füe städtereisende ein ideales hotel, ausgezeichnete lage, anständige zimmer, angemessener preis. mehr aber auch nicht!

Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Hotel, war zwar nicht so billig, aber das liegt an Paris. Die Lage des Hotels ist nahezu perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich.

Great Hotel in a Great Location! Rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions that you might have. The location is great. 10 minutes walk to Louvre, 2 minute walk to Les Halles Metro, 10-15 mins walk to Notre Dame. Many cafes in the area. Try Cafe Au Coeur Couronne. It is to the left as you walk out of the hotel on Rue Des Innocents. Great coffee, great croissants, great food, etc.

Good value for great location

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, in a good location for visiting Paris. Close to the centre and restaturants. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet, no problems sleeping.

We had the greatest time staying here. The location, service, and hospitality was outstanding. From the time we checkedin to the time we left, we felt our needs were met everytime. Very knowledgeable staff to point you in the right direction.

Hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the Louvre and the Metro stop is in front of the building. Shopping center and many affordable restaurants nearby (1-2 blocks). The room seemed pricey compared to US hotels but seemed more than reasonble compared to Paris hotels. Free internet in lobby.

Staff were helpful, rooms fairly spacious, we had 2 sofa beds in our room as well as a large double bed. Very near to Chatelet metro station.

I don't have much to say about this hotel other than it's pretty clean. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, the hairdryer wasn't working and the shower leaked onto the ground. After reporting these to reception, we were assured they would be fixed. Alas, only the hairdryer was fixed and we had to tip toe on the ground after having a shower.

This an expensive hotel claiming to be a four star establishment. I think that three stars would be more appropriate. In a four star hotel one expects a few extras but this hotel lacked some basics.No bathrobes available , disposable plastic cups rather than glasses and a complementary bottle of water is not a lot to ask for.Queuing for breakfast also a big turnoff. Would I return ..yes its site and views from the upper floors are good.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which was on the top floor and had a balcony with excellent views to St Eustache, Sacre Couer and the Pompidou Centre. Very handy for the Metro and within walking distance of many of the central attractions. Breakfast at the hotel is pretty expensive - go round the corner and you can get it for 1/2 the price. However, overall I was pretty impressed.

This hotel was one of the few reasonable hotels in Paris close to the Louvre. There is a Metro stop very close to the hotel and a shopping mall nearby as well. The lobby desk was always very busy, but the staff always managed to fulfill our requests in a timely manner. The toilet is in a small closet separate from the rest of the bathroom, but the shower/tub was a normal size for U.S. standards. The queen bed was big enough for two adults and quite comfortable.

Great hotel good value for money through hotel.com - not much atmosphere in the bar area though.

The location couldn't be beat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby and bar/restaurant area were very nice and modern. The rooms are pricey and our room -- which the staff said was one of their nicer rooms -- was small for four people (a queen and a sofa bed lined up right next to each other.) The bathroom smelled a bit and was tiny, and the closet was also tiny. However, we don't regret choosing the hotel because the location was so fabulous.

After I booked the hotel I checked the other reviews and I was slightly terrified coming there with my wife and two children. However when we came in it was a very positive surprise with the modern room, lcd monitor and nice atmosfere. The location is perfect. Very close to the center, metro RER. I would recommend that place.

Good location. Very modern. We were not told in advance that our breakfast was not included in the room rate so were surprised at the time of checkout. Staff was helpful though not overly friendly.

Could improve the cleanliness of the toilet room. Other than that, the regular room is ok. Not great. They have upgraded suites that are much nicer looking, but of course more expensive...

The hotel had a very central location. However, the air conditioning did not work and the rooms were very warm. The internet also did not work at all and the hotel staff was rude.

This hotel has the best location for tourists. It is walking distance from many attractions as well as 2 main metro (subway)stations which is easiest, fastest and cheapest way to move around the city. Free internet conection for personal laptops and also 2 computers provided. Around a nice square with many different restaurants open late.

I stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights for a vacation trip with my wife. Let me begin by saying that due to the nature of my work I stay at various hotels about 85-120 nights a year for the past 5 years so I know when I see value or a rip off. To be fair the hotel staff was nice and the location was outstanding - minutes from Louvre, Latin quarter and Notre Dame. However the hotel itself has a layout and a feel of a hospital, but worse of all it smells like one. The rooms are tiny and poorly maintained, our bathroom wall was rotting emitting the smell of an old basement. I had to keep the windows open at all times. If you think that such little thing as smell will not bother you --- good luck with Novotel.

This hotel was definitely not worth the money. The location of the hotel was great, as there was a metro stop outside the front door, and was close to things like the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the shopping. However, the service of the hotel was terrible. The hotel staff failed to provide our requested wake-up calls on at least three days, and their response when asked was we must have forgotten about it. The entire staff had a very smug attitude towards us, and i would definitely not recommend this hotel if someone expects basic American amenities, such as a clock in the hotel room, or the courtesy of a wake-up call.

Hotellet har et meget højt serviceniveau, flot arkitektur og smukt og meget stilrent indrettet. Hotellets morgenmadsrestaurant er fantastisk både m.h.t. det kulinariske såvel som indretning, lysindfald og betjening. Og så er beliggenheden helt fantastisk med kun 30 meter til nærmeste Metronedgang samt kort afstand til nogle af Paris bedste kvarterer og gader

Novotel Paris Les Halles er et meget bra hotel og har en perfekt beliggendhet for de som vil bo sentralt og ha nærhet til alle severdiheter. Vi ankom sent med egen bil og fikk god hjelp til å finne frem og få parkert.

Pannes frequentes d'electricite . Tenues du personnel très "défraichies". Télévision en panne . Parking public en panne. Chambre non faite à notre retour vers 15h00. Ascenceurs frequemment en panne .N'avons en gros apprécié que la situation de cet hotel plein centre .

Very nice hotel at the best location imaginable. The hotel as such is nice, clean and well administered. The restaurant is ok but the capacity is far to low - there is a LONG line for the breakfast. AND the parking fee is outrageous

Fint hotell med god service, väl värt pengarna. Nära till sevärdheter som Notre Dame och Louvren. Enda minuset var den dyra frukostbuffén för 17 euro/person.

Virkelig et helt ok hotell til prisen... Men pas på kaffen, den er kruttsterk ;-) Og frokosten er ikke alverden til €10! Ellers helt greit!

Bra hotell med god plassering. Rommet var OK, rent og pent med godt utvalg i minibar. Unngå rom ut mot frokost restaurant da disse ikke har vindu som du kan åpne. Frokosten var meget bra med både varm og kald mat (17 euro).

detta är ett hotell som ligger "mitt i smeten". Tunnelbane-nedgång precis utanför hotellet och gångavstånd till Louvren, Notre Dame osv. Trevlig personal som kan engelska. Väldigt dyr frukost.

Allt var perfekt på hotell! Lagom stora rum ,tyst och skönt. Läcker design. Det enda tråkiga var att hisssarna mestadels stod stilla. det bästa var att det låg så centralt - nära Notre Dame och Louvren.

Meget hjelpsom betjening. Forespørsler besvart raskt og utfyllende, ekstra behov ift utsyr på rommene oppfylt etter ønske. God plass på familierom til fire , barn på tolv og fjorten år. Rolig rom uten trafikk-støy. Bra frokost, hvis man ønsker det. Sentral beliggenhet. Mye liv i gågater rundt hotellet.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour,mais la séquence petit déjeuner était mal organisée,et le check out laborieux et peu efficace
