"Be Prepared Before You Stay Here"

This hotel's location, price and convenience of a kitchenette are great! However, be prepared to come to a poorly cleaned room. And do not expect housekeeping to come clean your room during your stay unless you're staying for at least a week or more. That was what we were told when we inquired about our room not being cleaned. The blanket and bedspread were also dirty with hairs and something red and sticky. We ended up stripping the bed and used our own bedding, which we had to purchase. We stayed for 6 days, not one passing of a vacuum, fresh towels, toilet paper or soap! We had to go out to purchase cleaning supplies before we could even use the kitchenette! Talk about gross! So, IF you decide to stay here, bring your cleaning supplies, a vacuum and clean bedding. Needless to say, we'll never stay at this hotel again.

It was a good value for the money. Great to have the ability to cook and pots and pans are provided. Had a nice pasta dinner with wine for much cheaper than at the restaurant. The room couldve been cleaner but they only clean it after each guest leaves and not everyday. Anyway it was good for the money.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions. The room was very clean and more than I needed. The neighborhood was quiet but pleenty of shopping, good restaurants, and convenience stores but no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was skimpy, bagels, fruit and coffee only. Would definitely stay again.

Wish the shuttle to the airport was 24 hour. There was also hair on the bathroom floor, other than that, not too bad!

Staff not very helpful at all. As I checked in the guy behind the counter on the cellphone talking with his friend. Using foul language........not good infront of customer. Room needed some serious vaccuming....... no shampoos or conditioners..... the blanket for the hide a bed had burn holes in it. COME ON NOW.......you all can not replace blankets. As we were checking out, 2 employees were sitting there talking as I am TRYING to get all of my luggage out the 2 sets of double doors.......I mean how rude is that! I will never reccommend this hotel to anyone.

We were charged $25 per day (plus tax for 3 days) for bringing our little dogs to stay with us (almost $84 in all). The fine prints of the hotel policy were not included beforehand until we got to the front desk of the hotel. It surely put us in a rather awkward position trying to figure out what to do then until we gave in. The hotel room was supposedly to be a non-smoking room but there were also a smoke smell in the room.

The room was filthy when I checked in. I made a request to have the floors vacuumed and it took 1/2 hour to get in the room. The weekend staff person was new - she didn't know anything - if there was ice, directions, etc. She barely spoke English. I asked for a late checkout, and she didn't understand. She had to call her manager. Then when she called back, she said I couldn't get an extension. I talked to her manager and he said that he told her 1 hour was fine. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've had in 20 years of traveling. I stayed at competitor the night before and spent almost 1/2 the price and got 5 times the value. If this was the Deluxe version of ExtendaStay, I'd hate to see the regular version.

The Extended Stay Deluxe is a moderately priced hotel for the amenities: kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator and a few dishes, pots and pans. Desk, sofa and chair in the sitting room. Not fancy but adequate.

The bed was not comfortable The silverware put away in the silverware drawer was dirty. Very Dirty. No shampoo in the room The worst part was I requested the front dest to call me a cab at 7:00am to pick me up at 8:00am - the desk clerk tried calling several cab companies - a cab did not arrive until 9:15!!! I was late for my meeting

If you do not have a car, you can either, call for take outs, call a taxi or walk 10 minutes to get something to eat.

We chose the Extended Stay Deluxe due to it's close proximity to Allstate Arena in Rosemont. Little did we know close by there would also be a plethora of dining and shopping. Within medium walking distance/very quick car ride you have: Target, IHOP, Cold Stone Creamery, Panda Express among many other selections. It's all fairly new. Even better, Giordono's is only a couple miles down Higgins road. The room had way more to offer than we realized for a reasonable price (full-size fridge, electric oven range, hide-a-bed). And it's located close to I-90 too. The staff courteously gave us extra linens and pillows. Very nice experience.

Beds were not very comfortable. I had to check out before 7AM and there was no one there to give me my receipt. This was very dissappointing as the room was clean.
