We are satisfied with our stay. Hotel cleanliness in good condition. Staff assistance was very good. Location is great. The only recommendation for the hotel management would be to change check in time (4pm)and check out time (11am). They are respectively too late (chek in) and too soon (check out). Definitevely I would recommend it.

Did not find anything to complain. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was ok and not too worried about. The regular amenities were all available. Will recommend it if listed among the cheaper priced hotels.

Had only one issue with my entire stay at the hotel. The "breakfast" was just plastic wrapped cinnamon buns and some other pastry, both covered in sugar. Just looking at em made my teeth hurt, so we went somewhere else for breakfast. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints, the room was clean and fit exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Looking at the website, made me very haapy for the rate that was given to me for 3 rooms 1-night overstay. Upon arriving, the front desk smelled like urine-----veryyyyyyyyy bad smell. We had to access the lobby because my grandmom couldn't use the stairs. My grandmom could not go out pass 11pm because the elevators were not available after 11m. We were excited about the pool, but the time frame was very unxcited (closed at 9pm). The elevators smelled of urine also.Upon entering the rooms, the rooms smelled a little, but were clean. The refrigerator was rusted along with the old microwave that was given as convenience. The bed offered great sleep, so that calmed me a little. Upon leaving, the lobby smelled very fresh. I would not stay at this otel again unless it was the only hotel available.

They were very accommodating about allowing us to check in early. Remote to TV was not working, but when reported in the morning, a man was sent to repair it. Very noisy at night until 3:20am. According to the literature the lobby closed at 11pm. We did not know that there was a person on duty 24 hours a day. When the noise was mentioned in the am we were told that we should have called the police as they do not deal with the noise because it is bad business for the hotel. Because of an emergency at home, in the am we had to unexpectedly check out of the hotel 15 minutes before 11am. We have to wait until the credit card bill appears to see if we were charged for the second night.

1-As soon we entered the room: the smell was like armpits. 2- The A/c unit had a lick so the carpet was wet. 3-The continental breakfast consisted of cafe, machine juice and pastries in plastic wrap. 4- The employees were very rude.

Although excellent location, on Intenational Drive area, by several restaurants, stores and even theme parks, the hotel itslf has a few itens that would rather have to be reviewed. Main of these being the "continental" brekfast, which, besides, too simple, may just run out even before the brekfast hours come to its end (this looks to me as a planning issue)! I had never seen this happen elsewhere before! Also the main entrance, at front desk door, closes too early, at evening.

We were extremely impressed by the location and price of this hotel. The room was clean and we had no issues. There is no doubt that we will use this hotel again.

need change the carpet because the dark color no clean it. the step dont have protection, everybody can enter. the bathroom no clean

Everything as pictured, very big room for what we paid purchasing it the same day on a holiday weekend.

This may not have been the best maintained motel in which we have ever stayed although it was clean. The staff were wonderful and made our stay there very pleasant. It is located near many attractions and restaurants. We would stay there again!

Good hotel but the room was not ready. The carpet are dark color, which you assouciate with lack of clean. Maid did remedy the situation and provided a clean room through our stay.

The best of that hotel is the location, but that is really all. We were very dissapointed of the rooms, everything very old and not clean, dirty carpet, chairs bathrooms. We came in the room and there was even a cigarett butt on the bathroom floor. I complaint then he gave us a different room. The 1. night we woke up at 2.30 AM from an explosion, like from a bomb. I looked out of the window and some one had thrown a TV from above us down to the parking lot. The breakfast is a joke. You can go for breakfast there just next door for $ 3.99.

Over the 4 years I have stayed at the Masters, the condition of the rooms has deteriorated. However the value is still good since the price is lower than other hotels in the area.

The Masters Inn was good for the price.It was close to the convention center which is where we were attending an event.The rooms were ok to rest your head, If I was staying long term I would stay some place else.

If your looking to party, then this hotel is perfect, if you are looking for peace and quiet, not for you.

The beds where in very bad shape. None of the outlets worked, The Blow Dryer didn't work and the lights by the bed were not working. These are small things that would take any time to fix the people are very lazy. And also it was very cold we asked for an extra blanket and they didn't have any. Thank for letting me voice my opinion.

My sister and I stayed here for a quick stayover on a late night drive back home to Jacksonville. The location is superb (we walked next door to a resturaunt and had a late night dinner) but the hotel is very dirty. The first room we had did not have a chain lock on the door and since we were 2 young women on a road trip staying at a hotel that opened to the outside, we figured it would be best to get another room. They let us switch without any difficulty. However, the next room was probably just as dirty. For the price we paid, it was decent for the location. But I probably won't stay here again.

