Room was a little on the small side.. that's my only complain, overall room was clean and the bed was great!!...

After being severely disappointed with the two other Hotels in the Area Days Inn was a breath of fresh Air the staff was good and the clerk at the front desk was knowledgeable about the area and very helpful in saving us money on attractions We will stay at that hotel whenever we are in the neighborhood again

The people who worked there were very nice and accommidating. The bed was very nice and comfortable. It was walking distance to go get something to eat both fast food and sit down meals. If you forget something and need to shop the mall is only a few blocks away. I would stay here again.

I have a few complaints. The towels were dirty upon arrival and I found a smashed bug on a picture next to the bed along with gnats in the room. When I checked in the young lady was bland but the energetic young lady that checked me out made up for that. However,the bed was very comfortable and the room is spacious for the price. Overall, not a bad experience for the price. I would stay again but making sure I check the towels and for bugs.

this hotel was very dirty/the rooms need new or semi new furniture//a little paint and some new carpet would be amazing/ the furniture was filthy/I was so uncomfortable staying in such a dirty room

For the most part this is a cheaper hotel and we were not expecting the best but the room smelled awful. We actually went out and got some air freshener and glade plugins that did not really work. The couch had bad rips around the seems, the coffee table was rusted and one knob was missing from the dresser. Also when taking a shower the water temperature does not stay even. Despite our dissatisfaction with the room, everything was very clean and the housekeepers were very kind and did their jobs well.

the water in the shower was not study it would get hot then cold.

I had reserved a non-smoking room. but my room smelled of something, even though the room looked clean enough.

Really supriced..good choice..the only bad thing..check in after 2 pm. so if you get in early you have to wait. the rest was really good....fridge in the room..roomy and nice nice bed..

The room was very small but overall everything was there and it was adequate, clean and surprisingly quiet--the glass of the picture over the bed was broken....

Didn't have any problems with the staff. They were very professional and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and plan on returning.

There were holes in the walls. The breakfast was not very good out of juice, out of fruit. To expensive for the quality.

With all things considered, I suggest to hotel.com guests to consider other hotel options within the San Diego/South Bay area. I have several complaints: 1. As I stepped out of the car, I stepped onto a freshly used condom. 2. After using the hotel Jacuzzi that night, my husband woke up the next day will a body rash. 3. The same night we went out, only to return to a hotel with no parking available. We parked in a different parking lot and had 3min walk to our room. 4. Upon check-out, I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the attendant. She was professional but not very accommodating nor made any attempts to alleviate our dissatisfaction.

The hotel is close to the freeway and downtown Chula Vista. Room is clean but musty and worn.

They have a hard time keeping track of records and reservations which is a time-killer.

This hotel is great if your travelling on a budget. No-frills free breakfast offers more then the usual "coffee and donuts" and the hotel is right down the street from the trolley station. I often travel for business, and this is a good hotel that doesn't cost alot and offer many free services like free wifi and breakfast.

I normally stay at Motel 6, which is great if you only want a room. However, for a few more dollars I got a great room with iron, fridge, microwave, lots of premium channels, immediate hot water for the shower, FREE wireless internet, free continental breakfast..... you can't beat this for the price!

This is the best cheapy hotel I have stayed at so far. The location is really good, meaning it is right across the street from the Tolley station and there are a lot of restaraunts and grocery stores within walking distance. The room itself was extremely confortable for a hotel of this price range. The beds were confy with a lot of nice soft pillows. I got a free upgrade to a suite room, which had a couch and coffe table in it. The free internet is great, and the free morning breakfast offers a lot more choices then the standard "donuts and coffee" that most cheap hotels offer. The rooms also had a microwave and mini fridge, which are a must for cheap business travelers like myself. The staff at this hotel also went above what I expected. For a cheap hotel, you usually do not get any customer service at all, but this place was great. The front desk receptionists always greeted me with a smile, check in and out was easy and fast, and they gave me a free room upgrade. One night I had trouble getting my microwave to work, and the front desk was very curtious about it. They even called my room after the problem was solved to make sure everything was good. The only compaint I have is that since this is a cheapy hotel, the other surrounding guests that stayed at the hotel were the typical type you see staying at locations like this. One night there was a room down the hall that was so loud as if they were having a drunken party. Down another hall there was a very loud family who's kids were running up and down the hall ways very late at night / early in the morning. Other then that, my stay was good and I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone who is travleing on a budget. I am even going to make reservations again for my next business trip just because this hotel has so many conviniences.

hotel is located in a very bad neighborhood.room was too small.located on main road .

HELLO THIS IS A GOOD HOTEL WHICH I PAID MONEY AND NERBY GOOD RESTARANT.

The room was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable and the free WiFi was a nice addition. I will stay here again when I am back next year for the yearly event I attended this time. The breakfast area could be a little larger and the neighborhood did make me a little nervous at night; not the best area but not the worst area.

The bathroom could be cleaner. The room did not smell te best.
