40 yards away from San Marco square. Lovely, quiet room. Well air-conditioned. Nice breakfast. Pleasant, helpful service from the front desk. Was a perfect home base for exploration of Venice.

Really great location- we stayed for four days. We were glad of the great breakfast at the hotel. We had an amazing time and having a hotel ,just off St Mark's Square, made it even better. Venice is very expensive -Coffee in St Mark's Square can be 9 euro -and thats before music supplement. Having said that listening to the music from the cafes in the square was one of the highlights. I would really recommend the hotel.

This hotel looks like it hasn't been remodeled since 1970. The bathrooms are ridiculous in their lack of ammenities, and the employees were the rudest I experienced in all of Europe. I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, because, although it's in a good location, it is definitely not a good value for the price.

The location of the hotel is its best feature - a minute's walk from St.Mark's Square - excellent! The fixtures and furnishings have seen better days but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Ideal for a central location on a budget but if you have more to spend then stay somewhere else!

I was very happy with the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfotable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Can't beat the price. I definately would stay there again and would recomment it to my friends and family.

Hotel staff is ok.. not as friendly as other hotels that I have stayed at. The location is great but the room size is very compact... not bad for the price.

This hotel is in a great location--steps from Piazza San Marco. The size of the room was bigger than average for Italy, especially for the price in such a great location. We originally were going to stay for 2 nights, but ended up staying for 4. We switched rooms for the 4th night, and that room was good sized too. The people working the desk were kind, helpful, and spoke very good English. We'd stay there again.

Loved the location of this hotel. Few steps to St. Marco Square. Very close walking distances to places. Rialto Bridge was like not too far around the corner. Lots of places to shop, dine, and eat delicious gelatos. Interested parties had water taxi ride(boat) to Murano to check out the Signoretti Glass Factory, courtesy of the hotel. (Even got a private boat ride to Burano, courtesy of Signoretti.) Very friendly staff. Breakfast, good variety, was included. Quaint size rooms.

Stayed in Venice a few times. This time decided to stay closer to St Marks Square. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. We could barely use the bathroom without gagging. It was horrible. On the way home on the plane, we could still smell the odor in our clothing.

staff friendly and helpful, outstanding location, rooms very small compared to US standards satisfaction with room will depend on which room you receive all rooms appear to be different with some having better views and more space although all were priced the same

Service was horrible-the front desk clerks had no personality and no intentions to makeing our stay a pleasant one. On the other hand the hotel is in a great location and was very clean.

Location to Venice stops was excellent, staff was fine, not rude but not overly helpful. Room was fine, very old style European decor and size, however bathrooms in dire need of updating - towels thin, but large, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, bathroom fixtures fairly grungy. Linens on beds were nice. Breakfast was OK, not outstanding, for instance coffee was not made to order as we found it to be in several other hotels on our trip.

We were given the what I felt the worse room in the hotel!!

110 yards from the Piazza San Marco but must cros one small bridge- a Quiet hotel in an area with great shopping and many many restaurants. don't expect big U.S. like rooms. It's a pretty comfortable bed, a decent bathroom and not too much rooom to move around. With my wife and me and our 2 large suitcases, we wouldn't have wanted anything else in there and I wouldn't have wqanted to be there for a week. Clean room- very helpful staff with water taxi reservations etc. a good experience

Small rooms, good location near tourist sites, hard to find. Staff was accommodating when pressed. Breakfast was adequate. Had to drag/carry our bags to dock for water taxi. Expensive by USA standards, but economical by Venice standards.

Had to request a room change due to strange odor in bathroom.

Hotellets centrale beliggenhed betyder at det er vant til fuld belægning hele tiden, og har mistet al fornemmelse for at service er en del af ydelsen. Hovent uhøfligt personale, og tilsvarende beskeden service.

hotel tres bien chambre un peu petite ainsi que la douche service bagages jour du départ bien pratique service à l'etage limité a la mise à dispo d'une bouilloire et cafe soluble sinon cadre sympa et vraiment a coté de tout le nécessaire

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet med markus plassen nesten rett utenfor døren, og canal grade rett i nærheten. sjarmerende rom, hyggelig betjening og god frokost med i prisen.

Hotellet har en super belligenhed. men trænger til en ordentlig renovering. Vores værelse var meget nedslidt. Specielt badeværelset. Morgenmaden var ikke i orden. Heller ikke efter italiensk standart: Tørt brød. Saftevand istedet for juice, etc.

Ett mysigt och bra hotell med charmig inredning. Hotellet bekräftar bilen av Venedig som ett romantiskt och spännande resmål.

Fint hotell med ypperlig beliggenhet rett ved Markusplassen

L'hôtel est vraiment trés bien situé et relativement facile à trouver. Il est à peine à 16 m de la place saint marc. Le personnel es trés courtois et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est éclectique, il y en a pour tous les gouts. La clim dans la chambre peut déranger! Seul bémol le resto pas top! vaut mieux pour le prix manger en ville le menu touristique meilleur rapport qualité prix.

Dejligt hotel - meget centralt beliggende lille ud til alle de centrale shoppinggader omkring Markuspladsen. Eneste lille minus var en kedelig morgenmad....

non ritengo che il prezzo pagato per l'hotel sia in alcun modo congruo con la qualità del servizio offerto, ottima la posizione ma troppo rumore.
