the restaurants within, was fantastic food and huge portions. Noodle Exchange was more standard American-Chinese food, but still a fine meal.

we got a great deal for the labor day weekend. for the price we paid, we can't complain about anything.

The Gold Coast Hotel exceeded my expectations. This is a fine resort with all of the ameneties offered by most others, and even though they weren't on The Strip, thier shuttle there ran every 15 minutes and drove us the short trip there and back. We found it quite convienient. Plus, being next to the Rio and the Palms wasn't bad either.

The bathroom is pretty small and the hotel charges $3/day resort fee on top of what is paid on hotels.com

considering the amount we paid, it met our expectation. we needed a room on the way to Zion National Park. So we are not really spending much time at Vegas.

We headed to Vegas for a good friend's wedding but we didn't have a lot of money and needed to stay near the strip. We priced quite a few hotels and found this to be the cheapest. Seeing that we didn't have that high of expectations going in. From the moment we arrived to minute we left the customer service was awesome. Very friendly, helpful for people first time to Vegas. The shuttle that runs goes straight to the strip and only takes like 15 minutes and is complementary. I would recommend this hotel to someone looking to save some green and still be in comfort so they can go have a good time in Vegas.

staying off the strip was the best idea financially for our family and the restaurants in this hotel were nice, too. The bowling area is not available 24/7, though. We would stay here again.

I've stayed here several times and never a problem- but as we were checking out- there was an additional charge of 3.00 a day- that put me off abit- just because they decided to I guess. I like to know my amounts up front- so where does that problem lie?? They said it was for the extras- but I don't think the Gold Coast did anything extra- that any other hotel doesn't do, for no charge- or that I'm aware of.

The premium rooms at the gold coast were very nice, I guess you can say they "ikea'd" them out. Love the new decor, they should make all their rooms look like this. Also love that they leave organic chocolates in your room, nice touch.

Over all a good hotel for a reasonable price close the strip area.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days with our children . The room wss clean and the service was great. We would recommend that you stay for the price and service.

Upgraded right there while checking in. Good slot machines(not stingy)

The Gold Coast is a very large "locals casino" off the strip on Flamingo Ave. If you want to stay at a large resort with restraunts, fast food, Seattle Best Coffee, and TGI Fridays (which has all the same low-priced drink and happy hour specials that all the Fridays do)without blowing thousands of dollars like you would on the strip, then you will love the Gold Coast. Its still only a short cab ride to the strip, so you wont miss out on one bit on the glitter and glamour. If you want to leave the resort, you can go from your room to your car in about 5 minutes, parking is wonderful. Cant say enough good things about this place!

The price was great for being so close to the strip. They offer a free shuttle bus and free valet parking (something that we don't get in Atlantic City.) We aren't gamblers so we can't comment on that but we loved the fact that there was a TGIFridays in the hotel. We were located in one of the pre-renovated rooms which was a little disappointing but all in all we were happy with the hotel.

Good things: Located close to the strip, cheap, fairly clean, nice flat screen tv, soft beds, free chocolates left in the room, easy access to I15, plenty of free parking, no Disney channel for the kids, pretty quiet Negative things: Not on the strip, front doorman and front desk help were very rude, had to drag our teenage daughter through the casino to get to the hotel rooms, no covers on the bed except sheets, bathtub slanted to one side, view from the room was of a wall

The price for this stay was incredibly low and we got a really great hotel in a very good location with a big clean and fully renowated room. It was quiet and cosy and the bathroom was great. Only "but" was a little strange smell in the room but not very annoying.

very nice hotel for money only thing I did not like was the drapes in the room did not close so the outside lights made it difficult to sleep as I prefer a dark room. but all the rooms have been revamped since my last stay.

The Gold Coast was chosen for it's proximity to the Palms, because I was going to a concert at the Pearl. It turned out to be a nice, clean, friendly place to hang my hat for the weekend. It is an older hotel, but nicely kept up and reasonably priced. And the 24hr TGI Fridays was nice too ^^;; They have a shuttle to the strip as well, so we could get around easily.

Getting off the 15 freeway was a matter of minutes to start playing the machines. the hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. overall the price i paid was worth the 3 nights.
