South Beach ist ganzjährig ein Anziehungspunkt für Prominente. An einigen ausgewiesenen Strandabschnitten ist das Oben-ohne-Sonnenbaden erlaubt. In Miami Beach befindet sich das Art déco-Viertel der Stadt. Miami Beach ist auch stolz auf das Sinfonieorchester. War von 06.03 bis 09.03 in diesem Hotel. Die Bar ist immens überteuert. Frühstück Buffet 20,- Dollar. Das grenzt schon an Abzocke. Die Fernbedienung meines Fernsehers war kaputt und wurde nicht ausgetauscht, Service nicht vorhanden. Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Bin dann lieber auswärts Essen gegangen, besser und gümstiger. in der Nähe.Dieses Hotel sollte eher als Low Budget Hotel geführt werden, hier ist ein minimun an service aber ein maximum an Preis geboten. Als Low Budget Hotel empfehle ich eher das Lomardy Inn 300 meter weiter Richtung Süden. Auch sauber und ordentlich. Kein Pool, keine Bar, aber ein sehr gutes und günstiges Diner angeschlossen in dem auch die Einheimischen Essen, Zum schlafen und Gegend erkunden genau das Richtige.

Der Service des Hotel sehr schlecht -keine Pakmöglichkeit , Personal sehr unfreundlich , Wasser im Bad kalt (auf Fragen auf das Warum ,das das Wasser kalt ist -keine Reaktion und keine Abschaffung des Probelms -)nur kalt Duschen möglich

The valet parking is too long to wait and very inconvinient, the swimming pool need definetly huge improvement the water is desperately dirty as long as the beach side. And the room doors always stuck it takes forever to open them it starts to irritate guests constantly, rooms need improvements as well!

With any Hotel you have to remember it's not home. We had never been to Miami Beach and did not know what to expect, where to book and it all happened at the last minute. We booked this hotel 2 days before our trip. For the price and the location it was great. I really like the convenience of a grocery store 2 blocks away, Walgreens accross the street, a couple of great restaurants and very friendly staff. The tub was clogged but maintenance came right away and we did not have any other problems. We got service right away. The gym next door was great. The walkpath behind the hotel made it easy to exercise. The children had a wonderful time at the pool. From a 1 to 10 I will give it an 8.

Hotel itself is very dated. Our room was newly renovated, but the hotel looks worn out. The parking was a nightmare, very unorganized. Would not stay there again.

Reading the reviews before i had booked the hotel, it seemed like a great hotel. once i had arrived it seemed perfect. Nice, clean, friendly staff. The only problem was the elevators take to long to come up and down. The valet parking was horrible. you have to wait 30min to an hour for them to bring you your car. I would honestly not stay here again. the price was great, but not like the hotel. I would have perfered to stay at the most expensive hotel in miami beach then stay here.

The Lobby and resort was beautiful, but the rooms could use some work. The interior is very old and run down. The windows were so dirty we couldn't see out and the bathroom had flooded previously and left our rug soaked. If the hotel would upgrade its rooms, I would highly recommed this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the room double beds were small and uncomfortable, the view from the room was amazing but the windows couldn't be open, i felt like I was suffocating, no fresh air no where, but the AC.

I was completely dissatisfied with the service of this hotel. My car was lost by the valets. After two hours of waiting they could not tell me where it was!!!! Finally after three hours, they told me my car had been towed! How does a Hotel Valet loose your car and get it towed?!!!!! They still have not been able to tell me how it happened! I wanted a full refund but they refused to do so!!!!!

this hotel is horrible went i get there they tell me they dont have parking space for my but for other they have also they charge you 2 dollar for each call and movie $15 box also breackfast horrible servise horribe never going back

Got there,almost force to vallet parking,expencive.nice lobby.got to my floor, carpet dirty,holes in the carpet.reservation for king bed,not,double bed.mildew in tub.checkig out,two people at the front counter.

I loved this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was great and the beach even better. I love the location and the convient Walgreens across the street. The Lobby room alone was amazing. I would recommend this hotel. I give it two thumbs up.

Walking in to the lobby the hotel looked great. The lobby was very elegant. The pool area outside was very nice as well. As soon as we arrived on our floor we noticed very dingy carpet and very dull decore. Our room was equally dull and in poor maintenance. Dingy bath tub, cracked plaster, old carpet, and no blankets on the bed just sheets. The only great thing about our room was the partial ocean view. We stayed on Memorial day weekend so all hotel prices were high, but we expected more for the price we paid. Disappointed in our stay but maybe we were setting our expectations to high.

