Das Westin Grand in Frankfurt ist ein tolles modernes und doch zu gleich ein gemütliches Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent. Sie erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch.

Der Früstücksraum und der Service waren eine Katastrophe! Die Empfangsdame begleitete uns in den Raum und überließ uns die Platzwahl. Das war jedoch nicht einfach, denn auf allen freien Tischen standen Frühstücksreste von Gästen, die ihr Frühstück schon beendet hatten. Ganze 2 Bedienstete waren restlos überfordert und auch noch desorganisiert. Wir haben dann einen Tisch selbst abgeräumt, um überhaupt einen Sitzplatz zu haben. Nach einiger Zeit erschient dann ein Kellner, der den Tisch frisch eindeckte. Obwohl wir 30 min vor Ende des Frühstücks kamen, war das Buffet schon halb abgeräumt. Es gab z.B. nur noch Brotreste. Als ich eine Kellnerin auf das mangelnde Angebot hinwies, sagte sie mir, "Ja, wir haben heute einige Probleme", weil wir noch eine Tagung haben." Mehr Brot kam denn noch nicht. Der gewünschte Tee kam 10 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Anderen Gästen ging es ebenso und sie waren genau so ungehalten wie wir. Die Empfangsdame am Eingang schien das nicht zu kümmern. Wenn man ein Tagungshotel ist, muss man neben der Versorgung der einzelenen Tagungsräume auch sicherstellen, dass der normale Frühstücksraum genügend Personal hat und die Gäste erfreut. Man zahlt schließlich dickes Geld für das Zimmer ind das Frühstück.

My only complaint is that when I had my "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. I got called once, then later they knocked on my door until I opened it just to "ask" if I needed anything. I was shocked! Other than the lack of privacy when you ask for it, it was a nice place.

The outside view is facing exactly to the other room (that's the upgrade room already?). Internet service in the room did not work the 1st night. but the concieger offer the free internet in the business centre down stair so it is okay. No water kettle for tea, I need to use the "Nespresso" coffee maker to get the hot water. No complimentary water in the room. No slipper. A bit cost saving these days? Breakfast selection is fine for a regular 5 star hotel and it costs Euro 31 per head, it is not really super selection, just some basic foods, some leisure traveller comment in this site are overrated. Small indoor swimming pool on the top floor. If you need to get some sunbath, maybe other selection. Overall is okay for a business traveller since I just need a clean and comfortable bed to sleep for the nights. The best for this hotel is the staff. Friendly, smiling and professional.

I would recommend The Westin Grand for anyone doing business in Frankfurt who needs a comfortable hotel with friendly and attentive service. The rooms are of a good size and have a large desk for working in your room - somethnig that not all business hotels get right. The gym faciltities are adequate and help you unwind at the end of a long day and a real plus - they have a fantastic bar with staff who really know their craft who will welcome you with a friendly face. I would recommend you test their cocktail making skills. The lobby area has plenty of room to meeet with clients if required, interestingly surrounded by classic sports cars immaculately displayed inside the hotel lobby like works of art.

Great hotel, very comfortable, nice restaurants on property and close to shopping and sights

Excellently appointed hotel (although lounge bar a tad pricey!!), within easy walking distances of the river main and other attractions, staff were very helpful and courteous at all times.. The gym pool and sauna were all in excellent condition with the staff also being of the highest calibra

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The only complaint I have is the bar and lounge area. It seemed they didn't have enough help mid-to-late afternoon. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is located in a great area for shopping and dining.

The Westin Grand was a great place to stay in Frankfurt... very close to the shopping district. The hotel was very modern and clean. Room service breakfast was great.

Εξυπηρετήθηκα σε ότι και να χρειάστηκα. -Πρωϊνό: Παράλογα ακριβό (30 €) κατ' άτομο! -Υπόγειο Πάρκινγκ: Εξαιρετικά βολικό, αλλά πανάκριβο (0-7 ώρες: 1,50 € ανά ώρα. Από την 7η ώρα και μετά: ταρίφα 23 € το 24ώρο. Π.χ., παρκάροντας το αυτοκίνητο στις 22:00 το βράδυ για τη διάρκεια της νύχτας, και παίρνοντας το το άλλο πρωί στις 8:00, πλήρωνες 23 €. Το θεωρώ υπερβολικό, όταν μάλιστα είσαι πελάτης του ξενοδοχείου).

Excellent location, great room, and lovely staff! Die Zeil is just around the corner, with lots of restaurants and shops, and a cinema with english versions not far (Die Turmpalatz). I'd definitively stay again.
