Nettes Hotel im Stil us-amerikanischer 5-Sterne-Häuser. Die Lage am Central Park sowie der unaufdringliche Service ein echtes Plus. Das Zimmer (Junior Suite) war für zwei Personen auf Städtreise bestens geeignet.

Für eine Junior Suite empfand ich das Zimmer etwas klein. Ansonsten aber waren wir sehr zufrieden. Herausragend ist der Service und die Lage des Hotels. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder.

Excellentes Hotel in super Lage, Central Park und U-Bahn vor der Tür. Wir waren als Familie (2 Kinder 12+10) in einer schönen Suit, sehr geräumig, sauber, voll eingerichtete Küche. Bio Supermarkt im shopping centre next door. Cafe's+ restaurants um die Ecke für jeden Geschmack. Gefallen hat das Ao Caffe am Columbus Square zum Frühstücken.

Service Personal ist sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vom Empfang ueber Roomservice bis zum Fitnessraum. Angenehme und unaufdringliche Atmosphäre. Gute Lage und Metrostation direkt am Haus.

The location lived up to my expecations, the hotel did not. I asked for early booking confirmed, but had to wait 90 minutes for the room. There were 4 of us using the suite, buut it was configured for 2 people - I had to ask twice for extra towels and gowns. The door men/bell boys where really friendly. Jean George was over priced and cramped - food was OK as oppoed to great. All in the all the hotel was fine, but do not expect the wow factor.

Purpose of trip was a girls' shopping weekend. Position of hotel, superbly positioned for easy access to shops from large mall opposite to 5th Avenue 800m away. Also, easy to walk from hotel to main sites- Central Park (opposite) Empire State/Top of the Rock, Grand Station, etc., - or catch underground to Staten Ferry (one train journey). Booked through Hotels.com special offer and the value for money was superb- you wanted for nothing in the hotel in terms of creature comforts- hair dryer, kettle, fridge, dressing gown, slippers, free fruit & chocs daily! Service from hotel staff was excellent. The fitness centre also offered all comforts including free combs & mouth wash! An excellent weekend & worth serious consideration if the offer reappears!

The service of this hotel is wonderful. Everything you asked for are prompt attended, you never have to ask twice. I travelled with my young daughter and the service of the hotel as the neighborhood was fantastic. The Whole Food supermarket is near the hotel which became our stay so easy to pick up food to our baby. The room was so clean and the bed/crib very confortable.

What a great stay! Our rooms were ready on arrival (about 11AM)with a beverage quickly delivered. The kitchen was great for storing/serving snacks and breakfasts purchased at the Whole Foods accross the street. Staff were exceptionally nice anbd went out of their way to ask us how we were enjoying our stay. Dinner at Jean Georges was FABULOUS!

I mentioned to the desk clerk that the sofa bed in the suite was rather lumpy. That night there was a pad on the bed! When we asked that someone come unlock the lower window so that we could have a little fresh sir, the maintenance man was there immediately. Quite a lovely place to stay. Corner room was great

We're a family of four and we stayed in a cityview suite for three nights. I did exhaustive research before selecting the Trump, looking for a relative "bargain" at a highly rated hotel. Unfortunately, we were generally disappointed. We did not get the cityview suite that is pictured on the website. That room may exist but our suite was basically two equal-sized rooms jammed together with a small kitchen and bathroom and a rather disappointing view. The decore is very outdated and there are spots and stains on the carpeting, furniture and curtains. The bedroom TV is an old box model. The service was erratic - exceptional at times and then non-existent (I won't bore you with the details). The lobby is horribly small, making conversations and efficient entries and exits nearly impossible. The saving grace for this hotel is its location. Otherwise, don't waste your money - the value isn't there. Spend a few bucks more and get a suite at a five-star or drop down to a four-star. That's what I'm going to do next time.

