zweckmäßiges Hotel, Bett und Ausstattung der Zimmer waren wirklich gut, das Restaurant allerdings deutlich zu teuer

Trotz der Nähre zum Flughafen Tegel und Autobahn absolut ruhig durch Doppelverglasung. Kostenloser Flughafen-Shuttlebus inklusive.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich die Einrichtung sehr stimmig. Trotz des nahegelgenen Flughafens absolut ruhig. Der Shuttle service vom Hotel zum Flughafen und zurück ist genial. Leider ist die Minibar und das Restaurant sehr teuer

Wir waren vom Service des Hotels ganz begeistert. Obwohl wir schon 3.30 Uhr früh abreisten, bekamen wir eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück und einen Kaffee (kostenlos).

Nahe zum Flughafen und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Sehr ruhig.

War leider nur eine Nacht und hatte zuwenig Zeit Vorzüglichkeiten wie den Swimminpool und Umfeld zum Relaxen zu nutzen Würde es sicherlich wieder wählen

Das Hotel ist super. Hat meinem Mann und mir sehr gut gefallen. Von der Größe des Zimmers und des Badzimmers sowie die Einrichtung. Auch der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die persönliche Begrüßung per Fernseher war toll.

Saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und Wünsche wurden sehr zeitnah erfüllt. Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist schnell erreichbar, obwohl das Hotel sonst etwas separat steht. Der Preis war angemessen, aber nicht übertrieben.

Ich fand das Zimmer sehr gemütlich auch komfortabel. Ich habe mich gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Ausser in der Duschkabine lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger das fand ich nicht so schön.

Der Service war sehr freundlich,Das Personal zuvorkommend.Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht ganz(Zimmergrösse)Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel gleicht auf dem ersten Blick einem Block. Doch die Lage im Park ist trotz Flughafennähe schön ruhig. Der Service ist sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich groß aber sehr sauber und ruhig. Der Service hat das alles wieder weggemacht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Orndung, wenn wir wieder einen Ausflug nach Berlin planen, ziehen wir bestimmt eine Übernachtung im Mercure in Betracht. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist etwas hoch (Euro 15,00/pro Person), für unsere Tochter (9 Jahre) haben wir hier jedoch nichts bezahlt, was das absolut lobenswert ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch absolut in Orndung.

Sehr einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel mit Shuttleservice zum Flughafen und günstiger Parkmöglichkeit.

Wir waren ganz begeistert von dem Hotel und dem Service, denn obwohl wir erst gegen Uhr am Flughafen gelandet sind, hat man uns vom Hotel aus abgeholt. Ein kurzer Anruf genügte. Das Zimmer war für Personen zwar etwas klein, aber für eine Übernachtung absolt ausreichend. Wir würden dieses Hotel als Start, bzw. Ende einer Flugreise von Berlin-Tegel aus immer wieder wählen.

If you have an early flight out of Tegel in Berlin or you are getting in late - this is an excellent choice for a hotel. You may not want to do an extended stay, as it is near nothing, except the airport. The rooms are furnished in modern European clean line furniture. The bed is comfortable. The shower is definitely efficient. The bathroom scored the lowest, although it is modern, clean, and efficient. An excellent on-site restaurant and bar. In addition, there is a small fitness center and a very nice outdoor pool. As an added bonus, if you are leaving on a very early flight, there are complimentary croissants and coffee set out. This hotel also offers a free on-demand shuttle for pick-up and drop-off at Tegel Airport.

Very good value for the money!!!! Clean, confortable, and convenient!! Only problem was their direction as to where to find their shuttle bus at Tegel. Took 2 phone calls.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. You must follow direction to ask for the pick up and look for the van with the hotel name. The van drops off/picks up hotel guests where there are many other cars so you have to look out for the car. The hotel is comfortable and good for one night stay to catch the early flight in the morning. It has everything you need but not much more. The room has no facility to make your own tea/coffee so I asked for and received a hotpot to boil water. The hotpot was extremely dusty and it took me 10 minutes to wash out the dusk and rust before it was usable. I did not take the breakfast which was very expensive but waited to go to the airport which has a range of food and fresh bread. They have a small gym with a few equipments cardio equipments and a sauna.

