Hotel liegt sehr nahe zum Quincy Market, dem Freedom Trail, dem Habor Trail und dem Aquarium. Zustand des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, unser Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Mit Glück kann man ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen bekommen.

I spent a weekend in Boston and this hotel exceeded my expectations for the money. The location can't be beat! Blocks from everything Boston has to offer. Nightlife, Daylife, Metro, and historic sights.

Great room, comfy bed, totally agree with others' disappointment with the bathroom - lukewarm shower, no pressure, mold on tile. Otherwise great night in downtown boston.

great location, close to everything. clean and nicely remodeled

We were upgraded to a suite. How sweet. All would have been great if toilet had not overflowed at 2 in the morn.

i had a bachelorette party in one of the suites for my best friend and the entire staff and crew were so helpful and accommodating- we all loved our stay and will surely go back again! the room was huge and beautiful and the beds were more comfortable than our own! truly enjoyed the hotel and the location was prime for bars and dining!

I very much enjoyed staying at the Hilton Boston Financial District. It was in a great location and very clean! The staff were very helpful and curteous. The room was so spacious and VERY clean! Highly recommended

Excellant central location for any tourist whose time in the city is limited. Communal facilities somewhat limited, but staff helpful and accommodation comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was enormously large--probably because that's where they stick some people without warning them that at 9 a.m. the drilling and hammering and sawing starts on the exterior renovation. The first clue should have been the scaffolding around all the windows. NO WARNING WHATSOEVER!!!! And the WiFi service was less than perfect even though they sent someone up who stood there helplessly and then gave me a card to speak to the company who does the WiFi. I had important work to do and could not. But the room, the hotel and the neighborhood were exceptional except for those two problems and I would stay there again.

The staff was very accomidating. My fiance's debit card was eaten by an atm in the area and they helped us quite a bit. The location was nice, lots of stuff to do in the immediate area. Very short walk to quincy market/goverment center. (Maybe 5 minutes) The weekend was a disaster really with losing our spending money for the trip right after we got there, but none of it was because of the hotel. They were great and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The Hotel is very pretty.and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room however could have been cleaner, there were black finger prints all over the bathroom door and what appeared to be blood on the desk phone.The AC could not cool the room,( it did not shut off for the entire stay ) it was set at 60 the entire stay. The hallways were also very warm. The TV was dated and under sized for the room. (32 inch)very difficult to view from the bed. Again, this is a beautiful hotel though the new renovations were lacking.

Good location, not cheap though.. excellent service. Lobby isn't large but includes nice library from which to work or take a meeting. WiFi Internet connection sporadic and problematic. Recommended overall though if you need to be in BOS fin district

Spotless accomodations, friendly service, great view and location for a really fair price.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were excellent. Our TV and phone was not working when we first arrived to the room. When I asked to send someone to fix them there was a timely and quick response from maintanence who arrived within minutes. Great location. Was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Lots of dining choices in the immediate area.

Right in the heart of the financial district, walking distance to Fanuiel Hall and lots of nightlife. Room was bigger then expected and clean. Staff was great except for Valet. They took forever to get my car back to me because they were not paying attention. Great value for the price, will definitely stay there again.

My friend and i stayed at this Hotel for a couple of nights City break either side of a week in neighbouring Newport. The Hotel location was perfect for local sightseeing on the first night incl access to the lively Harbour/evening cruise and Feneuil Hall/Market areas and then again for the Freedom Trail and on towards Boston Common, the Prudential centre, the Union Street Oyster House etc. The district was quiet at night which was perfect for a peaceful sleep. A nice wine bar called Hooley's, cafés and a corner shop were all within a stones throw but generally a quiet street. Taxis were easy to obtain outside the Hotel. The maid, desk and concierge service was excellent. The rooms are quality, clean, simple luxury. The only disappoinment was the absence of an indoor Pool to use on a hot day. It is only 5mins from the airport ($20-25 incl toll) and also South Station ($5) by cab but basically set off on foot for easy immediate City strolling.

The issues I had with the hotel were temporary so I couldn't bring myself to give it a lower score. So here is my experience: Positive - 1. They let us check in at 8:30am as our flight got in a 6:30 am - We took an overnight flight so we were exhausted and very pleased 2. The location is perfect if you want to walk to everything - I had my 15 year old son and we went to the Aquarium, Paul Revere house, Old North Church, Tea Party Ship, trails, etc 3. The room was a good size and very comfortable 4. I read there was not a fitness room - well they have added a small one in the basement with 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and a recumbent bike, some free weights- They were all nice and new and they even provided headphones if you forgot yours, water, and towels. It got the job done.... Negative - 1. We were able to check in early with the understanding that they were doing some work on the front of the hotel - well the work sounded like jackhammers coming through our room - it didn't start until 9am and did end at 4pm - again only a temp situation 2. The shower had black mold in the grout - I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume nobody had stayed in the room due to the work being done. I didn't want to change rooms so I washed it off- otherwise very clean

Spent one night at this hotel and was very satisfied. the room is a bit small, but clean, comfortable and the bed is great. Enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended.

