Sauberes Hotel, sehr bemühtes Personal, schönes Zimmer. Allerdings war das Bad nicht besonders schön, nur eine kleine Badewanne.

This is an older hotel that needs upkeep and refurbishing. However, staff and comfort more make up for minor annoyances of stopped up drain.

Very comfortable hotel at a great price. Would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. The room was excellent value for the price paid.

This was a great hotel but difficult to find. Punching the address into the GPS left us sitting in front of the mall with no clue where to go. A quick phone call to the hotel, however, guided us around the side and into the hotel with no problems. We were very pleased with the quality of everything but were not pleased that the taxes were not included in our hotel.com booking and so we got a bill for them when we left.

the hotel was convient to me, the rooms were good clean and comfortable.

Great room for the money plus excellent location.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and location was next to Florida Mall.... and close to all the attractions in Orlando.

Cool location in the mall. Parking kind of sucks, far from door and if you want to use valet its $10 a day. The only other thing bad is the fee of $12 a day not included in hotel stay cost. I missed that one. But my wallet felt it. But nice pool and nice lobby.

My daughter,grandaughter and I stayed at this hotel prior to my grandaughter's surgery at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital. It was clean, comfortable and was wonderfully convient to so many places in Orlando. You can walk to Boston Lobster Feast (yummy!!) if it's not raining, and you can access the Florida Mall from the hotel lobby. The staff was wonderful and we were very pleased with the accomodations. My teenage grandaughter loved the Mall so I told her once she was fully healed we would spend a weekend there for fun and shopping!! This may be our yearly girls weekend hotel. Lots of things to do and places to see from this hotel. I would most DEFINATELY use this hotel again!!

We booked this hotel for a one-night getaway and planned to shop at the Florida Mall and the surrounding areas during our stay. The location is fantastic and the hotel has all the amenities of a great resort. I loved being able to walk out of the lobby and right into the mall! I would definitely stay here again!

Upon entering the lobby, you feel that you are in a comfortable and safe environment. The desk clerks welcomed me enthusiastically, and made me feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze, no long lines to get your keys, and seeing the room, I knew I had made a good choice. I travel frequently, and have stayed in many hotels. The Florida Hotel at the Florida Mall was a very positive one for me. I also liked the fact that it was attached to the Mall, as I found myself with some free time to catch up on my shopping. I recommend this hotel highly.

Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Have stayed twice because of proximity to my home office when working late in Orlando. Will continue to be a patron as long as it is offered!

Outstanding Hotel; We loved this hotel so much until we had our entire family change their reservations to this hotel for our annual family fun weekend. Loved it will only stay at this hotel from now own when I visit orlando ; the price was so great until we were able to stay an additional night. Words can't express the experience at the Florida Hotel.

Hotel was good deal for the money only thing is the surrounding area is just O.K. Hotel next to OBT wear there are a lot of shady people walking up and down the street. The hotel is located inside of mall which makes for good shopping. But dont make a wrong turn when you get on OBT.Hotel Very clean and classy. I still would stay there again. There will be additional charge of resort fee when you check of 12$

This was my first stay at the Florida Hotel. I will definitely consider staying there again. Although the convenient access to the mall is a plus, there are a number of other reasons for a return stay. I was impressed with the security system to access the elevators and floors. The free internet access was another great feature that I needed during my stay. The room and floors were quiet and the bed was oh so comfortable. Lastly, the immediate availability to restaurants, the food court, and other eateries at the the mall made it convenient, offered many choices, and allowed me to find a place to eat without having to drive to another location.

The hotel staff was friendly, especially Chip from Room Service. The hotel itself as well as the room we stayed in were beautiful. But my favorite part was having the mall right downstairs! I would go shopping, bring my bags back to the room, then go shop some more! I live in the area, but it still was a great weekend getaway! I never had to leave the mall and still had a wonderful time.

To have the hotel connected to the mall was great. The room was clean. Housekeeping was very prompt. For the money this was a good place to stay.

The hotel is a little bit far from the Disney Parks (half an hour or so) but close to universal and Sea World parks... Besides that, it was a very nice hotel, very clean, with confortable beads and big rooms. I liked the hotel a lot and will definetly stay again on my next visits to Orlando, without a doubt! Excellent hotel for the price paid!!

The hotel all in all was pretty nice. The rooms werent perfect, but nothing major to complain about. You get what you pay for, it was a good rate for a good hotel. The best part was the mall right downstairs and the overall location in relevance to major theme parks and attractions. The staff was nice, and the rooms were maintained. So we'd stay there again for the right rate.

This hotel was great! Not only was it clean but it was very acommodating and spacious. I especially loved the fact that you would just go down the elevator and you'd be in the mall. It was also very close to Orlando's Universal Studios. I LOVED THIS HOTEL!

Great hotel for the rate we paid. Extremely quiet place and good central location for all our destinations. The room was comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We only stayed one night but oh my gosh how awesome - we arrived early but the front desk hustled housekeeping to get the room ready while we walked in the mall for a little while, they called within 45 minutes to say the room was ready. Great room! Great service! Connected to the Florida Mall. Easy to get to WDW locations. Highly recommended!!

overall it was a comfortable stay except the a/c wasnt what it should be. It wasnt getting or feeling as cold as the thermostat said it should be i put it on 65 degrees for the room to feel like 70 degrees.The covering on the mattress came off very easily.

This hotel is better then any in Disney. The cleanliness of it, the comfort, and the value for the price. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in at Disney and would stay there again. The rooms were huge, the bathroom was huge, and the pool was so much fun for the kids they did not want to go back to Disney that day. The beds were like sleeping at home and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Also, it was worth the $11.00 a Day Resort Fee for the 2 Bottles of Water and the comfort of knowing your vehicle was safe because there was always a Security Guard driving around and a police officer. Definitely stay there if you get the chance. Way better then Contemporary, and other Disney Resorts.

The hotel was lovely-clean, quiet, but being attached to a mall is a little weird...the Hotels.com rate was great and I would definitely stay at this hotel again - but they need to work on the signage to get to it, as it is confusing and lacking.

Excellent value for an outstanding hotel. It was a little hard to find since it is behind the mall, but that was not a problem.

I loved staying in a hotel where I could go shopping in a mall as soon as I woke up. Having the mall was the greatest thing about staying here and I will definitely do this again around Christmas time. The hotel staff was kind and courteous and the room was really nice.

I was looking for a place that was convienient for my family that live in Orlando and the attractions for the kids. I was concerned because I read some mixed reviews but I booked it anyway. When I checked in the clerk was very polite and helpful. He pointed out the " resort fee" prior to checking in. Even with the fee the rate was excellent. I found the room to be clean and fairly new. I called for a crib and they had it in our room within five minutes. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. It was a good deal !

We stayed for one night and were throughly pleased. Very nice hotel for the price we paid. We were on a quick trip to Sea World and the hotel was a bit far with traffic it took us about 50 minutes to get to the hotel after leaving the park at 9:30pm. Seems there was something at the convention center causing most of the traffic.

Sorry to say that a pair of my shoes were taken from my room during my stay at this hotel. Why my shoes for God's sake? Didn't make any sense. The Security called me back after several calls and told me they did not find my shoes. They checked in with house keeping and no one saw my shoes. I suppose my shoes just decided to walk out without my feet. Sad, real sad. No one at the hotel seems to care that this has happened. They make it seem like there is nothing they can do in the meantime, I kept going back to "it's the principle of it" not the fact that it's only a pair of shoes. I would make sure that if you decide to stay at the hotel, lock your stuff up under lock & key. It would be nice to have you send this survey directly over to the hotel. They should know this is not good PR.
