The Venetioan is just amazing. The suites are even more spacious. We took the Prima suite and i recomend that one as just perfect.

This was not my first stay at The Venetian and based on previous experiences, I was really disappointed. Service was slow and unfriendly. Our room was poorly cleaned. I think we certainly could have stayed somewhere much less expensive for the poor quality of service we recieved. The Venetian has always been mu favorite but not anymore. Just not worth the high price tag anymore.

I booked through hotels.com. No problem with booking. Everything went smoothly. The Venetian suppose to be 5-star hotel. I've stayed there several times in the past because of its location, shows, facility, and its service. But in my most recent stay, front desk staff were as good as ever. Unfortunately, housekeeping service has been greatly disappointing considering what I paid. There was a sofa bed for my son but no pillow, or blanket (not in the closet where they are usually stored). We ended up with sheets as blanket and turned off the AC so it wouldn't be too cold. I left the maid an advance $10 tip in the room for her service and requested for a blanket. When I came back, I got the blanket but the sofa bed wasn't put back, so I assume the floor wasn't vacumned either. The bed was made, trash can emptied, and towels were folded though. There was no re-fill of fresh toiletry items (shampoo, hair conditioner, etc.) except left over of what we used the day before. There was no showercap. Needless to say, no more tip for the maid the next day. They even charge for using in-room safe box now. The house keeping service is equivalent to what one would get from a motel, but not 5-star hotel. As a returning guest, I am greatly disappointed this time and not sure whether it's the maid that is lazy or the hotel is cutting back on the staff and supplies due to the economy. If it were the hotel, you are loosing the older crowd who has money while attracting younger crowd (in their 20s) who tend to get a group together to stay and trash the property for fun (someone did a prank on my floor and turned many hallway sconces upside down). There was no statement under the door on the last day. I was put on hold trying to call to do over the phone check-out. So I gave up and went down to the lobby, standing in line to checkout. Not sure if I would stay at the Venetian again after the last stay.

Booked the largest suite. Great view of the strip, but everything in the room was a little out of date. Staff was rude when checking in. After complaining about the time they took to get us our room, they did end up upgrading us, but still rude. Very comfortable bed. Overall, happy with the stay.

Everything was perfect, lovely suite with marbled bathroom. Great view and confortable seating area. Only minor disappointment was that we had to walk through the casino with our luggage to get to the elevator to our room.

The weekends can be pretty hectic and the hotel doesn't seem to beef up on personnel for increased traffic. I had to wait for an hour to get room service. Other than that the hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great location.

The Venetian is a massive hotel, and while we had an overall positive experience, we would have like it even better if there had been a way to get to & from our guest suite without having to go through the casino and shopping area every time.

We were very unpleased and angry with the service in the venitian. The personal is very unfriendly, the rooms were not cleaned up one day, i called the front desk twice, and they told me twice to come immediatly, but nobody came. We could not get a shower because we had no fresh towels anymore.I called a third time and complained were loud and angry, so we got towels after 9 p.m. (no shower anymore this day, because we wanted to go out).But this day in our holiday was very sad for us, because of the complaining. We asked for stamps in the hotel and were sent to 5 different places, but nobody could told us where to get stamps. Finally we found the hidden business center in the last corner of the hotel. The included breakfast was a very bad joke. There were too many people so we had no seating place. We had to carry the coffee (aweful coffee) to our room. DO NOT TAKE A ROOM WIHT INCLUDED BREAKFAST. We will never come back to the Venetian, we have never seen such a bad service in a 5 Star Hotel. The venetian is a hotel for old people, young people should search for a other one.

The Venetian had great decor inside with amazing paintings and murals all over the ceilings and walls. The hotel even smells good - they have some sort of good smelling aroma that is pumped into the air. All the staff were dressed up like Italian people, from the hotel security dressed like the Italian police to the people giving the gondola rides dressed up in striped shirts and hats. The room was also extremely nice!

We loved the Venetian/Palazzo and were very impressed with the level of service we received. The rooms are very large and comfortable and the resort is huge and varied in activities and places to eat and shop. One need never leave the resort at all. We would highly recommend this hotel and are now spoiled for all others. Can't wait to go back!!!

when i booked the room (for our 6th annv)i was told i would have priorty check in.becuz we had a suite..when i got there i had to wait in line for an hour for check in cuz they no longer had the suite priorty check in (i am 9 mon pregnant ) i had told the concierge and he said i would have to wait like everyone else. i was not offered a wheel chair but older ppl waiting were. the staff seemed friendly but no one went out of there way to help me out. also the continental breakfast was a joke. it was just Oj, coffee and donuts and being pg and diabetic i could not have either we ended up paying for breakfast outside the hotel. nice hotel though i would stay again but not in a suite it was way to overrated and id surely make breakfast plans somewhere else. they shouldve had a sugar free item available. also the suites were located by the pool and it was semi noisy and ppl walking by our patio looking in.

