We overnighted between flights in/out of LAX. Clean, comfortable and roomy. Complimentry breakfast was great. Shuttle service was adequate.

I enjoyed my stay at the embassy suites by LAX very much and I was happy with the price from Hotels.com. However, what I didn't know until I arrived at the hotel was that I would have to pay a daily parking fee, which added $50+ more to my hotel stay. I would have appreciated knowing this up front.

Very nice hotel, restaruant inside hotel had excellent food and service! Rooms were nice and spacious. Conveniently located next to airport. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Complimentary Made to Order Breakfast and Happy Hour were Fantastic! Hotel is located close to the beach cities and only about 9 miles from USC campus. Staff are extremely helpful and housekeeping were quick to fulfill our requests.

We stayed here for two days after leaving a cruise ship. The room was large and very clean. We had one problem when we arrived with the toilet being stopped up (by my 8yr old) but one call down to the front desk and they had someone up to the room to take care of it pronto. I would like to tell you I feel not only is this a great room for the money but that with all the hotel and staff had to offer I got VALUE for my money.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Larger than expected. Great breakfast included. Great, free shuttle to airport.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Rooms were big & comfy. Breakfast was great. Will stay again.

Great location for early morning flights. Really nice hotel, especially for the price. Not many other LAX airport hotels are affordable like the Embassy Suites (we stay in LA quite a bit). Great rooms, free breakfast is always a plus.

Needed a hotel for one night by LAX so my wife and children could flight out early the next morning for Florida. Based on the recommendation and price we choose this one, and am I glad we did. We had the corner suite room and it was great. Beyond anything we thought we were going to get. After we checked in and went to the indoor pool we came back to our room and the ceiling next to the A/C return was raining water, I called the front desk and within two minuetes maintenance was there and had it fixed. We also found out you get a managers happy hour with free popcorn, nacho's and soda, it was great for the family just to hold us off for dinner which we ate from the on site resteraunt which has great food and good prices.

Very nice hotel. Clean and convenient. I also liked the breakfast and the manager's reception!

Great value...loved the room and view of airplanes landing at LAX. Trouble was the room was next to the elevator and what seemed like the staging area for housekeeping -- they made noise all day and night whenever I was in the room. Of course, breakfast was great...orange juice was watery -- could use just a little bit more care with food service.

It held up to the Embassy Suites name. Great room, Free 'REAL' Breakfast (none of that muffin mix only crap), and Good Service. The location was very convenient for catching my outgoing flight. Would have like to been a little close to some of the sight but still no complaints. Parked on the street rather than the garage and made out well sense we were out most of the day Would def. recommend to others.

Stayed in a suite with one king and a front room with a pull-out. Enjoyed the sense of extra space, not just a hotel room with a bed. Fridge came in handy for left-overs. Breakfast and afternoon reception are very generous. Breakfast food was particularly fresh, and service exceptional.

Outstand Hotel and the service was excelent and so was the breakfast meals.

We met our daughter at the Embassy Suites LAX north, she had flown in from Denver so it was the perfect place to meet. We had stayed at other Embassy's before we were not disappointed. We were exhausted after driving 5 hours and the restaurant Aero Bistro was yummy and so convenient. Breakfast the next morning was also very good one of our favorite parts of staying at the Embassy chain. We did not have a soccer tournament that weekend at the hotel so it was quiet and the halls were not echoing the shouts of kids, that is the down side of Embassy if there is a big event being held, it can be noisy.

Spent 2 nights which were very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff and nice indoor pool and spa tub. Parking cost $20 / night and free regular shuttle service to LAX airport. Free bar and nibbles each evening from 5.30 to 7.30 and a good complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Also close to most car rental returns so we were able to drop off car and walk back to hotel for lunch and take the hotel shuttle.

This was a beautiful hotel, and so so comfortable after a long flight from Australia. But the staff were absolutely Tragic. We requested a roll away bed, didnt get it until we asked several times, then we had to make it ourselves, not that that was a problem, but was not expecting that. Breakfast was supplied as it was easter monday, we assumed it was a public holiday and breakfast was available until 10.30am. We arrived at breaky at 9.25am and they were slowly packing up, staff advised us "toast only left" but they packed everything up while we grabbed 2 slices...we thought this was rude but funny, my wife spoke to the hotel manager and he organised us omlettes which was fantastic. Staff dreadful, comfort excellent, a must stay value for money, just check your free breakfast, dont expect staff to be helpful, go to the top and see the manager.

