The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was 2 blocks from a tube station with multiple lines allowing us to get anywhere quickly. Our room was clean but EXTREMELY small, barely room to put our luggage. For 2 or 3 days it was just fine as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Okay, it's not the Connaught, but for the third year in a row the Burns was excellent. It's a no frills place, but who goes to London to sit in a hotel room? Absolutely magnificent location. Good service. Small but comfortable room. They even let us use their computer to check-in on line for our flight.

Just a 2 minute walk to the Earl's Court Tube station, the major pro to this hotel is convenience. Location is key especially since we only stayed 2 nights in the city of London. There were also plenty of restaurants, pubs, a supermarket, and even a pharmacy within walking distance. Don't expect luxuries at this 3 star hotel however, aside from the coffee-maker and the elevator. Our double/ twin room was oddly shaped, resembling a rectangular sardine tin with beds at the ends. Put the luggage in the middle and you have barely 3 inches to maneuver around the room. Other than that, there was not much to complain about. The room suited my purpose, I needed a clean, comfortable bed to sleep in after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk staff were also helpful in arranging a cab for an early flight out of Heathrow. 3*** out of 5, a recommended stay.

The suite room was clean and the staff very nice. The space was a very tight which made it hard for two people to get ready for a nice night out.

The hotel is very convient for the Tube and close by were some decent shops and food stops but nothing very fancy. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and made good arrangements for some tours for us. The room was on the very small size but if you were planning a lot of touring then it was nice and clean and cozy and we slept well. Again with the high prices for London Hotels this was reasonable for the money and again the Staff were very friendly and accomodating

This hotel was situated in a perfect area for sightseers and business people alike. I spent four nights at the Best Western Burns Hotel while attending Graduate School interviews and I could not have asked for better accomodation for the money. It was located in a very safe area with restuarants, grocery stores, money exchange places, banks and a tube stop less than a full street block away. It's a very central location for daily travel to city sights. The hotel service was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
