Very close to Disney World entrance, convenient shuttle to all 4 Disney parks. Easy access from highway, and restaurants are close by. Great front desk service: very helpful and friendly. Free wireless internet in lobby.

Hotel was perfect location for hanging out at Disney or Universal Studios, even a good distance from outlets, eateries, and malls. The hotel was okay for the money paid especially if you're only there for the atractions. It could use a little uprgrade but overall it was okay. not extravagant yet nice enough to stay. Beware of the 1.90 per day safe cost and $25 charge that is returned after your stay. Also no in room interent access but there is access in the lobby.

Not a bad hotel, but it did have some things that I believe could be improved. The elevators were hot and kind of on the slow side (not fun if you are on the 7th floor). Housekeeping didn't completely wipe down everything and change our glasses out. There are not fridges in the rooms, they cost extra. There is free internet, in the lobby. If you want it in your room then is costs extra. The location of the hotel was very nice though.

The Hotel was less than half a mile from down town disney and the price for that was exceptional. There were hundreds of resturaunts around and gift shops. Perfect location for tourists, or for just a simple getaway from home. The beds were super comftorable and everything was very new and clean.

It was perfectly located right outside of downtown disney. Also near shops and restaurants. Definitely recommended by someone who visits disney often.

My 3 night stay at the hotel was comfortable.The room was clean as well as the pool. The staff all were friendly and helpful with my questions and needs.I would recomend this hotel.

I reviewed the comments by other guests and even drove by the hotel during a prior stay before selecting to stay at this hotel and thought I was making an educated decision. However, the room we were in had a horrible smell. My boys complained the entire time saying that the odor was unbearable. The front desk called immediately upon check in to ask if everything was okay with the room. I explained that the odor was gross and overbearing and the front clerk desk simply stated..."other than the smell, everything else okay". Obviously, they did not intend to fix or accommodate any requests. The topper was that they charged us a fee for a safe that we did not know even existed in our room nor did we have any interest in using. I was miserable the entire weekend and will NEVER return or recommend it to anyone.

Great location. The hotel was was cleaner than we expected from some of the other revues we read. Being so close to restaurants and shopping was great. We were able to enjoy the weather and walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel had the theme of a pineapple. The decor was very pretty. The interior of the room was very pretty too. The hotel was very clean. Clean towels were given. Staff was considerate. We enjoyed the wirlpool and the swimming pool. It is conveniently located near and shopping complex and 0.5 miles from pleasure island - downtown disney. But the staff took us for a ride when we asked for the nearest camera store. They suggested walmart which was 3 miles away and use their hotel taxi. But we found the sony store right behind the hotel from the room window. They also told us that downtown disney was a 20 min walk and asked us to take the hotel cab for $10. On the way back we took the usual taxi and realised that the hotel was right next to downtown disney and that we did not need a cab. The hotel cab cheated us and the staff kind of conspired with them. Except for that we had an absolutely wonderful stay!

i don like pay de cheap hotel because thats hotels are terrible, buy whit this hotel was good and confortable.

great location and clean

It's hard to get to because of local traffic, but you can't beat the price for location and comfort.

This is the nearest I have ever been to DisneyWorld. Entrance to the various attractions (Downtown Disney, water parks, golf courses and theme parks) is less than 100 yards from hotel door. Depending on where you plan to spend your day, you can even walk to some areas of the complex. Complimentary transportation is a definitely a plus. Cefeteria is clean and prices are reasonable.

The decor was like something from the 1980's and there was no place to get food late at night.We ordered delivery from a pizza flyer under the door and it was a disaster.

This was my second visit to the Hotel. We were very pleased with the staff and service. Very nice pool to enjoy at the end of a long evening. Very nice Cafe. Would stay again for the price.

Excellent locality for Downtown Disney,only going to stay for one night but stayed two. Very large clean comfortable room there was myself ,wife and 18yr old. Plenty of parking,within walking distance of eateries. Dont be put off by some of the comments below. Very reasonably priced to.

Have satyed here several times years ago. Has aged a bit and could use a little paint here and there. Great location and price. The kids suites are grand indeed. Loads of eateries nearby, very close to downtown disney.

Very colorful hotel!!!! I wish they would have the swimming pool open late and not close at 11pm.

Very clean, comfortable room, excellent staff, customer service was excellent. They remember you by name. The only negative was that the elevators need replacing. They are dated, small, very slow for the volume of guests staying, and breakdown often. Other than that, I recommend the hotel, especially for those of us on a tight budget.

The AC unit in the room was very loud. However, I would stay here again.

The hotel is very is just a few blocks from Downtown Disney and just across the street from great food chains and retail stores.

The price was right, the service was okay and the airconditioner was too loud. Overall, it was good enough considering the prices of Disney and saving some money to just sleep - made me sleep better. Being so close to all the parks and Downtown Disney was a plus.

I was unsure of the hotel location, but upon our arrival it was perfect. We got there 4 hours before check in and they got us into our rooms within 2 hours!! While we waited they held our luggae so that we could go get something to eat. When we got back we were shown to our room and from then on out everyone was really great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great enironment for families. This was a great choice for me beong on a budget!

Great hotel for the money (Florida resident rate)! The rooms were quiet and clean, beds were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were impeccable. We had 2 rooms booked for 7 adults, one child, and 2 infants. Staff was friendly. Disney parks were really close by. Also I left my phone charger in the room by accident, and it was promptly returned to me by mail within 3 days. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I was not satisfied with this hotel. Our key card never worked. Everyday we had go down to the front desk and get it re-activated. We came back from the park one night to find that our door to the room had been left open!!! The hallways were small, narrow and smelled of mold and mildew.

Orlando Vista Hotel provides all the Disney Hotel perks at a great value. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The location is perfect for park hopping or a 5 minute walk to dinner and a show . Its has been my home away from home for 10 years.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like it the staff is nice and it's a great location. My only problm has been the toilets always get stopped up for no reason. Even when they aren't stopped up you keep and eye on it because you are never sure.

The bathroom fill with water went taking a bath and the pillows were really hard and big. Everithing else was pretty good, but for me who has two little girls the problem with the bathroom was pretty bad and look is been like that for a long time.

I stayed with my dog and the room was fine but the carpet needed to be cleaned. I could tell it was a room that was special for pet owners. Overall the location was good and the staff was very helpful upon check in and check out.

The room was nice and the staff was courteous. We got the breakfast with our stay and i would not do it again it was only a cup of coffe, a cup of juice and one menu item. Can go across the street to denny's and get more for the same price. i would stay again.

The hotel was very nice, but dated. It was in need of updating and maint. Items were dated colors and fabrics and broken fixtures. Overall for the price we paid, it was clean. The pool area was maintained nicely.
