Zentral gelegen gegenüber Fremont Street. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Downtown Las Vegas.

guter Zustand,zentral gelegen,mehrere Gaststätten im Haus zu denen man noch Bonuskarten erhält,die einmalige Freemontstraße direkt vor der Haustür.

Billiger Preis, unrenovierte Zimmer, deshalb nicht gerade schön.

Ich war bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und es ist unschlagbar günstig. Die Hotellobby wurde renoviert und befindet sich jetzt im Eingangsbereich (früher im 2. Stock). Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. WLan gibt es jetzt auch in den Zimmern (kostenpflichtig). Außerdem 2 Internetterminals in der Lobby. Das Pooldeck wurde ebenfalls etwas aufgepeppt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus befinden sich auch einige bekannte Fastfood-Ketten. Das Frühstücksbüffet (kostet extra) ist günstig und hat reichlich Auswahl. Das Plaza liegt direkt an der Fremont Street, welche man sich unbedingt (abends und nachts) ansehen sollte. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und viele Souvenirshops, sogar 1 Kino und mehrere Restaurants. Busse gehen alle 10 min. zum Strip und regelmäßig auch zur nahen Shopping Mall. Mein Fazit: es ist typisch amerikanischer Standard - würde aber auf jeden Fall wieder dort 1 Zimmer buchen, wenn ich nach Las Vegas fliege.

Eine preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wenn über das Internet gebucht wird. Direktbuchung an der Hotelrezeption orientieren sich an der Auslastung und stehen häufig in keinem Verhältnis zum gebotenen Service. Hatte leider Kein Nichtraucherzimmer bekommen obwohl bestellt war.

Sicher eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bei guter Lage. Das Hotel befindet sich aber insgesamt in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand.

Für Übernachtungen ist dieses Hotel gut geeignet, da man für einen geringen Preis ein recht großes Zimmer mit großen Betten bekommt. This hotel is a good one, if you're looking for a place to stay over night. you get a big room and big beds for a small price.

Außen hui, innen unterer Durchschnitt. Ziemlich verwohnter Eindruck. Ich würde nur 2 Sterne geben.

Man muss wissen, dass Downtown LV weit abliegt von den Hotels, die man besichtigen will. Das Haus ist eines der älteren Hotels, dem man das Alter auch ansieht. In seiner Ausstattung entspricht es dem, was man überall in Amerika vorfindet. Kein besonderer Komfort, man darf nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellen, dann ist es ganz o.k.

This was our first time staying at the plaza. We were skeptical at first, because the reviews were not good. When we arrived the check in was quick, staff was very friendly, and our room was nice and spacious. I did not find anythjing wrong with the hotel/casino. We had to call housekeeping one time for towels and they were there in 5 minutes. The beds were comffortable and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves and do not agree with the bad reviews. We will definitely stay again, you cant beat the price and location!

The room was clean, convenient to fremont street experience. I would definitely stay there again. Pool was cold, but not bad.

The hotel was at the end of the strip, which was fine for me. However, it wasn't the hotel that was the problem, it was the transportation. If one ventured out in the evening to check out the rest of the strip, getting back was impossible because the busses on the return trip were so infrequent that you had to wait for an hour or more and when it did come there were so many people on it sometimes you couldn't get on and had to wait yet another hour before you saw the next bus. Or you could walk, and walk, and walk. For people with any physical ailments this is not practical. If you are not used to the heat it was very unpleasant. So the day and evening passes were not worth it. Grab a cab, it might be more expensive but practical if you are aware of the pitfalls. The hotel was comfortable albeit it's apparent age. The check in service was very pleasant and quick.

The Plaza was great for the price I paid. It was super cheap for a friday night on labor day weekend, we even had 2 queen beds. The hotel was clean and the food was priced really well. There were even coupons once we checked in. The only thing that wasnt that great about the hotel was that it was in the old part of Vegas. When we wanted to go to the strip we had to drive, and driving in Vegas is such a drag. A taxi would have been a way better way to go. Other then the location it was a great hotel to spend the night in.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was quite adiquate and the location was ideal as I prefer gambling downtown rather than the strip. It allows you to take part in the Fremont Street Experience either from the fringes or smack in the middle of the caos, whichever you prefer.

Great deal and would stay here again. Good staff and lots to do. Really liked this area compared to the strip which was full of seedy charactors. A good fun holiday!

The whole room was very dirty and smelly. They need to modernize the whole hotel, I felt like we were living in the 50's.

Upon arrival,We were told are room we had booked was not available because it's first come first serve basis.The first room given to us was Filthy,bedspeads were all stained walls falling apart and dirty bath water still in the bathtub.We asked for a different room and were given a room that had not even been cleaned which frontdesk personnel kept trying to say it was clean.We were then given a 3rd room which was decent,In the meantime we were carring our luggage back and forth from tower to tower. Frontdesk Personnel was rude about the whole situation.

