Ich war schon einmal dort und bin sehr gerne dorthin zurückgekommen.

schnelles ein- und aus checken freundlicher Service. Zimmer auch ohne Frühstück buchbar einziges Manko die Parksituation. Es gibt zwar ein Parkhaus direkt vor dem Hotel aber das kostet richtig viel Geld Tip von mir einmal um den Block fahren da kriegt man vor allem Nachts haufenweise Parkplätze umsonst Einen guten Aufenthalt

Rezeption sehr freundlich kompetent und hilfsbereit gepflegtes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer ruhig trotz zentraler Lage

Obwohl das Hotel praktisch direkt hinter dem Bahnhof liegt, keinerlei Lätmbelästigung

vor 5 Jahren bestimmt ein empfehlenswertes hotel

Ich hatte ein Hotel gesucht, das zentral und nahe am Bahnhof liegt und trotzdem einen gewissen Standard hat. Im Intercity-Hotel habe ich alles gefunden. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer gemütlich und sauber und die Lage optimal.

Poor service. AC does not work. Small bathroom. It looks like the building was poorly converted to a Hotel, (it should not be called a Hotel, less a 3 star hotel). From the elevator I have to open 4 doors to reach my room which was just less than 10 ft away.

The room was small but clean and the location across the street from the main train station was fantastic for our trip. Beds were ok, didn't have any problems sleeping. The room was a great value. The hotel provides transportation passes or local trains/subways. Had free internet.

The hotel was an excellent value for the money overall. The bathroom light did not work when we checked into the room but they fixed it the next day. There is free wifi access in the room which is great for a couple of email junkies like us. The location cannot be beat. The hotel is right across from the train station and is not only extremely convenient but also hosts a lot of late night food stands for the times when we were craving for a frankfurter past midnight. I would recommend to others and stay here again next time that I am in Frankfurt.

The hotel is just fine. The location is very accessible as the main train station is right across the street. The train station has lots of shops and is nice to have available for longer stays. The neighborhood isn't so fantastic, as the red light district is nearby, a couple blocks between the train station and the finance district. It feels perfectly safe to walk through, though. There are some seedy characters in and around the train station as well, so looking like a tourist gets you some unwanted attention. Unfortunately, the staff didn't volunteer to let me know they had free wireless Internet access and a card good for free travel inside Frankfurt on the public transportation. Both are great features, but I wish I was told before I spent half of one morning trying to figure out fare system for the U-Bahn. The hotel room I had was pretty plain, had no view and didn't have much room on the desk for doing work, since the TV was placed on it. Perfectly functional, but I didn't feel comfortable trying to relax or do work in it. I would stay there again if I had a place to be every minute of my trip, but for a relaxing vacation, I'd probably try to get a room in the shopping districts by Konstablerwache, Hauptwache or Römer.

Very convenient to the Frankfurt train station. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were HARD. Also, the hotel is close to the Red Light district and may be a turn off to some.

Not a bad place, clean, nice, but, as usual, the beds in Europe are "small", great location, good price

I prefer a firm mattress but this felt like concrete. Experienced a sleepless and WARM night as the air-conditioning also did not seem to be working. On a lighter note, you cannot beat the location to the train station and the staff was friendly. Very early morning check-out was a breeze.

It was easy to find for two people who speak no German at all. And, we found a great place to eat just 2 short lefts and one right-turn -- a couple of minutes by foot. The hotel was clean and provided essentials, and the staff was courteous. But, that bed! It was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed we have ever tried to sleep in -- "tried", being the operative word. Because the bed was so rock-hard uncomfortable, we can not recommend this hotel.

I used Frankfurt as sort of a base for my trip and stayed at this hotel three different nights. The location right next to the train station (but on a quiet side street) is excellent. They include a transportation pass for the city's public transport, including the train to the airport. It's recently renovated and very clean. Though basic, my room was very clean and comfortable. I have read other reviews on this site that said the beds were hard; my opinion is that they are just firm, probably some sort of memory foam material, which I find comfortable. They were not able to provide a synthetic pillow for those of us allergic to down, though; also, the breakfast buffet was good but, I believe, over priced- better to go across the street to the train station and grab a pastry and coffee. Overall, though, I was very satisfied and would stay in this hotel again and would consider their properties in other German cities.

The Hotel is right next to the Train station and subway. The mattress on the bed was hard but everything else was great. There was a fitness room with sauna and tanning bed. We did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot comment. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to Old Frankfurt. It was great, I would stay their again.