This hotel wasn't bad the price was very good and inside the hotel looked amazing the location was not bad either the only thing i did like was that they charged like 25 per person for breakfast and parking was 20 bucks a day i lefted that those should have been included but besides that i enjoyed my stay at the deauville beach resort

We had a lovely time. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The location was terrific with fun little restaurants, a grocery store, and a drug store within easy walking distance. There is also a taxi stand just across the street which is very convenient, and a fun and perky night life in the area of the hotel-all you have to do is walk out the door and walk down the street. The room was newly rennovated, clean, and pretty with an extraordinary ocean view and an oversized terrace. The pool and beach were lovely. There were no hidden charges or fees (other than the mandatory $20 valet fee if you have your own car-but they are very up front about it and only charged us $20 for our whole 2 day stay). We arrived a little early, and they gave us wristbands to enjoy the pool/beach area while we waited, and allowed us into our room early too, despite it being a Saturday and a full capacity weekend. The only conceivable down side is that the exterior of the hotel looks kinds of rundown and could use a new coat of paint, but that kind of adds to the historical charm...you can really tell that you are in a one of a kind place, not some chain hotel where every room across the country is identical. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. I would definitely book this hotel again.

There were so many small things wrong that if there was any good points they were overshadowed. Our A/C was not cold, towels were not as nice as ones we use as car wash rags, found dried chicken bones folded in a blanket, beds uncomfortable, ice machine not working on our floor, coffee supplies were always short something, pool and whirlpool needed resurfacing not to mention pool needed cleaning, (floating bottles and paper)breakfast at hotel resturant was disapointing, and I'm sure there was more but hard to keep track.

First of all, we had to pay a $50 early check in fee, then they checked us into a very dirty room. Then they moved us to another room, that was not as dirty, but at least there was a phone and pillow cases in this one. But, we were on our honeymoon, and they put us in a room with two small beds? So they asked us to stay in that room until they could clean us another one after people had checked out. Finally at 5:00 that evening they gave us another room. The guy at the desk left for about ten min then came back and said that because of the inconvience they were going to upgrade us to a suite, which this room was nice, but there was no hot water. So we needless to say, did not even get to shower. And to top it off, they tried to charge out credit card for the upgrade that they were "giving" us for the inconvience. Do not stay here. Please

Old would not matter if the hotel is clean. The Deauville Beach Resort is NOT! The unclearness and untidyness includes rooms and public areas like the pool. Also do notice that even the hotel is next to the beach which is great this is FAR from the ART Deco nice beach areas.

The rooms were not as pictured on the web site...but they were clean.The hotel itself has a old smell. I love the pool and beach access!!! Very busy people in and out at all hours. Would stay there again!

This hotel has 484 rooms, with 120 having an ocean view. I had one of the ocean view rooms and it was terrific. I seriously doubt there could be better value in all of South Florida for an ocean-front view.

Well althought we only stay for one night it was super good and very comfortable it was great for what i paid the only bad thing about it was parking, you have to find one they only have valet parking and it was full but other wiseee is a big plus for the location and price

The hotel is very big and has a great location and neighborhood,however it needs to be upgraded. There was a lack of staff at the front desk, valet and bellmans. The manager on duty had excellent costumer service skills. Overall the hotel has great potential but again it needs high maintenance.

I was skeptical when i booked this reservation bc of the previous reviews i read, but my stay and experience definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of places to eat and shop. I loved how the pool was big and the jacuzzi was near the bar. The poolside area in general was large in size and there were plenty of areas to choose from for laying down and tanning. There's a direct entrance to the beach, which is also a major plus. My room was newly renovated and i loved it! Would def stay here again.

As someone coming to Miami for Winter Music Conference its strategic location was ideal since it is close to both South Beach and downtown where the majority of the events take place. The fact that it was on the beach and the rooms are clean enough and the service is clean enough, compared to what friends of mine paid to be in a dump of a hotel on SOBE made it sufficiently clean for my girlfriend to feel comfortable staying there

Hotel was beautiful and unforgettable, the staff was great,polite and professional. For the price it was a steal, room was clean and view of ocean from room was breath taking. Great location, We loved the private breach surroundings, very romance and peaceful. Had a good time! Will be back!

Stayed here for spring break and it was a $10 cab ride to South Beach so it wasn't bad. The pool area is great!