I have visited NYC many times over the years and have stayed in a variety of places from the apartments of family members to 4-star hotels. Without question, my new hotel of choice is Trump Tower. Although the rooms are expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. The thing that struck us immediately was the incredible customer service. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice, helpful, courteous, and down-to-earth. We had feared that they might look down their noses at people who had booked a room through a discount website, but they absolutely did not. From the minute we walked in (3 hours before check-in) to the minute we walked out (4 hours after check-out), we were treated wonderfully and made to feel like valued guests. Although we were early, they were able to get us into our room with only a 10 minute wait. And, then, after we checked out, they graciously held our bags and allowed us to continue using their facilities, including the business center and spa for free until we had to leave for the airport. In addition to the customer service, there were other wonderful features about the hotel. First, the rooms are bigger than the actual residences of many people in Manhattan and the kitchenette met our needs perfectly. Second, the location is fantasic. You are literally on top of a subway stop and immediately beside Central Park. Although there were certainly many tourists in the area, there were also plenty of locals and business travellers. As a result, things seemed calmer and more organized in the area in general and there were far fewer people trying to sell tourist-trap activities. Finally, the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel's quality of service, room amenities and location were all outstanding. We traveled with 2 children, ages 9 and 7, and the hotel's excellent service made our stay quite pleasant for the whole family. Our suite was spacious and the huge kitchen was clean and well-equipped with all the basic necessities that is so essential when one travels with children. The hotel, being steps away from Central Park and Columbus Circle, is probably one of the best locations around town that can offer the beauty of both the city and nature at your doorstep. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again on a return visit to New York.

We had a wedding reception to attend at Tavern on the Green, which is only a few blocks from the Trump Intl. Hotel. Consequently, we couldn't have found a hotel that was more conveniently located. It's right across the street from the southwest corner of Central Park, which was another plus! The hotel's location, as well as the superb quality of the hotel itself, make it a perfect stay!

WOW-What a beautiful location right across from Central Park in NY. This was my first time in NY and I really felt taken care of. Exquisite hotel!

This hotel was great. I booked a central park view room, and although the room we got was smaller than the one pictured on the website (which must have been a suite), I was very pleased. There was a problem in that our room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm, but they were willing to upgrade the room as a result. Everyone was very friendly. Great views, comfortable bed & bedding, and the tv was awesome. They have a DVD player attached so bring DVDs! Lobby is a bit small, but its right across from central park and there is a starbucks one block away. Didnt use the kitchenette, but it had everything you'd need.

I LOVE THE HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES IT IS IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION. COLUMBUS CIRCLE IS GORGEOUS, THE PARK, THERE IS ALOT TO SEE ESPECIALLY THE THEATER IS DOWN THE STREET. THE ONLY THING I AM NOT CERTAIN OF AND IT IS COMPLETELY MY FAULT, BUT I WAS JUST TOO TIRED AND LAZY TO FIND OUT, BUT SINCE I HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES I THINK THE ROOM THAT WE WERE GIVEN WAS NOT THE ROOM I PAID FOR BUT LIKE I SAID WE GOT IN VERY LATE AND I WAS TOO LAZY TO MOVE MY LUGGAGE AND FIND OUT. BUT THE HOTEL IS PRIMO, LUXURIOUS, CORDIAL, ALL GOOD THINGS.

We have stayed here at Trump many many times, it is a amazing hotel. the only thing is this time we had a superior room which we have had in the past, but the room we were given was very small, i think we were given the wrong room. It was as small as a junior suite except there was no couch in it. but in all, this hotel is amazing, friendly, and clean.

Trump International is located across from Central Park. We love the view from the hotel room and walking to the park in the mornings. There is so much to do and see and the hotel is in the middle of everything.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Its exceeded all my expectations. I had my two children with me, and they way that the hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate them and play with them was unbelievable. I would definitely stay there again in the future

I have stayed at a few hotels In New York City all 5 star. This hotel has no loby and the bell men and door men could be a bit better trained. Room is a bit dated. Bed and pillows were very nice and the best thing about the hotel is the location. I don't think I would stay here again tho.