I stayed in the Frankfurt Inter-City Hotel for one night before flying back to the States after a week in Baden-Wittenburg. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. I was especially pleased t find a gym and a sauna on the 7th floor, which was a wonderful surprise after a strenuous trip. The hotel's location (right next to the hauptbanhof)is ideal ... and itwas only a very short walk to Rommer Platz. Food in the hotel's restaurant was good. My bed was a little too firm (hard actually) for my taste. But, hey ... a great value for the money.

The staff was excellent as was the location. They were in the middle of updating rooms when I was there - mine hadn't been done yet, so there were some cosmetic things, like scuff marks on the walls. The beds were really hard. Matresses were like the mats used in gym class, just thicker. Everything was clean and I felt safe in the neighborhood.

First, be sure to inform the Taxi driver to WHICH InterCity Hotel you are going to. I did not know that there was two locations. I got in the taxi and told him the name of the hotel and he took me to the airport location rather than the downtown location. So be sure to know which one you are going to. With that, I'd next recommend that if you are just passing through and looking for overnight accommodations, the airport location would probably be best since it takes about ten minutes or so to get to the downtown location and obviously costs a bit more on the taxi fee. As for the hotel itself, I highly recommend it will definitely stay the next time I pass through Frankfort. The rooms are really nice and they had an excellent breakfast buffet. The buffet is not free, but worth the money when you eat airline food for two days. If you are staying for a few days, it appears that the downtown location is very well located. There is a subway stop just across the street. There also looked like there were many stores and other entertainment within a few blocks. Lastly, the hotel's employees were very friendly and accommodating. I had a great night's sleep and look forward to my next visit.

Located directly across the street from the main rail station in Frankfurt, this means you can travel directly from the airport by rail and within a few steps of the train be in your hotel. The hotel provided a free local transportation pass for longer jaunts but walking through most of the city works just fine. For business this is located a few blocks from the Messe as well as many of the major high rise commercial buildings. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the property is comfortable. Wireless Internet is free but the connection is slow and sketchy.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay waiting for the train station. It is literally across the street. Don't go out the front of the hotel, go to your left at the front of the main train terminal, the hotel is then just across the street from the side entrance.

Terrific location, on the street that runs along the north side of the Hauptbahnhof (train station). Perfect for catching an early train to the airport. Clean hotel, very convenient.

This hotel is very clean, quiet and friendly. Excellant wireless connection in room. Great loacation across the street from Frankfurt Main Train Station. Great value!

We wanted someplace close to the train, since we planned to travel on the trains at different times...this hotel was literally across the street from the train station, so it was SO convenient!

Bel hôtel, bien situé (près de la gare), belle chambre mais quelques défauts importants : la literie est vraiment de mauvaise qualité (matelas très fin, un seul oreiller tout mou, une couette) et l'infrastructure réseau wifi dans les chambres est peu satisfaisante (nécessité de venir dans le hall pour surfer dans de bonnes conditions)

Ett väldigt trevligt och välskött hotell med mycket god frukost, men med den hårdaste sängen jag någonsin legat i...det var ett klart minus då sömnen blev drabbad. Men fräscht och bra annars!

Hotellet ligger nært alt det jeg trengte i Frankfurt

Udmærket hotel placeret centralt i Frankfurt og kun 800 m fra MESSE center. Receptionen er desværre betjent af elendigt personale, som fortsat mangler at lære begrebet service. Nøglekort-systemet på hotellet virker som et blinklys...det virker, så virker det ikke. Det betyder at man flere gange skal ned i receptionen for at få ordnet sit nøglekort... det bliver meget hurtigt belastende!! Morgenmaden er rigtig god med et enormt udvalg af alt fra brød til pølse og frugt - men også her er betjeningen et flop. Bestil kaffen inden du tager mad - så er der en chance for, at du får lov at nyde den til maden. Alt i alt ok, men kun for en enkelt overnatning eller to... mere end det vil gøre de fleste businessrejsende gale i skralden...

The location of the hotel is very good. You can get off the plane get on to the train (subway) and 10 min later you are at the central train station; you see the hotel right across the street! The rooms are small but enough for a business trip. Decoration is not so good but doesn't bother you. I couldn't get connected to wireless even 1 time. They said it's because of excessive use of free internet. But at the end of the day I couldn't check my mails! Considering all above I would stay in this hotel again for short business trips and when I don't have my family with me.
