Hotel ist zu Fuß vom Terminal E zu erreichen. Trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen, absolute Ruhe im Hotel.

Hotel kann überdacht vom Terminal bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Alternativ verkehren auch kostenlose Shuttlebusse vom Hotel zu den Terminals. In die Stadt kommt man auch einfach mit Bus und U-Bahn.

zentral gelegens Hotel, zum Flughafen ist es nicht weit und auch die Subway ist schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen

Rooms were very plush and extremely quiet. Fantastic accessability to Boston Logan Airport. The best part though was the Lobster Mac and Cheese in the restaurant. How can I get that recipe? Best Mac and Cheese EVER!!!!!

Overall very satisfied with our stay. After checking in, I anticipated a bell-hop to deliver my suitcase to the room (I was already overloaded with backpacks and my other large suitcase), but it didn't happen. I ended up going down to the lobby to retrieve it myself. Otherwise, the bed was overwhelming comfortable, the room clean, and the staff friendly enough.

The hotel is what you expect from a large chain located by the airport and we had a good experience there: clean, spacious and modern rooms, efficient staff, good fitness facilities, convenient business center, etc. Nothing to get overly excited about, but also absolutely nothing to complain. Commuting in and out of town via shuttle and train was very efficient. Would certainly stay again.

Room service is very expensive so try to eat before checking in but the rooms are comfy and relaxed -

When the Hilton Hotel shuttle drivers dropped off passengers at the hotel, we waited for them to get off first. Then the driver took off and left us. To make sure you get on, stand in front of van. Wave your arms when as the last passenger disembarks. Had to wait 15 minutes for the next one. Be aggressive.

The hotel was fine for our needs - we arrived at 10 at night and left at 4:30 am for a flight. The hotel itself is fine but the parking is a total and utter rip off. I felt conned. They charged $32 to park the car - that's almost as much as I paid to park my car at the airport where I live for 5 days. They have you though since there is no other option. Just be sure and add that amount in to the price of your hotel room.

The hotel is beautiful and definitely a luxurious stay for an airport hotel. It is a bit pricey if you are just looking for somewhere to stay before an early flight but if you have more time, the hotel offers a very reliable shuttle service to and from the subway so you can access Boston, Cambridge, etc. very easily and affordably.

Very convient when flying. Surprised that the room was totally soundproof, even facing runways. Shuttle to the subway made it easy to spend an evening in Boston.

Nice stay if you have an early morning flight. Otherwise a pain to get to.

Had a great stay! Close to the airport and easy to get there! A little disappointed to see glasses from room service still in the hallways at 7pm...

this hotel worked great for us - we flew into Logan late and having the hotel right there made it very convenient. Hotel staff was excellent, bellhops were polite, not pushy, front desk was friendly. Our room was spectacular - we figured we would have problems with jet noise -- never heard anything from the airport. If there has to be a negative, I would think they could pick up their room service trays quicker -- trays in the hallway when we arrived were still there in the AM when we left. But overall -- great hotel, great location for our puposes, really nice staff.

We loved this hotel for the convenience when travelling. There is a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The room was very neat and clean and had all the expected amenities, We loved the pool and hot tub which made for a very relaxing night before a long trip. We asked for a wake up call which we received right on time. The only drawback was the lack of choise in restaurants. While the food was good, we found it expensive and would have appreciated a less expensive alternative.

The first room we got had a very strong cigarette smell and when we called the front desk they, very willingly, put us in a different room. JoJo the concierge gentleman was very nice. The hotel is great and very accommodating. The business center was open and available 24 hours. We will definitely be staying there again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the because we were leaving from Logan early the next morning. The room was so clean and spacious with the dreary bedding and color schemes of most hotels! Everything looked clean and new, and the concierce gave us a menu for great takeout delivery. I look forward to staying there again - a bit pricey, but worth it!

The access to the airport was outstanding! It was also very simple to take the hotel shuttle and jump on the subway to get anywhere in Boston.

Tooexpensive for breakfast and dinner.

The room was average - nothing special. Does not deserve 4 star rating and I feel was quite overpriced.

If it hadn't been for Hotels.com and the rate that I paid, I would have been very upset to have paid the hotel's listed rates. Front desk at check in - 2 people and a line of 12-15 people to check in - poor waiting and very little communication. Temperature was actually nice for me, but it truly was very cold - even in the meeting rooms. When I returned to my room, toilet was dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. Soda machines installed on floors recently only take $2.50 in change - no change machines and people in the gift shop were grumbling about this. Service in restaurant based on looks - good looking people clearly were waited on over average folk.

Outstanding hotel. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Real sound proof windows. Great bed. Easy access to subway.

Nice room, great staff, good bar/food

We were traveling with many bags and the bell service was excellent. It made keeping track of my four year old a lot easier and of course, the location was extremely convenient.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton but a little disappointed that they did not have free internet access in the hotel rooms. Long waits for business center computer.
