Le Parc Suite Hotel - West Hollywood

We booked this hotel on the basis of its location and previous reviews thereof and were not disappointed. Hotel is situated on a quiet street only a few minutes walk from La Cienega, Santa Monica Blvd and maybe 10 minutes more to Sunset Blvd. Reception staff were courteous and polite and while they didn't have immediate confirmation of the free parking offer taken through hotels.co.uk this had been resolved by the time it came to check out. The rooms are well-appointed (especially the bathroom) and we had a large, comfortable bed. While there are kitchen facilities it would have been helpful to have access to plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There was also a decent selection of snacks and drinks available in the room but these were pricey and we would recommend buying from one of the local grocery stores instead. You can probably find cheaper in the area but I would absolutely stay in this hotel again.

An older apartment building converted into a hotel.There was a musty smell in the hallway and in the bedrooms, although the fan in the room helped with that.They also had loud fans turned on in the hallways which were quite noisy. With that said, the location is pretty convenient, its about a 5-10 min drive to all the tourist attractions and shopping.

Overall great hotel and the staff was very courteous. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos I saw prior to booking the room and I felt comfy and right at home. The only thing that was a little weird was the parking. Since its in a residential neighborhood you cant park in the neighborhood without a permit and when I pulled up the hotel they offered to park my car for me. I thought oh thats great....I guess that was considered Valet not coutesy so I had to pay a fee for it later.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel room needs lots of maintenance...

The first room we were sent to had not been cleaned too well and smelled strongly of vomit. We asked for another room and were switched. The parking charges were also a surprise at the end. The food is below expectations for the price and getting utensils is nearly impossible. We were there for a week, for medical reasons, and it was close to Cedars-Sinai. Just overall a bit disappointing for the time and money spent. Would not do it again.

Very nice quaint hotel in a great location. It was close to everything. The staff was very happy to help and quick to send anything up that was needed. the room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

As an ex West Hollywood resident, I was hoping Le Parc Suites would live up to the "character and charm" of the area..it did...and more...loved it, found the staff MORE than friendly and professional...and were also discreet as guest identity...which can be important in the Hollywood area. The rooms were more comfortable than the Ritz...I won't stay anywhere else on my visits to L.A. from now on! Charming and Fabulous....

first room had non working tv and internet. took two hours to be moved to another room. next room was supposed to be an "upgrade" but was the same room on a higher floor. power was out the following morning, no coffee, no food, no room service, no hot water, no lights, nothing. took all day to get power working again. this inconvenience ruined my entire day, the only day, mind you, that we had set aside to do fun stuff. I understand that the loss of power was not essentially the hotels fault but I was extremely disappointed in the fact that attempts to make the guests comfortable and happy during the issues was nearly non-existent. Their only attempt at compensation for the issues was upon checkout the following morning and was to refund the already overpriced fees we paid for parking($56.00 for two days!). They even wanted to charge me for a late checkout until I pitched a fit! This hotel as selected for its location and relatively high quality. I could have stayed at a local motel 6 ten minutes away, spent half as much, and had a better experience...."Live and Learn"!!

I was looking for a nice quiet low-key hotel for a business stay and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The hotel is situated on a quiet residential street and the rooms are large and spacious. The restaurant is pleasant and the fitness room is adequate. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice quiet, upscale place to stay. Centrally located. Overnight parking was a bit pricey, but that's my only complaint.

The staff was great. New remodeled room with plasma TV. Nice place to stay in Los Angeles near Melrose & Sunset areas.

The staff is fantastic. Each room a suite but in need of updating. Spa area is under construction. Minimal upgrading done. Furniture and carpets are overdue.

This hotel is in a great location, near to shopping and fun things to do in North Hollywood but located on a quiet residential street with parking. The suites are large, comfortable and well stocked including a small kitchenette. There is a great restaurant on the third floor and a beautiful pool area on the roof - a great spot to have cocktails.

The room was excellent but the food was NOT. The first food item we asked for we got there, they were out of. Ordered chicken and it was bloody when I cut into it!! They were out of bagels in the morning! Our stay was on a Sunday night but still! The food service people were good but not the food.

A very european feel, convenientially located in West LA. Good service with roomy comfortable suites. Nice amenities such as flat panel TV, kitchenettes, and room service. Enjoyed our stay there.
