Hotelzimmer war nicht wie gebucht, trotzdem recht komfortabel und recht sauber. Hotelpersonal wirkt arrogant und überheblich. Störend empfand ich, dass überall geraucht werden darf. Aufpassen muss man, dass man nicht abgezockt wird. Getränkepreise stehen nämlich nie auf der Karte. Habe mir dann vom Barkeeper ein Bier empfehlen lassen ("Hefeweizen"), das dann 11 Dollar kostete. Außerdem werden am Schluss noch hohe Ressortgebühren verlangt.

Das Hotel verfügt über schöne Zimmer, leider beginnt am gegen 10 Uhr morgens (jeden Tag!) das sehr laute Musikprogramm, sowohl auf dem Flur als auch am Pool - einfach überall - was einen nach gewisser Zeit doch ziemlich stören kann.

Stayed at the HRH, as they call it, for two nights. During our trip we also stayed at Cesars and the Hilton. Of the three, this was the best. We had a basic room but it was very comfortable and very clean. There is a shuttle service to the Strip but it is a little bit out of the way. The pool, however, is pretty amazing. The casino is also very friendly and not as intimidating as some of the others on the strip. The only downside we encountered was the minibar. We were charged for items which we did not use. Apparently the minibar is weight sensitive. We opened it once and were charged. Other than this, we were very pleased with the HRH.

Stayed there for the primary purpose of going to the Sunday REHAB - was very clear and service was good. Only marked it down because they threw out any left clothing (including flip flops) at the pool after the Sunday REHAB. Hotel is very clean and was actually not too bad that we were not on the strip - everywhere is pretty much a taxi ride away anyhow. Hotel is slightly smaller (than others, but not necessarily a bad thing) and there is a new poker room so next year looking forward to coming back and being part of the hotel's younger crowd.

Hated the fact that idiots staying at the hotel decided to knock agressively on our door 3 times throughout the night anf woke us up all 3 times where we had to call security... But appart from that the pool was clean altough shuts at 6pm which felt too early!! and if you ask for a pool view room you will definately hear the loud pool music all day ...the rooms and beds are very comfy and clean and we enjoyed are stay. Have stayed there a few times and would def stay again..

I was very upset during my stay. For one, I was told I would get two beds at the Paradise Tower, then I was told I had to go to the regular tower and only could get a double bed in smoking rooms. I have never been to a hotel where they didn't supply shampoo. I used shampoo in the restroom only to recieve a bill for 24 dollars for using one drop of shampoo for myself. They only allow two of the room tenents to go to the pool, any of your guests must pay 100 dollars. The only reason I went was for the pool and they charge an outrageous amount. I was told I would receive free entrance in the club Body English, only to be told by the security that I could only enter if I bought bottle service because my business partners were all male. I can go on all day about how I hated this place.

We (family of 4 with 17 & 15 year old lads) stayed 4 nights August 09. Excellent service from every member of staff we were in contact with. Hotel is clean & well kept; rooms were very comfortable. Very welcome ice dispenser on every floor. Lads rated pool as excellent, warm & jacuzzi near pool as hot. We breakfasted at the excellent 24/7 cafe in the hotel. WARNING: as we expected, loud rock music is played in the lobby & casino 24/7 but cannot be heard at all in the sleeping areas (bedrooms & corridors). A complimentary shuttle bus runs from 10.00am to 10.15pm daily from the Hard Rock Cafe (next door) 1 mile to MGM hotel & casino on the "strip" (& return) - expect rock music/videos in the bus too!

I didn't have maid service for two days and the television was broken. Service was horrible.

Great ambiance, the guests are fun and young

Hotel was fine, but never received the casino credit that hotels.com posted with the reservation. The one hour I spent sleeping in their bed was magnificent... fabulous beds and bedding. No, I'm not gay either.

young pretty crowd and attitude, if you like loud music all the time this is the place for you.

I was afraid it would be too loud in the rooms given all that's going on on the first floor (clubs, casino,etc.)but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel floors are all well insulated from the happenings below. They need better lighting to see what you put in the closet. They really need a designated place to park for check-in and check-out we were confused and in the end hassled by the valets The restaurant prices are exorbitant, I guess they make up for the cheaper rooms that way. So go out for breakfast!

We visited the Hard Rock for a concert on 7/23 and ended up going to sleep really late like most people do in Vegas. We were woken up to loud construction noises at 6 am. It sounded like a 500 pound hammer was hitting the building we were sleeping in. This was my one hesitation for booking because of other reviews I read on here. So be advised, construction continues to be a problem at the Hard Rock.

