I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was very spacious which gave the kids room to play. The bathroom was really nice too. The whole room was very clean. I will definitely stay here everytime I come to San Diego. I would recommend this hotel for everyone!

There's not much to choose from in La Mesa so I always stay here. The room is very clean. The bed comfortable. The location is superb. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. I have stayed here many, many times with the same experience each time.

Evening Parking was really bad...there were several cars taking up two spaces. When we talked to the person at the front desk he was rude and sarcastic about it...thanks to the security guard who showed my husband where to park. The front desk person was no help...but other than that incident everything was great. The hotel rooms were very nice...not far from Hotel Circle.

My recent stay at the Holiday in La Mesa,CA was great. The hotel was clean and the staff was professional. The hotel is in a great location to the 8 freeway and local stores,restaurants in the area. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I plan to stay at this hotel when my travels bring back to America's finest city "San Diego".

We stayed here a few years ago when it was under a different franchise. I must say they have refurbished the place nicely. The rooms are appointed with modern decor, thick towels, very helpful and friendly staff. Bring your own shampoo, their brand is not very good, although the soaps were nice. On site restaurant makes a good cocktail and okay snacks. Didn't have a meal here, but others said it was okay. There are not many places to stay in the La Mesa area, so it's nice to have a hotel like this one. We were in town to visit family.

There is barely enough parking. I had to drive around for about 20mins to find a good parking spot. There is a lot of big trucks and suvs that took up two spots which took up most of the spaces. so GOOD LUCK trying to find parking if you arrive past 12am!!!!!!!!!

This hotel was nice. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Great room for the price. We were there for a softball tournament and the girls loved it!!!!

This hotel is very unassuming from the outside but I was highly impressed inside. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The room was beautiful and clearly had been newly renovated. Beds were super comfortable and room had nice furnishings and flat screen TV. Granite countertops throughout. This is a good central location with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby (Target, Starbucks, Costco, fuel, etc.). Would definately stay here again.

The room and bathroom were clean, very nice accommodations,clean linens. There was a spill in the elevator, but the personnel cleaned it within a few minutes.

We paid a higher rate that included breakfast at the on site resturant. when checked in the front did NOT give us the voucher for breakfast, so we ordered room service just contintal breakfast. On our way later in the AM the front desk clerk informed us the room service would be added to the bill and gave us the voucher to use the next morning. We also (our mistake) left a small carry bag on the luggage cart, when we got home, two hours later we called and the clerk told us it was there and would be shipped to Monday and asked for a credit card for shipping chargees. We agreed it is now one week later and we told this after another phone call it will shipping today. I'm sure glad that all that was in it was a shaving kit and some misc items.

I found my stay here quite nice. The staff was great, my room was above average for the price and it was fairly quiet. If I had to warn about anything, I would say that parking could be better, the front lot is small, but you can park around back. Room service was quick, and easy, but a little expensive.

Very happy with the hotel property, staff and room. Not as satisfied with room service, but it was ok.

Great all-around hotel to stay when visiting the San Diego area. Convenient to shopping dining. The Mesa Grill is very good for room service or for a night cap after a long day of fun.

There was a convention in town and good rooms were hard to find. I had booked this one in advance, and was happy I did so. Very nice hotel for the money paid considering it was San Diego. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The staff provided exceptional service. Room service was great! The entire Inn was spotless.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have personally ever stayed in. For my tastes, it was up scale and still looked new and ultra modern. I was impressed when I opened the (large) closet to find a steam iron and full size ironing board. Other key amenities include a refridgerator hidden behind a cabinet door, large flat screen TV mounted on the wall with full cable access and dozens of movies available to rent right from your remote! The staff was completely professional and helpfull and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here the next time I come to San Diego.

The only problem I had was that I arrived at the hotel before check in and the front desk personnel said that he would hold my room for me and I only had to come back and pick up the keys when available. I came back to the hotel later that evening and the gentlemen at the front desk had no idea what i was talking about. However, i still received a nice room. The hotel is in a great location.

My husband and I made reservations for this Hotel online not knowing what to expect I was having surgery on Friday morning and was going to need to stay and see the doctor the following day When we got to the Hotel I asked if we could be put in a lower floor room even though it wasn't our check in time yet we wanted to make sure we requested this in advance and the young man who helped us was very nice and checked us in at that time and let us in the room early we were able to go to the room and put our things away before I went to surgery. We opened the door and was just blown away it was the nicest, cleanest room we had ever had the pleasure of staying in. We just couldn't believe our eyes. It was great. Other than not having a microwave in the room to heat up my soup (that's all I could eat after surgery)it was very nice. I give it a big thumbs up.
