The piping system in the restrooms need to be updated. The tub and sink was continuously clogged up. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

The tropicana express is where ill stay mext time I come to laughlin. The room was nice, the beds were perfect and the poolside was better than most in laughlin. The only negatives id be aware of are: there is no room service. The food generally is bad in the dinner downstairs. I didn't eat at the staeak house or the italian resturant. I'm speaking on for the resturant downstairs... I believe it has a train motif. Other than than. Its a good placwe to stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, good casino. Overall the Tropicana was a typical Laughlin hotel. Yeah, the decor is outdated, but so is every hotel on the strip. It's just an older casino town, but that doesn't mean it's not fun. The hotel bed was great, which was very surprising. At least they know what's important to upgrade first. Good hotel and especially good rates.

I was very impressed with the matress and bedding. Usually if you can find a reasonable priced hotel they have old matresses and so so comforters. The Tropicana Express has great matresses and newer bedding. I didn't loose sleep on this trip because of springs poking me all night.

Comfortable room, good facilities with casino attached. easy parking.

Rate was fabulous and it was a great location!

The room was nice, cool and clean. It looked like it was recently removated. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and if your required something, you just had to call the front desk and they ensured that you received whatever you required. Me personally, needed another blanket becuase my husband likes the room to be really cold....and me...I love the heat! So.....I requested a blanket, left room to eat lunch, and when I got back to room the blanket was sitting on closet shelf. Great service if you ask me. Also the Taco and Margarita deal in there restraurant is wonderful! You'll have to check it out when you get to the hotel! It's a steal of a deal for $4.99.

No complaints!!! First time staying and was VERY pleasantly surprised and would definately stay again!! Hopefully soon!!!

Very Nice Hotel! Easy boat parking! Lots of space! Will definitely book rooms here in the future!

I stay at this hotel everytime I go to Laughlin. For about $5 extra a night than the other "cheepest" hotels out there, I get a great room with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Only reason I didn't give it a full 5 for this last stay was because our toilet almost overflowed and it took the hotel 45 min to send a guy up to fix it, and we had to be in the room when he got there. Otherwise the stay was great. As always, I will be booking with them again and highly recommend it to anybody else looking for a very good price for a VERY comfortable room.

Rooms were beautiful not old cheap beds! GREAT STAY! GREAT POOL! Players card has great deals if u sign up for it too!

we checked into our rooms at 3pm but were not given the keys to the room until after 4pm. One of the rooms was not ready yet and we had to wait until 5pm for it. when it was time to check out all the elevators were full and we couldn't get on any. so we walked down 17 flaights of stairs to find out the door to the 1st floor was locked. we had to climb back up to the 2nd floor and catch the elevators. again the elevators were all full and had to separate and squeeze one person in the elevator to get to the lobby. all that took about 30mins AND we weren't the only ones.

Hotel stay was pleasant. Room clean & good service. Needs a buffet

We also stayed at the Tropicana in Las Vegas, after our stay at Tropicana Express Laughlin. Tropicana Laughlin has great rooms with updated bedding. Our room was clean, the Bell staff was prompt and courteous, even in 100 degree heat. The front desk was polite and professional. The food on the other hand- Oh My!!! We ate buffet for breakfast the first morning. Wow..I could have opened up the cans just as easy. Nothing was fresh. It seemed to be prepared off site and trucked in. That night we had the 9.99 T-bone special. Not bad, except for the hair on the plates of 2 people in our party. Now, Tropicana Las Vegas...The front desk staff was professiona. The rooms were awful. The beds had not been upgraded. Our first room, yes, first room had a view looking out onto the back side of the building and the roof!!! No way was I going to stay in that room. So, our 2nd room, had a better view. One of the pillow cases was stained with blood and the beds WERE NOT UpGRADED. Hard as rocks. I would not recommend staying there!

I really enjoyed my self on this vac. A great room is like a cherry on top :)

It is a great place to stay. Would recommend this place to anyone who is planning a trip to Laughlin.

First time to stay in Laughlin and everything was very good here.They let us check-in early.Room was nice,clean and quiet.Only complaint would be all the kids running around off the casino floor.

Definitely worth it. I got the room for way cheap so we werent expecting much but when we got there it was very nice and well taken care of. The location is perfect right by the river.

The only thing missing was a coffee pot.

Rooms are so confortable and for a great price. That summer special was awsome.

We always take our grandchildren here. They really like the pool and the great location.

Good!

Very nice for not a lot of money. We always liked all their restraunts, especialy the sushi bar! And every where we want to go is either walking distance or a $5.00 cab ride. Would always recommend Tropicana to stay in Laughlin!

Was able to get my room @ 1:00 pm which was cool. The room is probably the quality of an upgraded motel 6. But for the price it was okay. The view was perfect for viewing cars parking in the parking lot though.

We just recently stayed at the Tropicana Express in Laughlin. We can honestly say it was the best hotel we stayed in in Laughlin (we have stayed in many). The rooms were decent and the beds were very very comfy. It met all our needs and then some. The staff was always friendly too.

For the price the Tropicana is a nice place to stay!

Great price, reasonable buffet prices with good food. The only negative is the elevators at crunch time, when everyone is trying to get out to get to the lake or coming back in the afternoon. At one point the wait was an hour to ride to the 18th floor.
