Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Hafen - Düsseldorf

Das Hotel gehört seit 1.10. der mercure Kette an. Umstellung noch nicht komplett erfolgt. Personal ist sicher bemüht, aber tritt nicht sehr sicher und entgegenkommend auf. An dem Wochenende gab es eine Veranstaltung eines Schützenvereines im Haus, so dass die Bar für uns nicht nutzbar war.

Ruhiges Hotel mit erschwinglichen Preisangeboten auch für Familien mit erwachsenen Kindern . Vogelgezwitscher in den Zimmern nach Hinten - Nacht r u h e und gutes , reichhaltiges Frühstück - Waffeln! - schaffen Grundlage für ausgedehnte und anstrengende Stadterkundungen... Freundlicher Servic und absolut saubere Zimmer - Verkehrsanbindung Straßen - und S-Bahn - unmittelbar vorm Haus - in drei Stationen zur Stadt - trotzdem sehr ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Cityour mit "großen" Kindern als Familienunternehmung. Kleiner Fitnessbereich.

Sehr nettes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichen Personal und schönen Zimmern. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und reichlich. Ich habe keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt gefunden.

The Sorat is only a short walk (10-15 mins) from the Media Harbour area. It is undergoing change having been taken over recently by the Mercure chain. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful (be patient, they are often busy!). The restaurant does good food and the genial service was excellent. The split-level top floor rooms are a nice feature and have comfortable beds.

We thought it would be a dive as it was so cheap but actually it wasn't that bad. Breakfast was pretty good too and you can park for free on the street outside the hotel.

Asked for a double bed and given twin beds joined together. This kind of set the tone to the stay. Breakfast was excellent. Overall condition was poor for a 4-star hotel. Premises were clean. Bathroom was tiny and no doors for the cupboard. Air Conditioning hardly worked and was extremely noisy.

We stayed in one of several penthouse flats and were very comfortable there. It included free Wi-Fi in the room, two TVs and a printer/fax machine. Also included was a space in the Hotel's secure underground garage. Although the Hotel was almost full, the restaurant was fairly deserted even though our meals were well cooked and served by friendly staff. The portions were gargantuan. The wine was a bit pricey though but, I suppose you can't have everything. Although the Hotel is a fair distance from the centre of Dusseldorf, there is a tramstop outside the door and an S-bahn station next door. We will certainly stay there again if we are in the area.

after a very long days travelling, the sorat was like an oasis in the desert. when we booked online the previous evening we went for a price that we could afford as we had been travelling around europe and money was getting short. what a surprise to be staying where we did. the hotel was beautiful, the staff were some of the most helpful we have come across and the food was delicious. we had a wonderful sauna, used the fitness room and made use of the internet, all for free. we have never been in a hotel that offers these services free of charge. and we have been all around the world. this hotel has been entered on our sat nav as a favourite, because when we return to germany, this is the hotel we will be returning to. well done sorat.

Godt hotell til den prisen vi betalte. Hotellet hadde også en liten bakhage der vi kunne sitte i solen. Det var ikke langt å gå til gamlebyen. Spennende forretninger i nærheten.

Hotel calme; garage spacieux et entrée/sortie faciles; belles chambres; personnel efficace. En fait, j aurais voulu mettre un 9/10 pour l'ensemble

The room was big, had a large flat LCD screen. The toilet was nice with everything you need. But the best thing was the bed, it was large with 3 high quality pillows, so you slept like a king on it.

Comfortabel hotel dat prima met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken is. Heerlijk ontbijt. Comfortable hotel that is easy to reach by public transport. Delicious breakfast.
