Delta Vancouver Suites Hotel - Vancouver

Wir hatten zu dritt ein Zimmer und waren mit allem was das Hotel geboten hat rundum glücklich. Am besten gefiel uns die Grösse und Ausstattung des Zimmers, die centrale Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Vancouver eine sehr gute Wahl, da eigentlich alles stimmt und die Lage ideal ist

Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Vancouver zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Service ist hervorragend. Immer wieder!!!

Delta Vancouver was an amazing hotel. The location was excellent for getting around Vancouver via tour bus, train and bus or walking. The staff was courteaous and well informed. They went out of their way to assist us in making our airport connection when it was time to depart. Upon arrival we had to wait due to a large party ahead of us, without a reservation. However, the hotel upgraded us to a lovely suite with a balcony for the inconvenience. They even gave us early check in! If you plan to stay there, get the suite. It was beautifully laid out, extremely comfortabel and the balcony was lovely for sitting out in the evening to relax. It also includes continental breakfast, evening hor'deorves, complimentary sodas, juices and bottled water, and tea and coffee. The hotel restaurant was lovely with friendly service. The Lookout Tower is directly across the street, and the hotel staff made us reservations for dinner there, which was exceptional. I give them 5 stars and would stay at any Delta available in the future.

We stayed 4 nights & were very impressed with the comfort, cleanliness & staff. Location was fantastic managed to walk everywhere & so handy for shops & places of interest. Bed was so comfortable & club lounge provided great breakfast & hors deurves. Only criticism would be the lack of a bar in the late evenings. Overall excellent a d staff were knowledgeable, helpful & so friendly.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the cruise ship pier. We were happy to see that it was within walking distance of Gastown, too. The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean and smartly decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in the perfect location for downtown Vancouver. The room were very nice, spacious and clean. Having lost luggage on the flight in, we found the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. We would easily recommend this hotel to friends,

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient to public transportation, and popular sights. The only negative was the restaurant service/prices and food portion. Prices were very high for the quality and quantity of the food served. However, when we handed in our comment card to the front desk regarding the restaurant, they were very concerned and apologetic, and refunded our money for the meal. We would definately stay there again .

Paid 15 dollars a night extra for a higher room with a better view which was well worth it.

We chose the premier king suite, and when we arrived were pleased to learn we were given one of the corner suites with floor to ceiling glass windows. This was a two room suite, with a sliding door you could pull across. One room had a credenza with a TV, a desk with free internet access, and a chair for lounging. The other room had the king bed and a small dresser with another TV. The view was excellent. It is located in a downtown area, in a city with an active night life, so there were a few noises on Saturday night, but it tapered off by bed time and wasn't a problem. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the downtown Vancouver area. It is close to Robson Street and Gastown, and a short drive to Stanley Park. We saved a little money by self parking in the same garage the valet uses. It was unlimited in and out, but they lowered the gate at 10 PM. We were always back in time, but I believe there was an attendant if you required access after that time.

Very central, quiet -except for loud American toursists arriving early in the morning! Good sized suite with all amenities. Spotlessly clean.

When I booked the hotel I was not very sure that it is going to be ok. When I arrived I was so impressed. The location is excellent. The room is clean and spacious. I recomend it to everybody whether pleasure or business

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location. No complaints except for parking. No in and out of parking structure after 10PM. Complicated system of accessing autos with gate requiring hotel staff to open/close. Expensive.

The best service we've had in any hotel. The desk clerks were knowledgable and helpful regardinfg sightseeing, restaurants, etc. The bell staff was very quick and helpful with valet parking, which we used multiple times each day. All the staff were very friendly. We've never been treated better.

We have used this hotel many times in the past, during our time in an airline. This time we stayed on the 19th. floor, and the room and facilities were immaculate, probably partly due to a recent refurb. The position is very good for sightseeing, shopping and eating..

I have stayed here on multiple occasions the high speed internet works great and the location is very convenient for all downtown Vancouver area.

We visited The Delta Vancouver Suites Hotel, for Valentines weekend. We had a fabulous time, our room was super cozy. The maid seemed to pay close attention to detail, our room was spotless. One of my favorite parts was that they offered us fresh baked cookies upon our arrival. :)

We plan to stay at the Delta again on our next visit. The rooms a clean and everyone is very friendly. The hotel is also close to the waterfront and a short walk away from shopping and the hockey arena. Oh yeah: There's a Starbucks right across the street.

