Four Points by Sheraton Brussels - Brüssel

Störend in der Einrichtung des Zimmers ist die Trennung von Naßzelle und Waschbecken ohne getrennte Schaltung der Beleuchtung. Das Zimmer wurde so immer mitausgeleuchtet. Die Hotelbar schließt um 23 Uhr.

Empfehlenswert, sehr gute Lage, ausgesprochen höflicher und hilfsbereiter Service

Grosses Zimmer, Business Hotel, zufriedenstellend fuer Leute, die den ganzen Tag ausserhalb des Hotels verbringen. Nicht super Zentral gelegen, dennoch alles zu Fuss leicht erreichbar. Nicht fuer Spazierfaule geeignet. Zimmer zur Strasse etwas Laut.

Lage: etwas außerhalb der Stadtmitte, aber sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die nächste Haltestelle der Straßenbahn (Linie 94 von der Metro-Station Louisa sowie Linie 81 vom Bahnhof Brüssel-Süd) ist nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zimmer: schön und modern eingerichtet, Wecker mit iPod-Dockingstation, Microwelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, aber kein Geschirr und Besteck. Pro Tag gab es eine Flasche Wasser (0,5l) gratis. Bad: große Badewanne, Bidet, Kosmetikspiegel, leider war der Mülleimer vor unserer Ankunft nicht geleert worden (am zweiten Tag aber okay). Internet: WLAN ist verfügbar, eine Stunde ist kostenlos.

Das Zimmer ist kleiner als ich erwartet habe. Aber alles ging gut. Nur 5 Minuten von Tram-Haltestelle (Tram 94).

4 points is definitely a very good value-for-money option for your stay in Brussels. Great for business travellers, but leisure tourists should know that unfortunately the location of the hotel is not excellent for exploring the city centre on foot. From the hotel to Grande Place it is a decent 40-minute walk. It is advisable to use local trams (tram stop is a few steps away on Avenue Louise ) or taxi.

Just got back from a long weekend in Brussels, we had a great time. The hotel is away from the centre, but not too far that you can't walk. The surrounding area has plenty of bars and a couple of places to eat, and cheaper than in the centre. The room was spacious, with a really comfy bed, power shower and BBC channels on the TV. Breakfast was adequate although I'm glad it was in with the price, as it was a bit over priced if you were paying separately. The staff were helpful and friendly - a great hotel

I stayed here for 4 days in early Sept. We had excellent service from the staff there. The hotel is well equipped ,clean and reasonably priced.

Good front-line staff and good customer care. The hotel is located in a quite corner and was well connected with close by Deli.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly functional, down to the leather recliner by the window, generous closet/storage, terrific shower/bath complete with bidet, and a seriously welcoming bed. Special touches included the nightly bottled water by the bed (complimentary) and good quality in-room coffee. Not a lot of unnecessary frills, but everything important seemed to have been carefully considered and thoughtfully provided -- an excellent value for discriminating yet practical guests.

It took us 2.5 hours to get to this hotel from the train station when it should have taken less that 30 mins. Prior to our arrival I had called the hotel and asked for directions, but all the directions they gave us were incorrect. When we finally got to the hotel the staff did not seem to care that they gave us bad directions. The rest of our stay was better, but we couldn't believe how much time we lost in Brussels due to this delay. Make sure you get good directions!

enjoyed our stay but found the restaurant expensive and room needed some routine maintenance.

This is a lovely hotel with fantastic service. They speak English fluently and will greet you warmly when you arrive. I arrived 5 hours early and they got me into a room! A very pleasant stay - I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I was a bit apprehensive about this hotel as it had been so cheap. However, I was very pleasantly surprised, as it was a fresh, spacious room, very comfortable, and just off Brussels' main shopping street. The most reasonable quality city accommodation I've seen in a long time.

Great Hotel for the price. Above the grade considering the price. It is a bit away from central station but overall not that bad a location considering all factors.

I thought this hotel was a good value, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was near public transport. I liked the fact that my room was quiet and I wasn't in the center of a lot of traffic or activity. The room service was ok - I tried one of the dinner meals and the hotel was true to it's word of not charging me for it because they didn't meet their guarantee of delivering in 30 minutes. I thought that was a nice touch. Overall this is a nice hotel, I'd stay there the next time I was in Brussels.

Nice hotel. The room was quite clean, but I guess it would look better if they change the color scheme of the room. We had a double bed room .... bed was quite comfortable though not that big. Though the hotel is not situated at the center of Brussels old town (it is not even walkable from the city center), it is just 10 min by tram. A nice clean hotel. Worth trying. Breakfast served was really good. There are quite a few good pubs and restaurants in the area near the hotel ... and even the hotel restaurant serves pretty good dinner.

