Reasonably priced, good hotel, quiet

Das Hotel verdient seine 4 Hotelsterne, jedoch war bei unserem Aufenthalt die Klimaanlage des Zimmers nicht funktionsfähig, leider..., deshalb ein Stern Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung.

This hotel was clean, friendly, and truly comfortable. It was far away from the attractions of Dusseldorf though. It cost 5 euro's per person for a shuttle to the airport which is a great deal (40 for a taxi)and had a terrific breakfast (for $15 euro's per person). However, although there is a bus stop nearby, traveling into downtown Dusseldorf takes a long bus ride or a costly cab ride. Although the hotel is excellent, the location is not.

For the price we paid it far exceeded our expectations. The room was very roomy and well maintained. THe staff was very courteous and helpful. Best of all the hotel was very quiet even with the windows open. We would recommend this hotel for anyone nneding a nights lodging before flying from the Dusseldorf airport. It is a short 15 minute drive to the airport. We expected some traffic between the 6-8AM hour but there was none. Wouldstay there again and agian.

With a good restaurant and a modern decor, this hotel was a great find after a long day of driving. Friendly bilingual (and trilingual) staff along with just the right level of comfort makes this hotel a nice place to stay. On the other hand, the parking surcharge of €3/night was not really necessary - especially when it could have been included with the room. This hotel (and the ones in this area are hard to find when coming from Düsseldorf airport - clearer maps and easy to see roadsigns would be nice. But once I found it, I was veryy happy with the hotel itself.

Very nice hotel with good service. Comfortable rooms. Close to the highway. If you are looking for easy access to a city center, this is not the right place.

Ville i första hand ha en utomhus pool, god närhet till Ratingen, tillmötesgående och trevlig personal, fina rum, fick ta med min flickvän med barnen till poolen
