The Tower Beverly Hills - Los Angeles

Ein insgesamt sehr angenehmes und ruhiges Haus mit freundlichem Personal. Fragen bzw Wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit sofort erfüllt.

Waren zu viert drei Nächte im Tower. Für einen kurzen L.A. Aufenthalt war es super. Bei längerem Aufenthalt würde ich beim nächsten mal etwas Strandnäheres suchen. Valet Parking 26$ p.N. recht üppig wenn man bedenkt das der ParkingBoy auch noch immer gerne die Hand aufhält. Zimmer sauber. Betten groß und sehr bequem. Check in hat 3min gedauert, super :-) Der RodeoDrive fängt vor der haustür an(natürlich nicht der Shoppingbereich. Der ist 1km entfernt... Der Pool ist nur sehr klein mit noch weniger Platz drum herum. Aber ich bade eh lieber im Pacific :-)

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Service. Nicht weit vom Santa Monica Beach entfernt und auch Hollywood und der Rodeo Drive sind in wenigen Minuten mit Auto oder Taxi zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

waren zum ersten mal in la. zimmer und hotel waren im großen und ganzen sehr gut. auch die lage ist ok. ist zum weiterempfelen.

Das Hotel ist im Foyer unscheinbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht auf Beverly Hills und Hollywood (inklusive Schriftzug) ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Pool ist sehr klein und in eine Ecke des Hotels "gedrückt". Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für den Bereich Beverly Hills, wenn man keinen Wert auf einen vernünftigen Pool legt.

Awful customer srevice. If u have a deluxe room don't expect any sleep - on a bust main road with very little sound proofing. Shame - becuase otherwise the hotel is really nice - conditin and decor very good.

Very nice hotel, good position for exploring L.A. staff polite and courteous, breakfast taken in 360 degree restaurant on top floor ,excellent. Valet parking only onsite,( around $22 per night) and could have quite easily parked ourselves,Only complaint was during a few hours rest around pool was disturbed by local resident (not hotel guest )consistant chatting on mobile phone, and by her own admission used the hotel pool facility frequently.

we stayed in this hotel for 1 week and found it very comfortable and well situated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that if you stay on the side of Pico Blvd. It does get rather noisy from quite early in the morning. All in all would recommend.

If you are wanting to shop and be near Rodeo Drive, this place was amazing! Within walking distance to great shops and restaurants and love the views from the balconies. Great hotel for the money too.

The hotel was very nice- much above any chain we've been to. Appropriately decorated and wonderful service for a stay in the area. Fabulous view from the top with a nice light breakfast buffet- no sort of meat was offered however. Within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Try BeverLiz down Beverly Drive for an outstanding meal!

I was so happy to find out that the Tower allowed pets without a fee, and I've been staying there repeatedly for many months. It's a great property. I was very disappointed that they changed the dog policy without informing guests and now charge an extra $100. With that, the $22 a day valet parking, and $10 a day internet service, it runs the bill high enough to warrant staying at a nicer property.

when we arrived, we had our bags brought up to our room....took forever to get our bags. The front attendant mentioned he would send us a rollaway bed free of charge.....never got the bed til about four in the morning, when we had to call the front desk. At checkout, i noticed i had been billed for the rollaway, and the woman at the front desk really did not have any clue what customer service was, i had to speak with the manager to get the charge removed.Seemed like i was an inconvienience, but really i was inconvienienced.

Wonderful hotel beautifully situated in Beverly Hills. The room was quite tasteefully decorated and we enjoyed a beautiful view from our balcony. The only thing I wish they had was a restaurant on premises. I loved it and I will be back!

Stayed 2 nights.We had a corner room on the 7th floor Great views especially at night felt at home with table fridge coffee maker. You can get tea from the breakfast restaurant in the mornings free of charge Handy shops and cafe across the road including Ralphs. Hotel was quiet, Receptionists were helpful allowed us to checkout late at 1.30 (no charge)lovely pool Walking distance to Rodeo Drive. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

From the valet guys to the front desk, everyone was super nice. The room was great; clean and spacious. The bathroom was fine. Nice hotel, would definitely recommend!

Room was terrific. Hotel needs a nicer restaurant. Staff, especially valets, were great.

I was satisfied with the hotel services. However, when we checked in, the desk clerk wasn't friendly. In fact he ignored us for a few minutes because he was entering something in his computer. I was expecting him to acknowledge us before he could get back to his computer. A friendly "Hi, I'll be with you in a minute" would have been nice. The other clerks were very nice and acknowledged you when you go out and come into the elevator.

The front desk staff lady was super rude but that was kind of made up by the valets whom all were very service minded. Would have liked to know that parking wasn't included, only valet service available. At least that's what we were told upon arrival. The carpets need a serious overhaul! Dirty!! Also our room was on the second floor on the corner which made it very loud. Too close to the street for comfort. The location was great so I guess in the end it all worked out. Couldn't have stayed in Beverly Hills any cheaper without staying in a complete dump.

