Hyatt Place Las Vegas - Las Vegas

We were charged an "early" check in fee, even though our room was ready. No where did it state that there would be additional charges. In addition, there is no shuttle to the strip or cab line available. We will not be staying here again.

Really wasn't expecting much for the price charged. Turned out to be the best room I stayed in of a multistop trip. Excellent bed, big flat screen and plenty of room to strech out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a party of five and stayed very comfortably in one room. The only complaint is the front desk service. The staff did not introduce the hotel facilities like swimming pool, fitness center to us after check in.

More room than I needed. Everything about the hotel is very modern.

We had a great time. I was in town on business and brought my family. There was room for all of us. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I will stay here again when I come back on business or for pleasure.

We needed a place to stay for a convention. This was nice place for being off the strip and not in a casino. The rooms were big and useful. The TV was great ! The breakfast was slim unless one wanted to pay for extra food like eggs! Across the parking lot from Hofbrau house, Hard Rock Cafe, and a CVS Pharmacy. This was a great location and good value.

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We had 5 people in our party and the room size was very spacious. I also liked the free shuttle to the Vegas strip.

Our family (2 adult and 3 kids) stayed for 3 days, and had plenty of space to sleep. We took fully advantage of the facilities, pool, breakfast and fitness and free shuttle bus to and from the strip. Would certainly recommend this for another stay.

The room was very nice. Enjoyed the continental breakfast which was included. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the pool area seemed very nice.

Clean and quiet. Free shuttle to strip and airport. Good price. Hard Rock Cafe across street. I will stay there again.

I'm in my 20s and went to Vegas with a friend. We stayed at the Hyatt instead of the MGM or Stratosphere because the Hyatt was a much better bargain. The Hyatt is a little bit off of the strip but they have a shuttle to the strip, which is great. Our room was clean and really nice, and had a huge TV...we also had a nice view. I really enjoyed my stay. It's more quiet, if you're looking to get away from the flash of Vegas and save some money from more expensive hotels. Great for families!

The rooms were very roomy and easily slept my family of 5 of us using the sofabed. The hotel was close to the strip but yet far enough away so that the bad elements from the strip were not around. It was also close to the airport. The pool was very nice. the complimentary breakfast was good, though standard (no eggs, bacon, sausage or the like), though there were items that could also be made up fresh for a price. The only time I noticed the airplane traffic was while at the pool or while outside, the rooms were quiet enough so that low flying plane noise was never heard. Overall a great deal for the money.

Very clean, roomy, and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others anytime. Free breakfast and internet is always a plus. Overall, we were very pleased.

A bit of a walk or $5 taxi ride to the strip. Hotel was quiet and clean. The room was nice and a great deal for the price.

The Hyatt was clean and the service was great. For the price you can't beat it. It is just across the street from the Hard Rock hotel and a CVS Pharmacy is very near. The only thing I didn't like was the people walking near the hotel during late hours. You couldn't walk to the LV strip on foot because its 10 blocks away but it away from the hustle and bustle which makes it quiet.

We were very happy with the hotel. The free shuttle to the strip ( and airport if you needed it) was very helpful. The staff was very friendly.

Great hotel, large suite style rooms with sitting area, HUGE flat panal TV, wet bar, large couch that pulls out into a bed. beds very comfortable, slept like a baby. No hidden fees like most of the hotels on the strip. Everything was free including parking, internet, and breakfast. Very close to strip. Only thing they should change is there is no hot tub! i was very disappointed when i went to the pool and there was not hot tub to relax in.

very nice place a little bit of a walk from the strip but still a prime location to walk to everything in vegas, walking is important in vegas due to the amount of alcohol consumed and other things, dont test the workers late night here they dont take no crap from anyone but i liked that they kept the establishment very clean.

Clean room and contemporary furnishing. Huge HDTV, very cool. Roomy and quiet at night.

Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! From the prompt shuttle service to and from the airport/strip, to the excellent customer service that we received, the HYATT Place really exceeded our expectations. The room was extremely relaxing and inviting. To sum it up...wherever, there is a HYATT Place Hotel, that's where we will travel!

The rooms are really good. I've stayed a couple of times, I like the location, the only thing is that there isn't a jacuzzi, and it might be a little noisy because of the airport.

I booked this hotel because of the $25 food credit added to the rate. I forgot to claim it as they didn't added it when I checked in. I stayed there again and made sure to ask for the food credit but they would not honor it. Very bad service, this website should not offer this hotel anymore. The hotel otherwise was not bad, the breakfast was not worth it, the fitness center is cardio only and the location is not the best. Dont book if you think you will get extra's, the hotel wont honor them.

Staff was helpful, friendly Location was very convenient. It was nice to be away from slot machines. No pets made for cleaner facilities.

The hotel certainly maintains the Hyatt standard. The room decor was excellent my kids even suggested that I take note and change our home decor according. Clean hotel, great staff. The complimentary breakfast didn't include eggs and the kids frowned on that. Overall very pleasant stay

This was the first time I have stayed at a Hyatt Place and I was pleasantly surprised. Nice rooms, good customer service, great breakfast and a shuttle to and from the airport beginning at 5:00 AM. It's a little noisy from the airport since it is only a 5 minute ride away, but who spends time outside in Vegas anyway. 24 store nearby and Hard Rock Cafe across the street. There is no gambling in the hotel which was fine with me since I was there on business. I would defintely stay again for business purposes.

I recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay "off-Strip" if one wishes to escape from the constant noise and confusion of the Strip. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful and really go a long way to satisfy guests. The rooms are large with fine wide-screen televisions and all the features that one would need. The hotel serves a very good complimentary continental breakfast, with additional cooked dishes available at a nominal cost. The free internet service is also a helpful bonus. All-in-all I have been very satisfied with my two overnight stays at the hotel.

The location is right across the way from the Hard Rock Hotel! It was a great for the price!

Great place to stay if you dont mind being off the strip. You are right across the street from Hard Rock. Room was really big and really comfortable. Definitely recommend it.

the only concern was about the planes.i never knew it since i got there..the hotel it is very close from aeroport but was not big deal

Great contemporary furnishing, very clean towels, bedding, great support bed, and comfy sofa with huge HDTV which can adjust different angle for viewing. The design of the room is a little odd that inside the room has a heater as a divider between bedroom and living room. The bath tub needs some work because the water was not running fast enough and had some backing up. By the way, good coffee.

Great price for this hotel. It was close to the strip and very nice condition. We were shocked at how nice it was, huge couch, perfect for 5 of us staying in one room :)

We enjoaye the stay at this Hotel. It was off the strip and that was perfect for us. The only down side was the breakfast. There wasn't much to pick from. The room and price was great.

Great hotel if you want to stay off the strip and plan to visit the Hofbrauhaus--they share a parking lot. Hotel personnel were very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Disneyland. We arrived late and left early,So we didn't spend much time there. The bed's were very comfortable. The big flat screen T.V. was nice. I will never stay in Vegas again with kids. There was pornography on the ground in the parking lot of the hotel. The billboards were not something I want my kids to look at.

Nice big rooms, nothing to complain about.