The room was fairly comfortable. However, the location was a little far away from the old town of Brussels. It is either a 40 minute walk to the old town, or a tram ride and then 2 different metro rides to the old town. The area around the hotel has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes, and the staff was pretty helpful. Also, though you have to pay for internet in your room, you get one hour of free wifi in the lobby each day. However, the hotel rips you off on telephone calls. Even though I was using an At&t international phone card, which doesn't cost the hotel anything, I was charged 2.75 euros for each call which is ridiculous and in my opinion not appropriate. Never have I been charged for making phone calls through a prepaid At&t calling card. In addition, at around 5 am one morning I was awoken by two crying girls who were screaming and swearing in the hallway outside of my room. It took the hotel staff around 45 minutes to get them out of the hotel, which I found surprising. I thought that the hotel staff should have monitored the hotel better throughout the night to make sure that no one enters the hotel and that there are no people interrupting the stay of other guests. I think that the staff could have done a better job at addressing this morning problem.

Price Location was an extremely good value for Brussels. Staff was nice and friendly. No complaints. Excellent value.

Arriving late in Brussels I stopped here before travelling on the next day. This was a very nice surprise. Friendly staff good room; comfy bed; decent breakfast in the morning. THX

Excellent service - especially from the lady onthe front desk

Hotellet ligger i en sidegate til en av hovedårene i byen (Avenue Louise), og er vanskelig å finne frem til uten presist kart eller taxi. Det er svært behjelpelig personell med gode engelsk kunnskaper. Rommet er stort, rent og godt fylt med interiør. Frokosten er svært dårlig, og hygenen virket ikke til å være på topp i spisesalen. Samme klut ble brukt på stoler og bord! Det er 2.2 kilometer fra hotellet til metro stopp, og man må belage seg på mye gåing til og fra de sentrale områder og hotellet. På den positive siden fører beliggenheten til at det er rolig og lite støy, så er perfekt å sove der. Bra treningsrom trekker opp!

Sentral beliggenhet i sidegate til Avenue Louis. Hyggelig betjening, stille og komfortabelt.

Hotel correct, bon emplacement pas loin du centre à pied, tram à proximité, chambre, équipement, literie bien.Par contre attention si vous y allez :2 adultes avec 1enfant de moins de 11 ans un supplément de 35€/ nuit vous sera facturé même si l' accusé de réservation (3 personnes donc) ne le précise pas, plus une caution de 50€ (remboursée) par personne.(Jamais vu ça dans un hotel 4*), de plus le petit déjeuné à 15€ me semble un peu cher pour un petit déjeuné. Bref si le tarif de base est correcte attention aux suppléments qui alourdissent la note considérablement.

Moderno, ben servito, comodo anche per chi affitta l'auto. Uno dei pochi 4 stelle con colazione inclusa. Colazione molto abbondante e completa. Camere moderne, pulite e comode.

horel di ottima qualità, molto pulito, personaqle di quelità molto elevate, piacevole e molto comoda la sauna e la piccola palestra; comodo ai mezzi di trasporto e abbastanza centrale.

Je suis plutôt satisfait de mon séjour. Seul hic : la climatisation ne fonctionne pas à toutes les périodes de l'année (début avril par exemple, il n'y a que du chauffage). Il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre et les fenêtres ne peuvent s'ouvrir en grand... donc la nuit ne fut pas des plus agréables. Pour le reste, c'était vraiment bien.

Bra läge vid Louise med bussar och spårvagnar. Stora fina rum. Härlig king size bed. Jättefin frukostbuffé. Trevlig personal som vet vad god service är. Bor gärna här igen!

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre sur jardin très calme. Pas au centre ville, mais dans le quartier Ixelles, plein d'immeubles art nouveau et assez BCBG. Nombreux restaurants et bars à deux pas de l'hôtel, et tram pour le centre ville (10 min) à 50m. Chambre un peu vieillot, fenêtre cassé donc difficile à fermer et télévision mal réglée. Lit très petit pour deux personnes. Hôtel très correcte pour le weekend, avec les réductions, mais ce n'est clairement pas un 4*.

séjour émaillé de petits dysfonctionnements non grave mais pénalisants du fait de cette gamme de prestation, du nombre sur une si courte période et surtout de la réaction laxiste de l'équique d'accueil. Le premier incident concerne la carte magnétique qui a du être changée 4 fois; à partir de la 3eme fois, le regard et l'attitude sous entendaient un certain dérangement. La cuvette des WC n'était pas fixée. La chambre n'a pas "été faite" pendant le séjour, ni le lit ni la SDB.

Je suis globalement satisfait de l'hôtel hormis de la salle de sport et du sauna qui étaient proposés. La salle de sport est très petite. Le sauna ne fonctionnait guère.

If you need tips for excellent belgian restaurants, where you meet just Belgians with excellent kitchen and low prices, ask at the reception. As I did! It was a bargain for stomach and mind. Very helpfull if you have also trouble with your WLAN and other things. Very competent stuff.

accueil souriant de jour comme de nuit, chambre confortable, lit douillet et étonnamment confortable pour un matelas "mou", petit déjeuner dispendieux et "de visu" pas extraordinaire que nous n'avions pas réservé et bien nous en a pris puisque la chambre est équipée de micro-ondes et d'une cafetière (café de qualité supérieure tout à fait parfait !) prévoir quand même 10 minutes de ballade pour atteindre la boulangerie la plus proche ... parking dans la rue difficile mais nous avons trouvé à +/- 300 m évitant les 15 €/nuit de supplément ... bref on en redemande !!!
