Excellent Service, Great Neighborhood and Perfect Location. Would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Montreal.

I guess we're spoiled from Vegas, but obvisously there's not a linear relationship between what you pay for a hotel room and the quality you get. This is a very nice hotel with very nice service, but you can get that for less. It's not outstanding, just nice and cozy. A few things did not measure up to the price tag: The wide screen TV set showed all programs in wide format ... in spite of none of them actually being broadcast in wide format :o( ... the bathroom could use a little paint here and there ... charging $36 per night (plus the mandatory tip) for valet parking is just ridic. The little flat panel TV in the bathroom would probably have seemed impressive 2 or 3 years ago ... today it just seemed cheap. And could hotels get over the overp-priced mini bar idea? Again, we enjoyed are stay, but ... we were made to pay for it as well!

We had a great time staying here for 3 nights. Big bathroom, jacuzzi tub w/ bath salts, Canopy queen that my gf wanted to bring home with us. The master bedroom in the next house will be designed around their room and decor, we were very happy. Helpful staff, but always check that stuff is open on mondays before making plans.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff was absolutely perfect, anticipated my wishes, helped me when I hade a question (shopping, restaurants) and was wonderfully attentive without being abnoxious. Watching TV in the bath tub with the jets on to relax was a new experience for me. I can't wait to go back.

Staff were fantastic, efficient, organised and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and well presented, I enjoyed my stay very much and would happily recommend.

I stayed there with my boyfriend neither of us got a good night sleep because of their pillows wich where the hardest. 3 days following our stay, we are still soar! When we had the pay, we both tryied using our credit card and they wouldnt accept them. They would not take debit to make it more convinient for us. To make matters worse, they made us take a walk on Ste-Catherine to find a bank where we could withdraw cash when all along they had a ATM right behind their counter in their souvenir shop. Truly insulting.

The room was beautiful and well kept. The whirlpool tub was very nice and everyone was very kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

CLean, altho my room rug had seen better days, and the lobby is wonderful looking. The truly fine thing about this hotel however, is the superb staff. I was met with cheerfulness and a desire to help whenever I interacted with the staff......the concierge service is knowledgeable and eager to please.

We had a really nice time at the Vogue. The service was wonderful, right from the time we walked in the door. They even gave us a little gift bag with water and apples when we picked up our car from the valet. The room, one of the 2nd floor ones, was very nice and comfortable. A stain or two on the carpet but otherwise in great shape. An amazing bathroom, with a large tub and lots of marble. Our only complaints were that we asked for a non-smoking room and ended up in a smoking one. It was OK until the last day when someone must have been smoking in a room close to ours. Also, the last day, they only left us decaf coffee in the room instead of some regular. As a coffee addict, I missed the real stuff. But overall, I'd stay here without hesitation. The location can't be beat.

Staff was superb. Accomodating and extremely friendly, from the doorman to the concierge. Hotel room was very noisy at night- could here everything going on outside your windows from the street below- and we were on the 4th floor.

This is a great hotel with excellent service. Our room was amazing and they responded to our every need instantly. The only con was the resaurant Cellini that is part of the hotel. The quality of the food was not nearly what we expected.

It was a quick stay but I enjoyed the friendly and professional staff. The retaurant downstairs was also fabulous. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

hôtel haut de gamme avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Service parfait. on peut regretter l'isolation phonique imparfaite cotés rue et le pdj qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire.
