Knights Inn Crossville, TN - Crossville

The rooms are cheap, but they are not clean, there was mold growing in bathroom, the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time. I would not stay there again.

Excellent rate for the room. Close to everything.

Great room for the money!

Because it was so cheap, I expected a bed and a bathroom and not much else, but, I was pleasantly surprised to find it also had a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, and full sized ironing board. The room was clean and comfortable, a real value.

Everything was clean, and the location was very nice. But the beds were very hard.

I couldn't figure out why the other area hotels were so pricey and stayed here because we weren't going to be in the room that much. The room was more than adequate for our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They are renovating the hotel which is coming in sections. I'd suggest this property if you weren't looking for anything fancy along a route.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but this hotel is old and is sorely in need of extensive renovations. Not recommended as your hotel of choice.

Arrived at the hotel late at night to find they were planning to assess a no show charge on my credit card even though I called hours prior to inform them I would be late. Sunday morning breakfast ended at 9 a.m. when most hotels keep the food open until at least 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekend. The exterior was dated and in need of repair. Paid too much money for this poor quality hotel

My only concern was the fact that there were 4 in one room and we had 2 washcloths. I really think the room could have been furnished with more than 2 washcloths, but we didn't call for more. Everything else was great.