Keep in mind that this is one of those types of motels where the rooms face out to the parking lot. You hear every noise outside. The carpet was filthy. Bath shampoo provided smelled so terrible that I had to run to Walgreens to get something for the next day. The lobby closes at night, so if you check in late you have to go to a side window. Makes the place look kind of unsafe at night when the check-in clerk is behind a window like you were buying lottery tickets at a convenience store. The room was cheap, and the location was very convenient to the convention center and dining, even if you wanted to walk from the motel.

You get a great price and a good room. The location is in a good part of town and conveniently located near Universal and only a couple exits from Disney. If you want a place to sleep and grab a quick breakfast and spend your money elsewhere then this is the place for you and your family.

Older hotel and it looks it. This hotel needs a complete renovation. The only thing it has going for it is location. It was fine for a cheap one night stay but thats all it's good for.

Room was clean , but dated. Staff was friendly. I was in and out of hotel frequently while on business yet I could not have asked for a more accomodating staff. It is not a palace, but offered a clean, comfortable place to sleep in a good location. At such a reasonable cost on International Drive, much better than I expected.

Clean comfortable room. Great for the money. Breakfast was well stocked and good. All the people we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Nothing special about the hotel. It was a bit worn and run down but you can't argue with the price and location. The service was terrific, and the gentleman at the check in counter went beyond his job to be helpful. He even gave me a tram pass that was left behind by guests who had left Orlando which was good for another couple of days and gave a parking pass to a friend so he could leave his car in the lot while we took the tram to a convention.

A group of friends and I went to Universal for the weekend and just needed a place to stay overnight. Overall this was a great value for what we needed.

the room had rust in it. the carpet was dirty. the hotel was just old and dirty.. do not stay here

We were on the street side of the hotel and it was quite noisy at night. The location of the hotel was perfect for getting to universal or doing things on I drive. The breakfast buffet was limited, no fruit, no yogart, just bagles, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. The coffee was awful and the juice was warm. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Also you had to pay extra to use the in room safe:( The only good part of the hotel was the location.

We got to the hotel about 3pm check in was not until 4 but they let us check in early. I reserved three rooms all King Size beds. The beds were clean, the sheets smelled fresh, the room was clean, tv had cable the couches were hard and uncomftable. One of the rooms had a nasty shower but when we went down to ask for cleaning no one was avaibale to do that. It was convenient for the price i paid the location near Universal. I would stay here again.

Masters Inn completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there again.

When we checked into our room the air conditioning, TV, and phone were not working. They changed our room. The second room was a little stuffy, but we turned the thermostat down and hoped that the room would be cooler when we got back. We had to leave for Halloween Horror Nights. When we arrived back to the hotel @ 2am, our room felt like a sauna. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. My husband then went down to complain but was told that there were no more rooms available to change and to talk to a manager in the morning. When we went to check out we were informed that there were plenty of rooms the night before and didn't know why we weren't changed to a different room. All in all we were unable to get very much sleep that night.

the room was in a good location but its was very noisy and the room was dirty. the carpet was very dirty and the paint was pealing off the walls.the bathrooms were more like a public restroom at a gas station. so if you dont mind a little filth ,the price was right.

Great location.. but the breakfast left LOTS to be desired.. we went elsewhere for breakfast.. the room was clean but smelled slightly moldy at first.. but the smell went away after running the air conditioner for awhile..

everything is great about the hotel.

Hotel is old and has old room smell. It is centrally located and the price was cheap but I will upgrade next time in Orlando. I was only there for 1 night, if it had of been longer I would not have stayed at all. Thanks

First the room was dirty. I was afraid to walk around without my shoes on, Not very comfortable. Secondly, the pillows were thin and there was only 1 per person. Most hotels/motels have nice large fluffy pillows and provide 2 per person. The remote was not the right one for the TV in our room so when we wanted to change the channel we had to get up and do it. The location was good, close to everything we needed. I can say that our stay at this particular motel was not a pleasant one however, the price was good and you get what you pay for.

The room was good, and the location is great, if visiting Universal studios and Islands of adventure, It only takes a few minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and more than willing to accomidate you.

This hotel was a bargain. The rooms were a nice size and were pretty clean. The bed was very stiff.