Although pricey, this hotel was significantly less expensive than surrounding hotels. The room was nice, quiet, and well appointed. However, there is a surcharge for internet and just about anything else considered frills (refrigerator: $30). Overall, nice hotel, nice staff, good location; I would stay here again.

The location is great, service is excellent except when it comes to parking. They only have valet parking at $38.00 a day. Then you have to wait 20-30 minutes to get your car. Also internet is very pricey. I really liked the rooms. Very big a roomy. What looks like a bargain price when you add in the parking, internet and other "al a carte" costs drives the room rate up considerably.

The air conditioning at this fine hotel was not functioning in our room on the 14th floor. We notified the hotel staff and the manager, which we were told we are working on it and it would be resolved by "night" BY THE ENGINEER. Afer dinner reservations @ 8 pm we returned back to the room to find a FAN. This did not resolve the situation.... We were told that they would "take care of the Parking" with the addadge it would be resolved by night. Upon am arrival nothing was resolved.... have stayed there on numerous occasion with all positive remarks untill now.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to the waterfront. It was an easy walk to the aquarium and Quincy Market. I was very impressed with the size of the room; we lucked out with a room at the end of the hall, lots of windows! The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants. The only downfall for this location, is no place for breakfast on weekend mornings due to it being in the business district. The hotel does have a restaurant, but a bit expensive. Would definitely stay here again!

The only negative was the size of the beds: the beds were only big enough for one person and we had two kids with us! Recommend a fold-out bed if you are staying here with kids.

Many technical difficulties - elevators, phones, TV (old school), A/C were not functioning or partially worked. Short Staffed and overbooked so sub standard service and rooms were assigned knowing AC and phones were mal functioning

Loved the location in proximity to the Freedom Trail. Was able to walk to all historical attractions from this location.

Hotel was great. I would have liked a refridgerator in the room for the price, but otherwise it was great. Awesome location, very close to the subway and historic sites. One downside was that there was a broken bottle on the ground in front of the ice machine on our floor for 24 hours.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my young girls and we had the most wonderful weekend away because of the perfect location and exceptional service this hotel provided. The fact that it was affordable and it was a beautiful hotel with oustanding service is almost impossible to come by today!! Room service was timely and conscientious, maid service was so thoughtfull leaving extra toiletries and chocolates for my girls and even made the bed beautiful with my daughter's stuffed animals. Valet was timely and very courteous and the breakfast buffet staff in the resturaunt were so wonderful. I will come back again in a heartbeat and recommend this hotel to everyone!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

great hotel and a great price....

I attended a conference in the hotel. Both conference and regular hotel services were impeccable. Everyone from the front desk to chambermaids was friendly and accommodating. Great location just off Atlantic near Long wharf, Quincy market Etc. My only complaint is the $15/day for WiFi that business hotels charge but lower cost hotels through in free. Also even if you pay for room wifi lobby and conference room internet is extra.

Generally the hotel was Good. The location is terrific. Central location, easy walking or to transit station.

This hotel is in a fantastic location surrounded by popular attractions and many restaurants/pubs. However, the hotel staff leaves much to be desired. We wanted to order room service one night but we didn't have a menu. We called down for a menu and were told that one would be sent up. 20 minutes later we still had nothing so my husband went downstairs and was given a photocopy of the menu. The menu we requested showed up in our room two days later. One night it was pouring out and the woman at the front desk told us that "all rooms have an umbrella in the closet". We went upstairs to look for the umbrella but found none in the closet. We came back downstairs and the same woman than told ue - "Oh, then we're out. You can buy one from our store for $10" So much for all rooms having an umbrella! On top of this there were a number of frustrated people at the desk at various times when we walked by. As long as you don't need anything from the hotel, this place is great. Just don't expect good service.

Great hotel and got a great nightly rate at hotels.com. Service and location at this Hilton were excellent.

I really appreciated staying in a hotel (for a girls weekend) that was close to Fanueil Hall and downtown crossing and all the bars and restaurants. We drove in and walked everywhere. It was great.
