Excellent quality and value for what we spent. Parking is somewhat an issue as we had to park it seemed like a block from our room after hours. Incredible LCD TV's in the rooms but need HD. What a shame to see a non HD picture on such nice sets. The restrooms could use a dimmer switch for nighttime use and a shower wand for the women. The renovated rooms are great and the pool atmosphere was wonderful with a separete kidde pool for our small children.

No hidden Fees! You can find good hotel deals but most hide costs in extra fees such as resort fee, parking fee etc. However, there was a Wi-Fi fee. Bedroom - our room was a one bedroom suite. We loved the comfort of the beds, pillows and bed linens. Living Area - Sofa pulls out into a bed, however, not much room to walk around when folded out. Comes equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave and Coffee Pot. Concierge - One is place at the ground floor in each tower. Very helpful. Pool area - Kept Clean. Towels are available. Pool chairs around the pool are more limited in the afternoon -- get there early. Our children loved the slide and waterfalls. The pool seemed spacious but if hotel is at full capacity it would be very crowded. Hot tubs were the same temperature as the pool. The hot tub by the bar area was the busiest and was not very clean. We opted for the secluded one by the game room. Poolside Bar - Service, food and drinks are okay. 18% gratuity added to all checks. We passed and had food and drink from our mini-fridge. Grocery store in the general vicinity but by car only. Evening movie by the pool - we had a great time watching the movie by the pool. Be sure to get your popcorn at the pool side bar. Great location to Disney if you are going. Great location for restaurant -- We love Bahama Breezes! We'd go back!

Everything was great, however we had a late checkout and was awakened by the maid at 9am. The manager comped breakfast for the family, so it was made right. Would stay again.

I definately would stay again when I'm in the Orlando area

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. the kids LOVED the swimming pool. There was even a kiddie pool and two hot-tubs. The water slide was a blast for kids 42' and taller. Even adults would go down the slide. The pool area was open until 11pm. The room was clean and having a bigger fridge and microwave was a plus especially since we ate out most of the time. Lastly, it was nice having a separate room (living room) for the kids to watch TV if we wanted to watch something else in the evenings in the other room. Great hotel and one of Orlando's best kept secrets.

We enjoyed staying at the Caribe Royale. We were on our honeymoon and really enjoyed the view from the 10th (and top) floor of Tower 1 looking down onto the beautiful pool and waterfall area. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate and the location was wonderful being a block from the Interstate. The only complaints we have are that we weren't used to having to pay for 24 hour internet access and the hotel is located adjacent to the Convention Center which made parking unbelievably annoying at times. Overall, great stay.

Fancy look without spending lots of money. Spacious room perfect to stay with kids. Second time we stay there.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The room was in fantastic condition as well as great service! The pool was great as well! Definitely recommend this hotel to others!

It was minutes away from Disney World but at a great value versus the WDW resorts. I would recommend for families with more that 4 members, as you get a suite for the price of a standard room at WDW.

Location is great, the sorrounding location are convenientl. The hotel is very clean.

The hotel was very nice. I loved the play area for children. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the amount of noise we could here from other rooms. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably at this great hotel. Our kids range in age from 14 down to 3 and THEY LOVED IT! The rooms were immaculate and comfortable (with two great flat-panel TV's, too)! We had planned to go to Sea World but we never made it. The kids preferred to enjoy the awesome pools with the slide and waterfall. That saved us over $500!! We can't wait to go back.

Hotel was very clean, easy to access, close to all attractions.

Our initial impression of the room was dowdy, old and not at all like what we had seen on the internet. we even spoke with the manager about a refund. The manager was extemely helpful and would have given us our refund right there and then but because we had booked thru hotels.com she was unable to do it.We requested a room overlooking the pool, however, this was not available but the reservation assistant arranged for us to change rooms the following night which was greatly appreciated. The room seemed very dated and old fashioned. We decided to stay the night and make our decision the following day. Upon waking the following morning my son and I had a look around the hotel, the pool was great and the interior of the hotel was beautiful. We changed to a different room later in the day , it didn't seem as dowdy as the original one. We had a great view of the pool. Overall I would recommend this hotel, it was clean, fully serviced everyday if required. The restaurants suited all purses from cheap to very expensive. The pool was fantastic my kids loved it. It was very central so we had access to all the local outlet stores. It is also very near Seaworld and Disney Parks are about 30-40 mins away. If I was to change anything it would be to replace that awful green sofa bed with a more appealing colour and to definitely update the pictures on the wall. The colours could do with some updating to make it a bit more modern.

The hotel was very nice and had a very helpful staff. It was close to the attractions. The only downside to the hotel was the business center. The cost to use the internet and print documents was outrageous!! Other than that, it was great!

sweet place to stay. the pool bar needs to stay open later than 7:00,for those that show up late.

The hotel is beautiful. The fitness center is exceptional as well as the pool and other amenities. The only "complaint" was the comfort, or lack there of, of the beds. My suggestion would be to invest in new mattresses. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

The room was exceptional. Loved having a suite with microwave. Two large screen TV's, granite counter tops in the bath area were great. The pool area looked amazing but I was unable to take advantage.

Awesome pool area, very clean rooms. The only thing I didn't like was the layout for the queen suite because the bathroom is in the middle and it makes it crowded and feel congested. There is no room to move if the sofa bed is out. We had a bachelorette party, and probably would have benefited from the larger suite. Location was great, and they have a shuttle bus.

OK Hotel, No Free Coffee or Breakfast. I would compare it to a Homewood Suites, but the new Homewoods are nicer and better for the $$$. Pool was nice and Big Staff was Friendly

Nicely appointed rooms, nice linens, relaxed atmosphere. Great pool for kids. Will stay again.

The room and service was wonderful. The location of the hotel was remarkable for all the different theme parks.

No free breakfast-not even coffee or juice Breakfast for 1 was $15.99 Roaches in room not taken care of during my stay of 4 days-reported on 2nd day of stay @ 8:00 AM. Treated to a childish dissertation of the 3 D's (disney doesn't discount) when I asked. No shuttle service from or to the hotel from the airport Great pool w/slide Teriffic excercise room

Pleasantly pleased with my stay. Accomodations and service from the staff definitely met my expectations.

Our favorite is the pool and slide. The suite was nice with new upgrade televisions and clean. The location was away from traffic areas yet close to restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores.

Hotel was a very good value!

I really like that all the rooms are suites. It was clean, and the beds are very comfortable. It has a nice pool with a slide. I would stay in this hotel again.

Very close to Disney and Universal. Rooms are very spacious and neat, big flat screens. The pool and fitness room are top notch. I would go back anytime.

I enjoyed the stay at this Hotel due to the friendlyness of the staff and the comfortable room and surroundings.

The pool was fantastic my children loved it. The location of the hotel was great, a very short distance to Disney. The two bedroom suite was just the right fit.

Good hotel, pool excellent esp for kids. It's an old resort style hotel, has old building smell. Bathrooms are dark and really old. But overall great to stay with kids with a great price. Food at the pool bar and tropical restaurant great. Excellent fitness center. It is not like the ritz Carlton on the Miami beach.

Our family had a super, wonderful stay at The Caribe Royale Orlando. The atmosphere was elegent yet relaxing. The pool was awesome for the kids and the waterfall very romatic at night with the lights. The room was fabulous, super clean and had comfy beds. The deli/store made a great place to get a quick salad or cereal in the morning without spending a fortune on breakfast and lunch. The location was great being only 5 min from downtown disney. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great! Close to Disney and places to eat. The facilities were wonderful. I will definitely go back.