This hotel was amazing. Wonderful staff, gorgeous, comfortable, huge rooms. Contemporary everything. Bartender was great! Recommend for everyone!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely phenomenal! When I arrived, I was notified that my hotel room had been upgraded, which gave me access to the Signature Club. As a result, I got to munch on complimentary snacks in the evening and then a continental breakfast the following morning. The view from my hotel room was incredible! The staff was very friendly. The location was ideal as well. Just two blocks over, I found myself centrally located near restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, etc. Be prepared to pay for parking though. You can either valet for a set price if you think you will be coming and going, or you can park in the garage directly across from the hotel where there is a charge for each time you leave the garage. Enjoy Vancouver, and stay at the Delta Suites!

the hotel was in an okay area- gets a little sketchy at night. parking was actually quite easy- the valet actually told us it would be less expensive for us to park in the lot across the way rather than get valet. 5 stars for at least being honest about it. i loved the fresh chocolate chip cookies given upon check-in. overall, it was a decent hotel- not overly luxurious, but not bad for the price. this would be a good place for families, as the one-bedroom suites have plenty of space.

The hotel met our expectations. We enjoyed the hotel and the staff was very accomadating. The in house restaurant was good. There were not good restaurants within easy walking distance of our hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The king size bed was unbelievably comfortable and there were fresh coffee making facilities which was a nice touch. The items in the mini bar however, were ludicrously priced i.e - C$6 for a small bottle of water is a rip-off but the restaurant was evenly priced and the food was simple and tasty. Another oddment was a doner kebab shop with a door into the main hotel - not what you expect for a pricey 4* accommodation. The Hotel is slightly out of the main shopping area but only by a few minutes walk. It is close to the train station which is good if you want to explore Vancouver that way. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and Vancouver is a lovely city.

This was a great hotel for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Vancouver is a pricey city but beautiful and the Delta is located close to many areas, including the very nice and cool Gastown area. If you rent a car or drive, its a better deal to go ahead and have the hotel valet park the car ($23/day with ulimited access). The parking garage right across from the hotel is about 30/day with no in-and-out privileges. The hotel restaurant is average food and over priced. With so many great places to eat around it, I wouldn't waste my time eating at the hotel. (Try a gastown or yaletown place)

I found the Delta Vancouver to be a great hotel. The friendly staff let me check in early and helped arrange a tour of Vancouver for me. The room was large and well appointed. Everything was clean and up-to-date. Did I mention the entire staff I came into contact with from the conciere to the room service attendendent were freindly and helpful? Also, I found the bedding to be extremely nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There were only three elevators for the entire hotel! During rush hours, it took us 15 minutes to get down from the 5th floor. (The stairs were out of service). In the room, there was a beeping sound that was soo annoying, we couldn't sleep. The rooms were also loud--we could hear the vacuum cleaners running outside our room.

The staff at Delta Suites went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. They were extremely helpful and were very well versed on the city and where to go. Great place to stay and would definetly stay there agan

For a 4 star hotel, it could use some improvement with the decor. It might be more geared toward business travelers so it lacks the luxury. The bathrooms were small and felt more like a bathroom in a 2 star hotel. They first put us in a room where it faced the ventilation on the rooftop so it was loud and bad a view. We asked for another room and they put us in a room that smelled like smoke, although we asked for non smoking. The front desk insisted that it was a non smoking room. Thankfully the bellman told him that he smelled smoke as well when he tried to help us move. The third time, the room was better, more quiet, no smoke, better view. It was a great location but try somewhere else if your looking for a real 4 star hotel.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Delta centrally located, really nice, clean, superb staff, good parking etc. Also street noise (windows could be better) and a central vent unit with 3 noisy fans howling away.

The hotel has a convenient central location in downtown Vancouver with short distances to Waterfront, Gastown and Chinatown and even with Stanley Park within valking distance. The hotel is comfortable and with very service minded personnel. We found the breakfast sortiment in the restaurant too American and decided after our first day to have breakfast at the nearby Café's - more aligned with our taste and also much cheaper.

Grande suite très confortable avec beaucoup de commodités, bureau de travail, frigidaire, coffre, internet, etc. Hôtel bien situé et sécurisé. Personnel stylé. Un hôtel à choisir à Vancouver