Likes: beautiful lobby, as close as you can get to other shopping areas and hotels, decent valet, large room with comfortable beds. Pool looked nice. Dislikes: few amenities (no ice bucket or in-room coffee?), no refrigerator for items brought in, took 2 calls to get extra towels, burned out light bulb in the ceiling. This is the Venetian? If I have to pay fees for "extra persons", why so hard to get service items for them? Perhaps people who have a lot of experience arranging travel in Las Vegas know how to avoid these annoyances. But occasional visitors who book through online travel services just have to take their chances.

We stayed during the "off peak" days- Sunday through Tuesday. We wanted a NICE hotel, and it was nice. The check in line was unbelievably long, given we checked in on a Sunday: nearly 30 minutes long. But the room exceeded my expectations: except for the comfort of the bed. Lovely room, view of the mountains, 2 flat screens, and a huge bathroom. Remember to join the Player's Club and you'll get a $50 credit to play slots which was nice, you'll also get some coupons for restaurants (we didn't use them). There is a pretty good restaurant in the hotel, with a food court and a coffee kiosk- very convienent.

The Venetian was wonderful, very upscale, very comfortable. Details that were advertised but not there: robes and slippers, 3 TV's (there were two and one didn't workk). The whole property is very well maintained, and the staff friendly and helpful.

When we arrived @ about 5pm ,check in is at 3pm,our room was not ready, we had requested the Venesia Bella View Suite, nonsmoking, they told us we could wait or we could check into a smoking room, my Husband wanted to rest in the room & my Daughter & I wanted to swim, so we took the smoking room until our other room was ready. We were over whelmed with smoke as we stepped off the elevator, the room was not much better. As we looked around the room we were not impressed, the furniture is pale so stains show easily, the couch custions were disfigured, they had a sheet as a bedspread, the carpet was frayed, the towels were torn, the blankets were dirty, no slippers, no bathrobes. after we had looked around the room read through the info, I hoped that they would have our room ready, I went down to the front desk @ 6:30 still no room & they didn't seem to concerned about getting it ready. So my Daughter & I went swimming, the pool area has no cabana person or just someone to cleanup after everyone, there were beer bottles, drink glasses, straws, limes & diry towels all over. I picked straws & limes out of the pool. it was filthy. Still no call from front desk by 8pm so I went down stairs again, gave them a list of my complaints & the fact that I was now getting sick from the smoke, My throat was raw, & had we not taken the room we would still be sitting in ther lobby for 4 hrs! they finally got our room ready & we were in by 9pm. We had to leave early the next morning so they had ruined our stay & didn't seem to concerned. We'll never stay here again, if you are looking for something a little special, don't look here! I've stayed @ better Quality Inns! I know Ceasar's down the road is 10 times better, thought I would give the Venetian a try since they are suppose to be a 5 star hotel, NOT!!! My mistake, one I wont make again.

Hello Potential Venetian Guests! I've been to Vegas over a hundred times and this is my favorite hotel. This hotel is an all suite hotel so you feel like you're in your own studio. It doesn't feel crowded because there is so much space. The bathroom is huge. The restaurants are delicious, although on the pricey side. If you plan to go to Vegas, you gotta do it in style. Stay here!

The Venetian is a wonderful hotel. It was suprising that there were quite of number of guests staying at this hotel given the cost per night. the check in lines were long and had taken about 30mins to check in. Though we only stayed for one night, we took advantage of the pool, restaurants, room service and casino experience. There were several pools, but they seemed small with all the people lounging around...that time of the season when everyone else is enjoying there vacation too. So plan to go early to the pool to secure a chair or have the staff help you with finding one for you. Overall, resonable price for the time of season and the ameneties and service provided. we would note, the in room food service is quite expensive, so unless you are willing to splurge, then we would suggest eating elsewhere. The suites have a lowered living area, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, 3 TV's (1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, 1 bathroom) all adding to a wonderful room experience.

We normally do NOT stay at hotels in the Venetian's class due to the cost, but I got the room as my free room for booking ten noghts through Hotels.com. The hotel was everything it was cracked up to be and MORE! I two-room suite on the top floor of the hotel with an OUTSTANDING view of Law Vegas. My wife particularly loved the large, jacuzzi-equipped bath tub, while I was happy with the THREE flat screen TVs (one in each room plus one over the bar). If you have a free room coming, do NOT hesitate to ask for the best!

Loved the Rialto Suite at the Venetian. Spacious, with huge bathroom, comfortable beds and large sofa and living space. Hotel was centrally located with indoor walkway to the Palazzo, lots of shopping and restaurant selections. Best restaurant of the trip - Tao for superb Asian cuisine.

The two days we spent at the Venetian were just a quick trip at the end of a two week vacation. But after the first day the entire family was wishing we had started there and stayed longer! The room was amazing, the kids loved the pool and exploring the Grand Canal. The service was amazing and we will definitely be back.
