Hotel was of average quality but our room had everything we needed for small children, extra space, a refrigerator and a microwave. The pool was small but fun for the kids. Location was great, right across the street from the bear and wold preserve and right at the entrance to Yellowstone.

The hotel in general was filthy, dirty. Out bedding needed to be replaced because they were so soiled. The carpet was filthy in lobby and hallway as well as windows and walls. The pool was not heated and freezing cold, the jacuzzi dirty. It appeared the employees working the continental breakfast were having a hard time keeping up with the demand. Coffee, food and bowls ran out two days in a row, trash everywhere. Overall, I would never stay their again, not worth the money.

We were very pleased with the Gray Wolf Inn. It is very convenient to the west entrance of Yellowstone. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the breakfast was also very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yellowstone.

The room was large, comfortable and clean; price was decent, not great. The surrounding town is neat; hotel is right next to Yellowstone, which is convenient if the pricey hotels in the park are booked. Breakfast was cereals, breads and fresh-made waffles. I would recommend this to anyone.

Spacious room, clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool (and the adjoining hallways) smelled heavily of chemicals. The breakfast wasn't much to talk about, but otherwise ok.

Very convenient location. Pretty standard hotel service. Bed was comfortable and there were lotions and shampoos, etc. There's a small fridge and microwave. Although not too many bells and whistles, it gets the job done for the price. Breakfast was quite simple so if you expect breakfast meats, custom made omelet, gourmet coffee, etc., then look else where. You get juice, milk, cereal, pastry, waffles, etc. and the lobby was crowded for both days.

Loved how close it was to downtown West Yellowstone across from the bear and wolf discovery down the street from the museum and quick easy access to Yellowstone Park. The room was nice and clean and big the only complaint we had is the beds were very uncomfortable.

Our family had a very comfortable stay at the Grey Wolf Inn. It was right outside the West gate of Yellowstone and at the end of a day of sightseeing, it was good to just drive a few blocks and be at our hotel. The suites were just right for our family of five. Plenty of room and the full kitchens gave us the option to eat in or go out to the many restaurants in town.

The room was large and spacious but had outdated fixtures. The breakfast was bad (under cooked muffins), and very few tables in the breakfast area. No internet access. Only plus is very convenently located to close to the west entrance.

Based on posted reviews on the internet I was a bit skeptical about this hotel. I was looking for a room for my wife & young children. During our stay I was very satisfied. I travel a lot with work, and stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel isn't a top tier property, but is very nice, the poeple that operate it are very nice. I felt the hotel was clean, the b'fast was okay, the staff was friendly. If I ever return to West Yellowstone I'll have no problem staying there again.