This was our second time at The Tower Beverly Hills hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Ralph's to get anything you need and close to anywhere you wanna drive to like Santa Monica, Rodeo Dr, Century City, Hollywood Blvd, Universal City etc. The room, although it was smaller than in our first stay, was always clean and tidy. Valet parking for the night should be 10 or 15 bucks, not 20 PLUS tax. That is my only complain. Other than that this is my Hotel for every time I wanna go to LA. Highly recommended !

They go out of their way to welcome your small dog! My Shihtzu was greeted by name as we came in and out of the property, and was given a gift bag with treats when we arrived. They also do not charge for bringing a pet. I was very happy with the property and the service. Definitely recommend!

The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location was near some good shopping. I was more than pleased with my stay.

Very clean, and not too expensive for neighborhood. However bummed you have to pay an additional $22.00 for parking.. and to another comment the parking sucks around the area, because you need a residential permits... so I would not risk it..

Upon arrival one will find a mandatory $twenty/day + 10% city tax valet fee. Otherwise, the hotel was great! Memory foam bed, room was decorated very nicely, staff was friendly (though it was a bit snootey, go figure it is Beverly Hills). Hotel has workout rooms with several types of machines and T.V.'s on the wall. A sports-bar is located on the ground floor. I was here early in the year so it was too cold to use the pool the the area looked very well kept.

The room was nicely furnished. The bathroom was fine, at least it was clean. The hotel is located on busy Pico ave. So there is lots of traffic. It is within walking distance to downtown Bev Hills. The lobby was shabby, the hallway carpets were dirty. Some of the staff were nice, others acted put upon when asked for something. The housekeeping staff were helpful,as well as the valet and bellman. Ice was available on only two floors. The floor we stayed on was half shutdown. Our room was right over the entry on the 3rd floor.

Cold showers every day - no matter what time of the day the hot water went to cool at best after about 2 minutes. The TV had 3 working channels. When I asked about this the management said they had major system malfunctions the previous week and did not know how to fix it. The only option for parking is with the valet at $20/day. No other options even on the street. The room was clean but very old and run down.

I didn't like the parking arrengement, only valet parking is available for $22 per day. Hotels.com should include information about parking.

Hotel was very lovely, outstanding views and super comfy beds. The only drag was the valet parking fee, a little high for moving my car five feet... Other than that, the hotel is first class!!

Bed wasn't comfortable , good location , too pricey for that service

The lady at the reception desk will tell you you can't park in the street as it is not permitted in Beverly Hills.... well it is not not true... you can find spots that are ok, just read the signs and don't pay the $22 per night!!!

This hotel needs some serious renovations. It is priced as a four-star hotel but feels like a cheap motel or at best a mediocre bed and breakfast, without the intimacy of one. The hotel also faces a noisy street.

As if it not having hot water for my morning or evening shower wasn't bad enough. The Hotel vallet backed my Porsche Turbo into a yellow steel pole (Damaging my door and wheel). Nice way to start your day after a cold shower. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

This is a lovely "boutique" type hotel which I would stay again EXCEPT that for 2 days of the 3 I stayed there I had NO HOT WATER. I requested a different room and was not moved. The management offered NO compensation to me for this extreme inconvenience, the least of which I expected to be offered a free night or discount on my next stay. Additionally, there was UNCENSORED hard core porn on the television. Quite a surprise when flipping through the channels. Apparently the satellite filters failed and when reported that was corrected promptly.

Great Bed, Out of Date TV, No Restaurant except for Bar in Lobby, and Breakfast upstairs which is very expensive for what you get. Parking is Valet Only and is expensive. Balconies off of every room with nice patio furniture

the $30 valet parking, come-on guys every hotel has this. they were very nice (its a plus!) i checked in 7'ish pm went very quick, came in found the safe locked, called down to front desk, mechanic came within 10 minutes. took him a min. and bingo! cleaning service does come a little early we didn't mind we want to the balcony, she changed the towels + arranged all our belongings in the bathroom. the matters i kinda liked the softness my wife didn't so... i turned it around and it was firmer (ok i did turn it back when i left!) I'm telling you guy's i didn't have a single problem!

Outstanding hotel

I needed a place to stay right after having stayed at Ivy Hotel in San Diego. I was tired from a long drive and two days of uninterrupted work. The staff was outrageously friendly. The room was more than spacious. It was true BH comfort. Highly recommended for a restful stay.

Everyone at this hotel was great. I was met in the driveway and asked if I needed help with luggage. I had many stops during the day and sort of just threw things in the car. I needed time to sort things and make a couple trips to the room, which I wanted to do. No hassle at all leaving my car at a convenient spot until I was unloaded. Front desk very courteous. Very nice room. Lounge was spotless. All staff very helpful iwth directions. Convenient 24 hour grocery across the street. The bed - fantastic. Fell right to sleep and was out all night. Awoke really refreshed.
