Sofitel Arc de Triomphe - Paris

We went to Paris in mid March. Hotel was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to cafes, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, and Champs de Elysses for shopping. Concierge was very helpful and courteous. Only small problem with service was the long wait for an iron to be delivered to our room and the hotel being unable to provide U.S. adapters for us to use. Great service. Rooms were much smaller than expected. Not roomy but very cozy. Robes and slippers were not brand new. Could see robes have been washed many times. I'd recommend based on location. Very convenient. You'll save on cab fare.

Have stayed at a number of world class hotels, however, this is by far the one which stands out. They are everything a hotel should be. I got very ill whilst in Paris and the staff worked miracles to help me. They were extremely attentive and professional. The staff were also very friendly and did everything they could possibly do to make our stay in Paris amazing. We told them to find us a restaurant baased on our budget and tastes and the concierge found us the most amazing restaurant that was no less than perfect. They seemed to take enjoyment form making our days in Paris go as smoothly as possible. There is nothing more you can ask for than that. As for the Hotel itself. Very clean and comfortable. Good size rooms for Paris. Two minutes walk form the Champs Elysées and Arc de Triomphe. It's also quite classy and chic so is perfect to take your partner and impress them. So all in all 5 out of 5!!!

hotel was very comfortable and clean.The staff were very helpful.The breakfast was not included in the price, $38 for fruit, egg and bread !!!!

This hotel is just a little bit out of the way but the confort made up for the extra walk to the bus or subway. The bar and food prices, especially breakfast were much higher that we expected. The staff was above the call and provided us much information and guidance. We would stay again

This was a Birthday present for my Mum's 50th Birthday and we were both delighted with the Hotel. Firstly its a great location in a nice quiet street but only a 2 minute walk to Arc De Triomphe and Champs D'Elysee. It was definately the staff that make this Hotel special as they were so welcoming and obliging at the Front Desk and always willing to help. They also spoke excellent English which really helps when your French isn't up to scratch. The room was a little on the small side but we didn't spend much time in it anyway. We really enjoyed our stay and would hope to return again one day.

The hotel is in an excellent position with the Arc de Triomphe only a minute or two away on foot and with easy access to several metro lines. The room was comfortable - we opted for a luxury room (no tea/coffee - normal for France, but complimentary water provided daily) and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Room was clean and all toiletries topped up on a daily basis. Staff very friendly and all English speaking.

Hotel staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. Location is perfect easy to get to most attractions fro there.

lovely hotel , spacious room , fabulous comfortable bed.Spotless and well maintained throughout. Would recommend this hotel highly.Food and drinks in the hotel are pricy but you can always go locally for better value.

The Hotel was beautiful! The rooms large for Paris, the Bed,absolutely amazing! I never slept so good! (The tub had abit of a drainage problem, and I thought our room was suppose to have a "seperate" shower). But, the staff was amazing! The consierge's were helpful, and charming...esp. Sedrick, lol. Our luggage was delayed for a day, and they constantly kept on the airlines to make sure we got our luggage delivered as soon as possible! It would have been difficult for us to call long distance. I hope to return to Paris soon, and definately want to stay at the Sofitel again!

We stayed at the Soffitel Arc de Triumphe for 4 nights in early April. The hotel was in a great location- close to Champs d'Ellesys. The staff was friendly and accommadating. We had a junior suite since our 2 children( 13,10) were with us. The room was nice and clean. The only concern we had was that they had a sofabed that squeeked when they were on it. Other than that we had a fabulous time in Paris and at the hotel.

Rooms are small, but comfortable. great linens, clean, very french!

Situé à proximité du haut des Champs, l'hôtel est très bien situé et la rue est calme. Le personnel est très agréable et efficace et les chambres sont de taille respectable. Le mobilier et la finition des chambres laissent à désirer, toutefois sans impacter sur le confort. Les services extra sont ridiculement chers.