Right across from the Freemont Experience, you can party, listen to live bands and go to about 10 casinos all in a short distance of each other.

First of all when we arrived (8:00pm) the rooms still was not clean. There were about 12 people waiting for rooms. I reserved a non-smoking 2 bedroom suite in which I was told had just been100% remodeled within the last 6 months. They said one of the bedrooms was clean. The bellman took us to that supposed “clean room” so we could put our things down and begin to enjoy the trip. When we reached the floor and stepped out of the elevator there was a stench of mold and cigarettes. As we walked down the hall to the room the smell only got worse, we opened the door and to my surprise the room was not remodeled and smelled so bad of smoke I could taste the air and my eyes started to burn. I looked around and the supposed remodeled room looked and smelled as if it had the same décor since the 60’s, the carpet was filthy the bed the table , chairs and bed were just as disgusting I immediately voiced my concern to the bellman and he called the front desk. I ended up talking to the Manager and let her know of my disappointed and the fact I was told that all suites were newly remodeled and insisted on other room that was remodeled. She said she would place us in another but it was not cleaned (surprise, surprise) but we would have to wait 45 minutes. We waited over an hour and a half and checked back at the front desk and the room was still not ready. After another 30 minutes 1 room was clean we went to the room and although the smell was not as bad it also smelled of smoke but appeared that it had newer furniture the carpet was stained and filthy the bathrooms old and we still had to smell smoke, I again called the front desk and complained of the smell of smoke, the manager said they are non-smoking rooms but people smoke anyway. 2 hours later the living room and the second bedroom were cleaned. I called down to the desk because as soon as my daughter (a size 8) sat on the bed it broke, we also found dead bugs and cigarettes in the AC unit. The manager apologized for all the

THE PLAZA IS A NICE HOTEL DESPITE SOME OF THE REVIEWS.MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE.THIS HOTEL IS A OLDER HOTEL,BUT ONLY NEEDS A SMALL AMOUNT OF UPDATES.

If you like the freemont experience and like staying off the packed strip, then this is the place to be.

The location is great and the rooms were clean. However, only 1 elevator was working so it took forever to get to the room and back to the casino. Also, the tubs do not drain properly. Don't bother upgrading to the petite suite because you don't gain anything but a couch in the room.

The room we got was very, very dirty. The carpet was absolutely full of stains and there was even a little trash left on the floor. We requested a new room, which was better, but still not great.

I had booked a reservation with a Fremont Experience View when i checked in ..well there were no rooms left.....so i got stuck with a room looking over the parking garage instead of the fremon experience....i paid for the fremont experience and got a crappy room....and the personnel working were rude and very unaccommidating....upon checking out i was asked "are you checking out?" yes i am....the response was "you are all ckecked out..BYE" i thought that was pretty rude.....so now i have the pleasure of letting everybody know....DONT STAY IN THIS HOLE OD A HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pool was a lot of fun. The night life with the light show was also fun. I had fun.

For the price and the location of the hotel it was a wonderful stay. The only problem is that you have to pay for parking ($5.00) and then take the receipt to the cashier to receive the money back for the parking. So the parking ends up free but it is a bit of an inconvenience, but only a minor one.

It is too old to operate.

My family and I stayed in the two room suite. They were nice and clean. They need new sofas in the Living Room area but it was great. I was suppose to move to different rooms after the second day because I added more days to our stay at the last minute but the front desk personnel worked it out where my family and I did not have to move to different rooms. It was great.

I have been to the Plaza before but this time was much worse. We paid for a fremont street view, but there was none available. then, we where told to go to a strip view room, which was full of garbage and getting the carpets cleaned. Finally, we (an hour later) we got a room, with peeling wallpaper, patches on the quilts and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere you dont feel like you need to shower from when you leave.

The front desk staff were not helpful, the rooms were very outdated, and carpets were stained. The casino was outstanding and very big. The hotel is right in the center of downtown Las Vegas, very convenient location.

Ok but we did not get the "Strip View" we paid for - instead we were looking at the pool - no biggie since we didn't spend much time in the room anyways. For the money, it was very worth it - but the room carpets were SUPER NASTY - they really need to break out the carpet cleaners once in a while.

over all the was good, we got what we paid for. the a/c did not work, but they fixed it right a way. the ice machine on our floor did not work, so i had to go to several different floors for ice. we really like the loc. you can walk every where, so you don't have to drive.

For the price we paid, it was not bad at all... The only issue was they forgot to refill the toilet paper :-( The music was loud, but hey - you are in Vegas!! Other than that, it was good!

we had gotten two rooms which were connected, but our room smelled like a dirty restroom and the beds were not comfortable. the second room was nicer and beds were newer, basically the better half. when I had booked a room for one queen/king bed. when we checked in, the guy at the check-in desk told us they didn't have any more rooms left. i would reccomend tis place for the price and location, but be ready for possible let down.

Older hotel, parking is way in the back so you have a little walk, rooms are in a maze but nice.
