Savoy Hotel Frankfurt - Frankfurt

Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber ausreichend. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Um dort zu übernachten reicht es völlig aus. Ich hatte bei der Buchung wert auf einen Pool gelegt und der war voll OK. Aufgrund der Lage direkt am Hbf und in der City und der sehr guten Serviceleistungen würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Ich wohne auf dem Land und somit konnte ich schlecht schlafen, weil die ganze Nacht draußen die Klimaanlage röhrte. Ansonsten ok, direkt am HBF Frankfurt.

Sauberes anständiges Hotel - da Geschäftsreise habe ich mich dort jedoch nicht länger aufgehalten.

Lage: in der Nähe von Hauptbahnhof, aber sehr ruhig. Zustand des Zimmers: sauber und gemütlich.

You can't get any more convenient than the hotel you can see as soon as you exit the train station. Unfortunately, the area around the train station is what you would expect. A typical small room with no air conditioning, leaving your window open will mean hearing a good deal of noise at night. It is right across the street from those tour bus companies that give tours of the city / trips to the Rhein, and in walking distance of the river. Staff all spoke English and were helpful.

In addition to the hotel room, you have to pay for the Internet connection (EUR 12,50 / 24 h) and breakfast. Sum it up and you can get a better hotel for the same total.

The helpful staff, spotless room, and many amenities made this hotel a very pleasant surprise. The room was small but clean, with good AC and a free minibar--restocked daily (I'd never seen that before). The top-floor pool/fitness facility was open late, and there were free afternoon snacks daily. Efficient staff stored our bags at no charge. I was very impressed.

This is a nice hotel, located within easy reach of the cities transport links. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and full of information. The rooms are ample, with good facilities and very clean. You are within easy walking distance of the river which means you are near the good bars and eating places. P.s there is an irish bar next door, but it is about £5 for a pint of Guiness, worth it though. Aside from that try the Apfelwein.

The Hotel is located right accross the street from the Frankfurt Haupt Bahnhof and, therefore, easy to get to from the airport (by train). It is also very close to the numerous resturants of Sachsenhausen and to the Haupt Banhof U-Bahn station (and the City's extensive U-Bahn system, in turn, provides easy access to virtually all of Frankfurt and the surounding area). The hotel rooms were comfortable, but did not have air conditioning. And since it was relatively hot during our four day stay, this made the hotel stay less than ideal. However, for most trips to Frankfurt the lack of air conditioning wouldn't be a problem. Our reservation did not include breakfast, but we found numerous relatively inexpensive options accross the street in the Hauptbahnhof. The most pleasant surprise about our stay was the swiming pool on the top floor that was very quiet and provide a panoramic view of the city.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Not entirely sure about the 4 star rating (I have stayed in better 4 star hotels), BUT... the service could not be faulted, the rooms were clean and the breakfast each morning was FANTASTIC!

The location was right by the train station, within easy walking distance to anything you would want to see. The employees were easy, knew fluent english. My room had a twin bed which wasn't too comfortable but overall it was good.

Hotel has leisure facilities over looking the central city and central train station. Excellent central location

Was a nice stay, apart from housekeeping knocking around a bit early and the curtains in the room did not close at all, which when the sun comes up early is a bit annoying. Bathroom was also a bit pokey.

I was looking for a convenient cheap hotel to stay in close to the train station so I could fly home the next day. The hotel is steps away from the entrance to the S-bahn and U-bahn and the main Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is only slightly further across the street. It takes only about 15-20 minutes to get to the Frankfurt airport from this hotel if you catch the S-bahn at the right time. So, I would say that this hotel fits the bill perfectly. The hotel has a nice front lobby that looks fairly modern but my hotel room clearly had not been remodeled any time in the recent past. The room was very tiny but I didn't even unpack so this wasn't an issue. There is no free internet or free computer to print boarding passes so I went down the block to an internet cafe and spent 1.5 Euro to print my boarding passes out and check my email (The hotel wanted to sell me computer usage at 5 Euro increments). Overall this hotel is cheap, clean, friendly, and accessible. If all you need is a quick overnight spot I would highly recommend it.

