Very nice clean hotel/room. Two flat panel TVs, fold out couch. We were impressed.

Brilliant hotel and staff are extremely friendly and more than helpful with any request. Stay away from the overpriced restaurant next door!

Did not expect the great room for the price we paid. Free shuttle took us to the airport. Convenient.

Very nice, clean hotel and comfortable rooms. Everything was just great, though a little pricy, not a bad deal at all.

Only complaint would be that wifi signal was weak to non-existent in my particular room, which seems to be a problem at a lot of hotels, and is unacceptable in my opinion these days. When I went to other places in the hotel, the signal was strong, so it was not my device(s). I will probably stay there again, but will ask to be nearer a router!

This was my first time staying here and I LOVED IT!!! The staff was AWSOME!! Great Place

Great hotel. We somehow got a reservation for a king bed when we intended on two queen beds. They didn't give us much of a problem and were able to get us into a double queen room and check in 2 hours early! We had two rooms, each with their own television. It was very quiet, even though we could see planes flying by all the time. We only stayed one night, but the location for our flight the next morning was ideal. I would highly recommend this hotel. Oh yeah - and the parking was free.

This was a great room with a very comfortable bed. Only issue was that they listed free wireless internet access. I was unable to connect to the internet the entire 4 nights I stayed there which is a real problem when running a business. I would have fired the provider after not being able to fix the problem for that length of time.

We got a good deal for a great stay. It didn't have a pool, but there was plenty of other things to do in the Chicago area. We had one room w/ double queens, but w/in the one room were 2 separate bedrooms. We loved having two rooms w/ two TVs; especially since we have kids.

I spent 3 days for a convention I attended and the hotel was excellent. Very clean, spacious, quiet and equipped rooms. They also have a restaurant/pub in the hotel that makes it very convenient if you are not feeling like going out to eat.

Everything was great at the hotel however, the resturant almost distroyed the entire weekend. I did not want to say one thing bad about the hotel, but the resturant was terrible and that is giving it a good rating. Thank God for good hotel managment because they made it as best as they could with free movies for the weekend.

Only there a short time but we had two room. Our stay way unexpectedly pleasant for the price.

We really liked that the two beds were in separate areas which gave us more privacy. It also allowed the one who was a late night TV addict to be able to enjoy the TV without bothering the early sleeper.

The only complaint I had was when I picked this hotel, I was told there was free park and fly services. Upon check-in we were told it would be an additional $60.00. They gave it to us for $50.00. Even with that additional cost, it was still an excellent deal!

Great gym for a hotel. I was able to check in really early and my room was great. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for only one night but I was very pleased. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful.

This hotel is fairly close to the O'Hare airport and provides complimentary shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The room is clean, modern, very comfortable and accomdating as well with all necessary furniture, appliances and free wireless access. They even have a swivel, flat-screen television! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was nice. The room we had was furnished with a refrigerator and microwave...the refrigerator was unplugged and so we had to jockey the stand around and get it plugged in and then wait for it to cool down. The coffee pot was not real clean. The heat/ac control was inadequate - we either had heat or ac....no happy medium. All in all it was a nice place to stay and would probably stay there again.

I have stayed in this hotel two times now and I'm still amazed at how nice it is for the price. The beds are comfortable with nice plush comforters, the kitchenette is helpful, and there is even a complimentary light saber. I wish all hotels were this nice for the price.

This was an exceptionally clean and comfortable room. And it was only minutes to O'Hare airport. I didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, but it was a terrific value.

The room and hotel were very nice. The only problems we had were a missing telephone and radio/alarm clock in the main room. When we informed the front desk, both items were provided immediately. We were very happy with the service.

I recently stayed with two of my friends here. We really liked our room. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was a little fridge with a sink and counter. The business center is also open 24 hours with two computers and internet access. The staff was extremely helpful at giving directions. I am really impressed for the quality of room I got at the price.

No other hotel can offer what this hotel offers in and around this location.Fantastic stay.

Rooms look new, large plasm and micro wave and fig. as well. Bathroom very clean. Airport shuttle service and screens in the lobby with flight info. Great place to stay before a flight.

The rate for the room was outstanding with enough advance notice to plan. The location is close to O'Hare, restaurants and a "big box" store to get sundries, snacks, etc. The room was upscale with fridge, microwave, higher end toiletries, big desk, and HD TV. Wireless internet was flawless and fast. Bed was soft, shower was strong and hot. Decor was elegant and in good condition. Exercise room was large with free weights as well as the expected cardio. No breakfast was only issue. Bottomline: I would stay there EVERY time if the price was in the same ballpark.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport which made me think it would look overused. I was wrong. We stayed in a queen size suite that had a fresh modern look with nice linens, and flat screen TVS. The convenience of Harry Carey's restaurant in the lobby was a nice bonus. The food was great. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!!!

Given that this is a no-frills hotel, I wasn't expecting much more than a place to sleep. What I got was a clean, comfortable room that was very tastefully decorated. And did I mention comfortable? The staff was very helpful. I checked out and took the shuttle back to O'Hare to catch the train into the city. One of the staff members who was going home after the graveyard shift was nice enough to help me navigate the train (there was construction) and to give me better directions than those I had received from the staff at my final destination. I couldn't have asked for more - especially considering the reasonable rates.

I liked this hotel very much, would definitely consider staying here again if I had an occasion to do so. Thank you.

I reserved a Non-Smoking Room. All they had was smoking rooms which I thought did not exist anymore anyway. So the room smelled when we first checked in.

The hotel messed up our reservation, so they offered us a free upgrade to a suite, which ended up being little more than a queen bed with an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the deadbolt on the door didn't even fit into the strikeplate. The hotel signs indicated there was a "workout room and spa," except there wasn't really a spa. The restaurant was great, but the breakfast buffet they offered closed at 10 am! Next time I'm in Chicago, I will stay far away from this hotel.