Perfect for the family! Our Room (King Suite) was very comfortable, nice, quiet, and came with a great breakfast buffet! They serve Starbuck's Coffee, 37" Flat Screen in Living Room and Door separating our room from the kids sofa bed! Heated Pool was nice too!

I enjoyed my stay! It was like a staying in a one bedroom apartment. The bed was super comfy and the free morning breakfast was plenty and delicious. Ive always had good experiences with the embassy suites and will happily stay there again. keep in mind it is $20 for parking. sucks but worth the convenience.

As a student of historic Preservation ,I was thrilled by the architectural design and facade of the building ! The continental breakfast gives you an opportunity to see all that

I needed a hotel with quick shuttle service from the airport at midnight. The bus picked me up in 5 minutes and I was in the Hotel within 10 minutes...check-in was quick and the morning breakfast was abundant. Good value for an Airport Hotel.

I choose this hotel to relax and with my family enjoy the many different entertainment possibilities in LA first of all we arrive in a hot day and I was looking forward to swim in the little pool... But right away they told me it was not working , is a small pool more like a pond I will say. They were working on it so it was closed to the public. When I asked the manager if we could use the pool of a sister facility they told me NO.because of insurance issues? anyway it was an ok experience not outstanding or anything special. breakfast was good, many options, clean good service, room confy but dark and just not too much personality at all. anyway is just a hotel right? Oh parking costs 20 dollars per night. I parked outside on the street.

Had to pay $19 per day for parking and, upon arrival, no hotel parking was available so we had to park at a lot a couple of blocks away - at 2:00 am - and walk back to the hotel in an "okay" area. Night staff was not helpful, though he was apparently the only one there - they need more night staffing to meet guest's needs. Day staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel not one of the nicer Embassy Suites - needs updating. We were comfortable, though. Not convenient to LA due to impossible traffic on the 405, but very convenient to the airport if that is what you are looking for. I liked the other LAX Embassy Suites better - the one in El Segundo.

and convenient for an early morning airport departure. We overnighted here at the end of a weeklong stay in southern California. The shuttle to and from the airport was a plus. The staff was great, very acomodating. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we enjoyed the manager's happy hour (free drinks from 5-7pm) and the restaurant food was pretty good too.

I was disappointed that parking or internet access was not included in the room rate.

We had a 9 hour layover and really just needed to rest our aching bodies. The shuttle service was quick both ways and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was outstanding.

The hotel was very nice and the food was fabulous! All in all a good deal for the price!

Very poor customer service.

The hotel parking is not good. There isn't lot of parking on site. The lot was full and we were directed to a lot a few blocks down - I was told to have the hotel give me a voucher and I wouldn't have to pay because I had already paid in the Embassy Suites for parking. The front desk stamped my parking card - but the lot wouldn't take it - so I had to pay $9.00 - I had already paid 38.00 for two night at the Embassy Suites so be careful.

Excellent selection for breakfast! I have two complaints. When I stepped out for a little while I left a do not disturb thing on my door and it didnt work. A cleaning person had let them self into my room and cleaned it. I didn't like that fact that I had to pay to park. Other than that, the hotel and service was excellent!

We were very satisfied with our room. It was big enough for our kids and let us have our own space. Loved the great continental breakfast buffet. Will visit again. ***The only thing I did not like we had to pay extra to park.** $19 a day.

The hotel had all the amenities of Embassy Suites plus perks such as pool, fitness room, and 24-hour shuttle to/from LAX. Overall, the hotel is worlds above the LAX South location, but you pay for that - an average difference in price of $30-$60. The one main drawback to the hotel was the noise - near the airport and close to a truck loading facility.

Would stay here again because it's convenient to the airport and is very well-appointed. Didn't have time to use the pool or work-out facilities, but appreciated the early morning breakfast buffet.

Hotel location was great, pick-up service prompt, complimentary wine and beer every night at happy hour, clean and large room - the only downside was a limited restaurant menu, fine for one night but second night we went out.