For some good points, the pool was very nice though it was very cold, Wasted Space bar was a real treat and had some good bands playing. The venue was nice and well taken care of. The hotel room was comfortable and clean but the tv and desk was in need of desperate repair. We were also charged a small fortune for getting out of our room 15 minutes late.

the hotel was very clean and viually stimulating but i had problems checking in. i was unaware of the $150 a day deposit required which cost me more then i even paid for the night i was staying. Then they pulled money out when they had told me i didnt get authorized and so i had two days with limited funds because of there mistake. they didnt offer and upgrade which they could have because i stayed during the week. also the atms charged soooo much to withdrawl it was ridiculous!!! so over all staying there was way over priced but the design and decor was very nice.

Great partying spot, well worth it! Room was perfect, couldnt ask for more.

They are still doing construction. It gets loud in the morning, but they were honest about it when I asked them over the phone about the loudness. The pool is amazing!!!

We went there to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. The hotel is defiantly a party place for young kids 21-30. If you want courteous service, a clean room and peace and quiet then defiantly go somewhere else. If your kid and want to party then you’re at the right place.

The Hard Rock had a fun atmosphere and the music was up beat. Great accomodations and good dining choices. Definetly a return engagement is in order.

This is a great Hotel if you like being in the middle of the action!! There is always a buzz around the hotel.

I HAVE STAID HERE BEFORE AND LOOOVVVEE THE HOTEL. IT IS SO MUCH FUN FOR PEOPLE FROM 21-35. TONS TO DO AND THE BEST POOL IN TOWN.

The Hard Rock Hotel is an upbeat property with a good location and comfortable rooms. However, service at this hotel (specifically the House Keeping staff and Front Desk Staff) was not acceptable. I stayed at the hotel two days. The housekeeping staff did not refresh my room to acceptable standards. The bathroom was poorly attended (ex: paper products were not replaced). Check-in and check-out was an arduous process. The line was very long and the front desk was understaffed. I wanted 30 min in line to check-out. The staff was not courteous. When I had a question on a charge on my hotel receipt the front desk referred me to the front desk manager who did not return my phone or email messages. With so many other choices in Las Vegas, I would not recommend this hotel.

Room not ready at check in. We find dirty underwear from previous occupant behind a chair. How clean is this room anyway??? No contact or apology from hotel management. It is a wild place and great if you want to wear your bathing suit 24 hrs a day.

I have stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel before, & will definitely stay there again. The rooms are amazing - the comfort of the beds beats out any other I have stayed at in Vegas. Room service was prompt, friendly, & decently priced. The pool is the best around. The restaraunts, spa, gym, casino, concert venue, & night clubs onsite make it so you don't even need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! The only downside is the fact that it is NOT located on the strip, but once you see the inside - it won't matter at all!

The front desk agent was beyond mean. very rude!! We paid for four people in the room and they would not give us the wrist bands to get to the room. They wanted to charge us another 25.00 per person when we already paid for it on line! it took us over 5 hrs to get checked in do to a hotel error and they did not want admit it was their mistake. The front desk agent made the whole experiance the worest I have ever had!!

I stayed at the Hard Rock a few weeks in a row and decided to upgrade to the premium room one of the weeks - absolutely no difference. AND I requested a non-smoking room only to find that they had none. The non-smoking thing happened two weeks in a row. The place is pretty much a dump with a very comfortable bed. The bed and the younger atmosphere are redeeming. They're building a new tower that will open this summer. I'll probably give that a try. Until then, just accept the fact that this is an old Howard Johnson that's been perfumed a bit.

I stayed in the hotel for a total of three days for a work conference. I was pleased with my stay except for the Maid service. I continually came back to my room with no tissue or soap in the room. the bathroom wasn't picked up one day. this was a minor inconvenience but other then that the stay was great.

Unfortunately for us - the 20 something beer drunk crowd is not our thing. Especially when they are running up and down the hall screaming their buddies names at 4 am. Call me old fashion but I miss the more alternative, rocker life style vibe the Hard Rock was known for. This time it felt like spring break. Oh and the pool closes WAY too early....they mean 6pm, even during day light savings.

The jackhammers, radial saws and other constructions noise (for their new 500 room expansion and parking garage) starts in full force at 6:00am. If you stay out late (and who doesn't at the Hard Rock!) then pack ear plugs for the morning. And regardless of what they saw at the front desk there are absolutely no rooms that let you escape the noise (though the street view rooms are slightly less noisy than the pool view, which are angled toward the construction).

Hotel was fun, younger crowd which was fun Great pool area, nice rooms, good food and even the dance club for late night was good. The only negatives were proximity to other walking hotels and the price for everything there felt high Definately would go again if the right room rates came up
