K&K Hotel Maria Theresia - Wien

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal in Wien dieses Hotel würden wir das nächste mal wieder nehmen. Es ist sehr Zentral und jeder Wunsch wird dort von den Mitarbeitern von den Lippen gelesen. Auch am Frühstücksbuffet bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

- Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig. - Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut, organisatorisch allerdings nicht prickelnd: Besteck auf dem Buffet-Tisch schwer zu erreichen. Gläser werden systematisch vom Tisch abgeholt: wenn man noch ein Glas trinken will muss man sich ein anderes holen. - Jeden Nachmittag um 14h kommt jemand ins Zimmer rein, um die Mini-Bar zu checken. Es wird an die Tür geklopft. Wenn man sagt, "nein, kommen Sie in 5 Minuten wieder", heißt es "es dauert nur eine Minute" und die Angestellte kommt einfach frech rein...

Ziemlich zentral aber sehr ruhig. Zimmer nicht sehr groß aber auch nicht eng. Sehr sauber. Hat ein ungewönliches Zimmerschlüsselsystem, womit ich anfangs Problem hatte. Zu wenige Personal an der Rezeption, die eigentlich sehr nett sind. Frühstücksbuffet nicht schlecht, nur man wird fast geplagt von den Kaffeezugießenwollenden Fräuleins. Frühstücksraum zu eng, sodaß nicht wenige Gäste draußen auf ihr Frühstück warten müssen.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in jeder Hinsicht!

The hotel is well kept and professional with an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is on a quiet street very close to the museum quarter. The only reservation was the small size of the room.

The hotel was a very good value including a fine breakfast buffet and excellent location near the museum quarter. The only complaint would be the size of the room, which was a bit cramped, but adequate.

The rooms where very clean and neat. The breakfast included with the room was excellent. The location of the hotel was listed as 500 meters from city center, this was as the crow flies. The reality was it was a 1 mile walk to the city center. The only problem I had was with the staff. In typical Teutonic stile they where ridged and inflexible. For example: The concierge was the very unhelpful when asked what I needed to do to change a train reservation, When I asked for some help with the computer in the lobby they ignored me.

Very close to Underground and tram network while St Stephen's is at the end of an interesting walk through the Hofberg Palace grounds.

A very nice hotel, situated in a quiet area within walking distance of the city centre. Lovely buffet breakfast, very clean room and helpful hotel staff. My second time staying there and would certainly recommend it to anyone going to Vienna.

Great view from the room, fantastic breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. They organised our tours and recommended a lovely restaurant close by. About a 15 minute walk to centre, but only a 5 min. walk to one of the big shopping streets.Also complimentary internet corner which was great.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good, rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is wonderful for sightseeing. It's near the Hofburg Palace, but on a side street so it's very quiet.

Nice hotel with a central location. Our room was upgraded on check-in at no extra cost. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

Great location since it's not right at the center of the city, and this allowed us to enjoy local bars and restaurants around the neighborhood since we wanted to experience the local experience as well and not just a big palace or shopping district. But when we wanted to do that we were only 10 minutes away from the opera, museums and palaces and the walk was great even with cold weather, breakfast was included with the rate, although is not the best breakfast in the world it was still good,the restaurant was pretty and staff was friendly enough. The hotel also offers free internet and free printing downstairs. Hotel is near to both train stations. The only thing that inconvinienced us a little bit was that the lobby was closed at 3:00 am and we had to wait about 5 minutes for somebody to open the door but other than that is a good price-value hotel considering that the whole city is more expensive than any other place in eastern europe. Highly recommended.

chambre correcte, petit déjeuner excellent, situation idéale, près des musées mais service inexistant.

Sur les prestations offertes rien à dire, très bien placé, petit déjeuner de titan, chambre tout confort. Par contre c'est un hotel type chaîne qui ne présente aucun charme on pourrait être n'importe où dans le monde ailleurs qu'à vienne

Trivelig hotell med super beliggenhet. Et hotell og en by verd å reise tilbake til, og tilbake til...

Hotel elegante, moderno e romantico, accogliente e pulito accoglie con sorriso i sui ospiti e offre un'ottima colazione per un buon risveglio. Ottima la posizione, si trova infatti nel silenzioso ed curato quartiere dei musei a due passi dal centro e dal metrò.