This is in a great location, but just kind of yucky... I am not super picky when it comes to hotels, and I have stayed in Motel 6 before... and really I would compare this hotel to a motel 6. Great location though. Right by the train station and the center of the city. The river is not far.

While the hotel was good for the price, the added extras were very expensive. Parking was inconvenient, about a 5 minute walk away in a parking garage. It was also very expensive...24 euro for one night! Breakfast was also expensive...15 euro/person. Internet was 12 euro for one night. All in all, the hotel was nice, and the pool was an added bonus. In the future, I would opt out of the breakfast and find something a lot cheaper elsewhere.

The location was great because it's right across the street from the main train station. Service was good. The rooms were not very quiet because they all face the main street. Small rooms but comfortable. Shower was messy because there was only a shaky small piece of glass to shield some water.

This is a great hotel. I was staying here just as a stop before I flew out the next day. The staff is very helpful and more than willing to help you with directions and recommendations for eating. I stayed here another time in January on the return trip and it was great again. I will stay here whenever I have a layover in Frankfurt.

Only complaint: I requested a double room on the website and assumed that's what I paid for. My room was tiny. I was only there for the night and it was in the area I need to be in so maybe I'm being too picky. But I was in three other European cities on this trip and had no problems with the other hotels.

Good location across from main train station. Room was good size and clean and quiet. Nice pool/sauna/steam room. Free cake in the afternoon is tasty.

This hotel was great for what I needed. I needed a place close to the central train station that was reasonably priced and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again when I need to overnight in Frankfurt.

the hotel was fine and in a good location for getting about the city. we found it difficult to get a good night's sleep though because of the sound of the traffic outside. had breakfast one of the morning's too which had a good selection but was a little over priced.

The location is great, just across the street from Frankfurt's main train station, and a walking distance to most attractions. The service was very friendly. The room is small but enough and comfortable. The shower door really needs help. It's a swinging glass door that covers less than half the length of the tiny tub, so, no matter how you take a shower you create a mess and flood the bathroom floor. There are no computers with free access to the Internet available. The charge for Internet access is excessive.

Just across the street from the railway station. Take the S-Bahn to the Frankfurt airport for only 3.6 Euros compared to 35 Euros for a taxi.

the hotel is conveniently situated opposite the main train station...a short distance from the city centre .rooms are comfortable and clean .. breakfast is excellent. will definately go back.

This is a modern hotel right across the street from the main train station. Yes, the room was quite small, but very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Great for the single traveler. The breatfast buffet was absolutely great, with a large selection of goodies, including eggs, bacon and sausage. Very civilized indeed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great room for the money. But caution: prices almost triple when there is a major trade fair in town, so pick your dates carefully! This applys to all hotels in Frankfurt.

Great location. It is very near the train station. Easy to get to and go to the airport. Clean. Rooms are small and comfortable. However, there is no aircon.

I stayed a couple of nights while touring Europe. The Hotel is just what you need. Rooms are clean and well mainteained (overall). The service is freindly and the breakfast Buffet is just great. The location is close enough to the railway station and the redlight district (a hundred meters away), yet, far enough to be away from the crowd. I would definately stay there again.

My stay at the Savoy Hotel was very pleasant, and the staff was very accomdating and friendly. I highly recommend the Savoy to anyone who wants a good night's rest and breakfast. I felt very relaxed and safe.

The rooms were modest size. They were clean and well taken care of. The breakfasts were to die for. Don't buy anything in the bar. The prices are outlandish/. The pool and spa were great

The hotel was in the middle of renovating the rooms on my floor, so I hesitate to complain. My room was in bad shape but my coworkers, who stayed down the hall, was very nice. Good location but wait about six months for them to fix all the rooms.

It was very nice and clean and accomodating....

It is a nice hotel, witha pool and sauna on last floor, rooms are allright but the A/C wasn,t working and it was hot already, I had to sleep with the windows opened, included breakfast and is really close to the train main station.

Snabb, trevlig incheckning.Rummet enkelt men funktionellt. Nära till Järnväg,mässa och shopping. Vi hade rum mot bakgård så vi stördes inte av trafik.
