Our stay at the Days Inn at Canastota was fine, except for the people in the next room. They had very loud voices, and we were kept awake most of the night by their conversations. They were not arguing, just conversing, although their voices were on the loud side. The hotel definitely needs better soundproofing between the rooms.

There breakfast lacked cereals. Also needs a workout room.

basic, but fine. good stay for the money. smallish rooms, no fridge or microwave or lounge/restaurant but right off highway, convenient, dunkin donuts next door, w/ gas station/convenience store acrtoss street. clean and quiet.

Clean, friendly, comfortable, tv, wi-fi, continental breakfast, moderately priced. What more can you ask for an over night stay?

It was exactly what we wanted - inexpensive, clean and comfortable. Deluxe it was not, but that's not what we expected or paid for. I would recommend it.

Hotel was very cozy. Clean room, warm even though it was crazy cold outside. Bathroom very clean.

Nothing fancy, but fairly clean and comfortable.

The only real problem I had with the hotel is that it had a funky odor. the hallway smelled and our room smelled. Otherwise got what we paid for. Seems like that area is very expensive. Have stayed at nicer hotels in nicer cities for less money.Not the fault of the hotel, it was the least expensive that we found.

First room we checked into was unacceptable do to clients the night before having dogs in the room, BUT, the hotel management immediately moved us to a room that was clean and fresh smelling immediately with sincere apologies and regret that we were placed in the first room before correcting the issue before booking the room.

We have stayed in the area at more expensive motels, which were run down. This was new, clean, and neat. The room was not freezing when we got there and you could open the window. This is right off the interstate (some traffic noise), next to a Dunkin Donut and Italian restaurant. You can ride your bike to the canal trail, and not too far to Bouckville for the antique show. Will definitely stay there next year.

loved the flat screen liked the ameninities .would be nicer if it had a pool

I didn't want anything fancy. The room was clean but for non-smoking it smelled like smoke. Had a dunkin' donuts and mcdonalds next door. I went to "Graziano's" italian resturant up a few doors. I ordered out and was glad. The food was good but what a dive! For a cheap room I was happy. It was quiet too.

For the money, this was a nice enough hotel, staff was very friendly and room was very clean. The only problems we had was young party goers on New Year's Eve getting kicked out by the Sheriff's Dept @ 4:30 a.m.! Bed could be a little more comfortable, but not bad.

The Days Inn was pleasant but I had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs because there was no elevator. The continental breakfast was okay, not great. Boxing Hall of Fame directly across the street.

The hotel was clean and everything worked, but the carpeting was wet by window, and upon further inspection the windows were installed poorly, and without the insulated curtain lots of cold air would pour into the room.
