Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle Downtown - Vancouver

The Marriott is located in a very convienient location downtown, just one block off the waterfront. Rooms are very comfortable and staff was helpful with everything.

The people were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. There were lots of choices nearby for shopping and eating. Overall great experience. I probably will never be in Vancouver again. But if you go consider this place.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Only complaint is the high price for breakfast. It was within walking distance of the cruise ship dock, and the shuttle bus to Seattle stops across the street. It is also easy to get on the tour bus to see the city. It was a great experience, and we would enjoy staying there again.

My first visit to Vancouver. The room was fabulous and the views equally so.

We stayed at this hotel for business purposes. We flew from east coast USA to Vancouver and had checked our 65 pound trade show crates on the plane. I tell you that so you can understand that we had been carting heavy items, had to re-check them in Toronto and then get them to the hotel along with our regular luggage so you can understand how exhausted we were when we arrived. Unfortunately when we arrived our room was not ready. We checked with their valet service proceeded to the show with crates in tow to set up. Upon returning to hotel to check in and freshen up we were told that due to a problem with a previous group that were checking out the room would not be ready until 7 or 7:30 that evening. (Mind you that is 10-10:30 MY time EST.) HOWEVER, they offered us a King size room with a view (upgrade to what we had) or the option to keep our double/double without a view. We opted to keep the same room due to the bed sitation. They were very apologetic and gave us vouchers for free breakfast. We were able to check in around 7 PM. The remainder of our stay was fantastic. They restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast buffet with made on the spot omlettes. The bar/lounge dinner was also very good with large portions and a bartender that knows how to make good drinks. Overall the hotel was very clean, nice, friendly staff...I would highly recommend.

Got off a cruise ship, walked to the hotel. Visited Stanley park via bike. All these things are very near the hotel.

For the price we paid, I thought internet access should have been included rather than an extra cost. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The Marriott Pinnacle Downtown was just the place we were looking for. A nice location situated only a block from the water and within walking distance to Stanley Park. Each morning we walked along the pear which made our stay that much more relaxing. It was also walking distance to Robson Street and Gastown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a long wait for our shuttle and the receptionist offered us bottles of water while we waited, a nice added touch even after we checked-out. Overall this hotel met our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone. If you are going, ask for a ocean view. Though you can see the mountains from every angle, that is the only thing I would have changed from out stay.

We were happy that our "city view" room also included a view of the bay. The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and spas in the area.

room was great, with a fantastic view of the mountains. Only complaint I have is that the room had a very strong cleaner smell, they must have just cleaned with something that didnt air out very well.

Bathroom still had toothpaste on the counter when we got there. No bathrobes (most 4 stars do have them) No mini bar

This was probably one the best or the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The room was clean and very nicely presented. Prices were decent. Everything about our stay was very nice.
