Hampton Inn- Universal South - Orlando

Great location. Front desk very friendly. Hotel needs a new face lift. The air condition was leaking water into the carpet and the bath tub had black strains that could not be removed. The molding was loose in the bathroom. I haven't stayed in a Hampton Inn with problems like this ever.

This is a very good place to stay. I frequent Hampton Inn & Suites everytime I go on a trip because of their service and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. I encountered a problem this past stay with the hotels shuttle bus. I was suppose to go to a particular theme park and it took me to another even though I specifically asked the driver was he stopping at the theme park before I got on the bus. He said "yes" but when we arrived at a different one, he said he didn't not at that particular park (Universal Studios). I was angry because we waisted 40 mins getting there. Not only that He wanted us to get off and wait until he came back in an hour! The story goes on, but I do not fault the hotel at all, only the driver of the shuttle bus,so Beware before you board!!

Everything was good, except when my husband went into the bathroom and lifted the toilet seat he found a disgusting stain and had to clean it himself.

the room was very small. very little bathroom. could have been cleaner. tv remote did not work. no towels at pool. had to go inside lobby to ask for towels and wait from them to bring them. attire of staff was not very professional. housekeeping was knocking on door early in morning. should have put do not distrb sign up.other rooms in area for much less cost that looked comparable in quality. i had stayed at a hampton before that is why i chose it even with the higher price but this one was not comparable to the last one i stayed at.

Me and my friends came here for Memorial Day weekend and it was a blast. It was close to the mall and theme parks. The people we're friendly and I'd come back here probably more often.

Hotel was very nice. Beds the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Rooms where clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

First of all, I love Hampton Inn's, so this one did not dissapoint me. The only thing is that we reserved a king room and they did not have that available. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. They even let us check in a little early. We really appreciated that because we could go to one of the parks and enjoy the rest of the day. The breakfast buffet was nice except for the rubber egg patties. Will leave that alone next time. The price was excellent for what we got. Would defiently stay again.

Good location - close to universal studios and restaurants. Hotel was clean, had good service, swimmingpool. Our room was on the side of the road which was a bit noisy. The remote control didn't work but they replaced it when I complained.