Excellent hotel. Right on Central Park at Columbus Circle adjacent to subway station connecting to all areas. Friendly efficient service from all staff. Swimming pool a bonus and great for kids at end of a long days walking! Rooms well equiped and comfortable but not a great size.

We stayed here over the July 4th weekend because of its relative proximity to the Hudson and we didn't want to stay in one of the less than semi-decent hotels that New York has so many of. For the price we paid, it was cheaper than other luxury hotels in the city, but actually exceeded our expectations. The service was absolutely amazing--our room wasn't ready as we arrived very early, so we were offered water, and were called as soon as our room was ready. Once in our room, we received complimentary lemonade. Turndown service was also excellent, and the room was spacious and tastefully decorated with real artwork. The constant Trump branding on everythingall over, from water to the soap, was a bit amusing, but not distracting. A couple hairs were found on the sheets, and the bathtub didn't seem to be swiped, but this is the case in many, many other luxury hotels we've stayed at. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and bouncy. Overall, however, we can highly recommend this hotel, especially over the other luxury options one has in NYC, which often can cost twice as much for a room but are not in any way superior.

Perfect in every way. The staff was extremely friendly and everything possible was done to insure we enjoyed our visit. Would highly recommend.

My husband stayed here - if you can call it that. He had just flown back from England, where he had been because his father died unexpectedly. He was exhausted and unhappy and had been through a lot and had to stay just one day in NYC. I decided I would get him a very nice hotel, since he had been through so much. He arrived at the hotel around 6PM... He was shown to his room around 9PM. He was left sitting in the lobby like some non-entity. NO explanation, nothing! Jet lagged and exhausted and in this fancy hotel and they can't even give him an estimate of when he will be shown a room. I finally called and demanded they do something about this, after I had called several other hotels in the area - all of which had availabilty and would get him in a room right away. That was when they gave him a room - hours later. I have asked for an explanation from this overpriced, miserable DUMP where they treat people like this. None has been offered and I have been bounced from person to person. DO NOT STAY HERE! They should NOT be allowed to treat people like this... I don't care how expensive and "luxurious" this place pretends to be... When you treat people like that you are running a HORRIBLE CRAPPY STUPID DUMP!

We have been to New York on numerous occasions during the past 30 years both for business and pleasure. We have stayed at many different hotels all centrally placed. This was our first visit to The Trump and we were impressed not just by its location overlooking Central Park and the breathtaking panoramic view we had from our window but also the attention to detail in every respect. Our room had everything to make us comfortable from the soft "pillow menu" to the ample wardrobe space, large and easy to use safe deposit box flat screen TV and personal service at the touch of a button. The spar was a luxury in itself with its swimming pool steam room and all facilities. The complimentary use of the internent was an added bonus. This will now be our hotel of first choice in New York

The location is great and the hotel, while a little 80's The Donald glitz, is comfortable and the staff excellent. Similar to the other luxury hotels in the neighborhood, but sometimes priced better

Stay Here! This hotel gave excellent service. I love being pampered and boy was I! The doors were opened and the elevator was ready for me. Luggage was brought to my room. The concierge had all arrangements made for me with my itinerary delivered to my room. The hotel manager sent up a personal note to make sure my stay was satisfactory. Turn down service was ice and water by the bed with crystal glasses and chocolates. There were slippers placed by the bed for me as well along with jazz music softly playing in the background. The location was great and the staff was super friendly, the personal attention was fantastic-an awesome place to stay!!!!!!!

Everything was as expected. Excellant staff and housekeeping. Perfect Excercise room. One thing that bothered me was that the hotel picture was not what our room look liked, even though it was a nice room. Depending on where you want to stay (Closeness to various places), other hotels with same amenities and room size are less expensive.

It was all we'd expect from a 4-5 star hotel with just a couple exceptions: 1] we arrived around midnight from JFK in a town car in the rain. No one helped us thru to the lobby. 2] The ASSUMPTION = advertised kitchenette was very nice and complete but there was no where to sit except on the bed! 3] Concierge tho very pleasant and willing gave incorrect information on two occasions.