Rooms are excellent - clean - reasonable price. Staff very nce - speek excellent English. If you want a location close to airport (Berlin-Tegel), it is a great buy. Also a handy hotel airport shuttle is available on demand for FREE! Location is some distance from downtown Berlin, however. Public Bus Service is available but you have to walk a ways (1/4 mile) to get to/from stop. It is about 20 min via bus to Zoo Bahnhoff (Center of old West Berlin). May be an issue in rain. The S-bahn station fairly close, but further than the bus stop. To get to it you have to walk to bus stop (see above); then take bus for one stop to interchange at the S-bahn station. Also the Hotel's Airport shuttle will take you free to the airport where uou can get the main bus stop (and I THINK - also an S-bahn station), but it is semi-incinvenient to do. HINT: Buy full day public transport pass at Hotel desk and ride bus - U-bahn, S-bahn all day. Breakfast is expensive, but very well done and deliceous. A REAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, not at all like the ones in the States. OVERALL RATING: Good Hotel, but don't let them nickle and dime you to death.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I expected a lot more noise with the hotel being sandwiched between a freeway and the airport but didn't notice any outside noise at all. Plus, the hotel is located in a pretty, green, parklike setting.

The lady checking me out in the morning needs some people training as she was very rude that I changed the currency charged to my credit car from Dollars to Euro's.

Convenient for an early flight out of Berlin Tegel. However, the room and bed are less than desirable. The shower was the worst on our trip. Make sure you know if breakfast is included in your rate. We thought it was, but the hotel said it was not. Though we each only ate a roll and some yogurt, we paid 16 euros apiece.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is great if you want to be near the airport. The restaurant is a bit expensive and not for picky eaters, as the menu is limited, at least by American standards. Overall a very nice hotel.

When exploring cities, I do not normally stay at an airport. We were only in for one afternoon and night, enroute from and to other locations and arrived by car. Therefore, I can only speak to its location in terms of proximity to airport, which was excellent. They had a shuttle to the airport which was very timely. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant.

We came in late and left early so there is not much to say. We never saw the surroundings. The shuttle picked us up and took us to the airport. Wished we had had a tea-maker in the room. The hotel served tea, coffe and buns in the lobby at 4 a.m. for early departurers. The tea water was never hot, just lukewarm, so we settled for coffee.

It's a great hotel! Good service, very confort and clean room. Good option if you need to stay as close as possible to Berlin Tegel Airport. Not good if you are visiting the city and want to move around a lot.

Loction and shuttle service make it a very good choice for a place to stay before the flight out. For the 5am shuttle, they had coffee and pastry available and wine party the night before. Better than expected.

I was very happy with what we got. I was expecting Breakfast to be included as it was unclear on your site just including breakfast in the room amenities. otherwise save no coffee machine, the room was just right and the hotel very close to transport. ARW

I didn't expect much from an airport hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is really nice, with a fitness room and pool. The restaurant had great food. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. And they provide free transportation to Tegel Airport. I would stay there again.

My husband and I ordered pasta and fresh halibut, with the intention of splitting each course. I have ordered fresh fish all my life and have never had shellfish incorporated into a dish without mentioning it. When the halibut arrived, in a foil pack, it has shrimp on the top. I am allergic to shellfish so could not eat this entree. My husband explained this to the waitress when she asked if everything was okay (I'd left because I couldn't eat my half of the dinner) and she did nothing about it. It put a damper on our experience. But I thought they did a nice job on the rest of the property.

For convenience to Tegel this place can't be beat. Its a bit sterile and the food is overpriced. Breakfast is not included as it usually is in Germany.

This hotel is very convenient to Tegel airport with a shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value.

Good hotel but the taxi was really annoyed. I could however not find the place to ask for any shuttelbus so I had to convince a taxi to take me the 500 metres to the hotel for the payment of 3 EUR. Not good. Some improvement could be done, for better instructions how to get this shuttlebus' attention.

I highly recommend this hotel because: 1. The room is simply furnished but in quality modern decor 2. Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, from the hotel lobby and restaurant down to the guest room bathrooms 3. Attentive and friendly, multilingual staff 4. Foreign currency right at the front desk 5. Tasty Berlin/German fare at the hotel restaurant - I tried light Riesling, the Berlin specialty of veal liver with caramelized onions, along with a dessert of vanilla ice cream topped with warm raspberry sauce. The food was to die for I would stay here again in a heart beat. The location could be closer to downtown, but the 20 minute cab ride cost ~$22 euros, which is very reasonable when spread across two passengers

Standard, fairly modern hotel. Decent restaurant and clean accomodations. Good value for money and can't beat the location if you have an early flight - right at the airport - literally 5 minutes to drop off.

Pros: This hotel is good value and well located for an overnight connection. The shuttle service is frequent and convenient. Breakfast buffet is good (but rather over-hyped). Cons: Internet is very expensive. The hotel plan runs only from 6PM to checkout - weird! Restaurant menu is somewhat limited, and overpriced. Other then the airport - nothing else to do locally.
